HUNTINGTON PARK, Calif. -- Authorities are searching for the suspect who attacked and robbed a man of $200,000 at a Huntington Park bank parking lot last week. Francisco Cornejo was beaten and is still bruised after getting his life savings ripped away. After withdrawing money from a Chase Bank, he was attacked. Through his attorney, he said the suspect got away with hundreds of thousands of dollars. "He was parked as closely as possible to the bank, knowing he was going to withdraw a large amount of cash. As soon as he got to his car, before he was able to

This was a rigged deal.

Not that it's really my business, but what was he getting $200,000 for?

coincidence? right! how did he just happen to withdraw that amount of money and then be robbed of all of that money as he exited the bank? very suspicious especially where the lawyer is concerned, in my opinion.

To get cash means you don't want a record of where it's going.

I've got to think that the bank would have sent an armed security guard or two out to his car with him if he had requested it.

Louie the bank teller called Joey the parking lot attendant with a deal he couldn't refuse. The only other explanation is that the victim was carring a briefcase with the word "CASH" printed on the side.
NOBODY walks out of a bank with that much cash and no security guards. I smell drug money.

I see no problem with it. Its his money. He isnt required to maintain a paper trail to appease the busybodies. He isnt required to explain to anyone why he wants it nor what he does with it. Its none of anyones business, and the fact that he has it is not an indication of criminal intent.
You dont need a computer at your house. You must be downloading Epstein pictures. Oh, your'e not? Prove it. Just having a computer means you must be. If you are innocent you would use the one at the library where you could be monitored.
See? Sounds pretty stupid when you switch it around.

Happened to my now deceased step-father. Twice. Both at home but he was dumb enough to draw out large amounts of cash, Had to do it by appointment only. Bank employee went to prison but money never recovered,

Huntington Beach neglected to tell their citizens what Milwaukee wants them to do - bow before the thugs and give them anything they want. Sort of like demonrats giving the leeches everything they want and making the rest of us pay for it.

Highly suspicious, indeed.
As a former high volume branch mgr, man should never been alone with that amount of cash once outside of store.
[And yes, head teller must order that amount from Fed on bank’s weekly cash order for the following week, so several ppl knew beforehand.]
Common sense plus cash handling guidelines would not allow this to have happened. Family should also have been involved to be sure man wasn’t being blackmailed, coerced, etc. This is NOT a normal transaction.
A courtesy guard with gun should have gotten him safely to his car and escorted him home.

My bank doesn't have security guards to walk you out. Anybody walking out of a bank with $10k has to be reported and the money ordered prior. The article says he sold his house and was withdrawing everything in his account. They are correct when they say Asians keep cash at home. Since there was more than one robbed, I am going with the bank employee connection.
Looks like the suspect is losing his pants in the video. Does that narrow the suspects down ?
I suggest they don't try that with the guy who owns the local laundry.

The perp must have been tipped off that he would have a huge pile of cash. I assume the bank does not have $200K just sitting in the cash drawer. You would need to notify someone in advance of such a large cash withdrawal.
