The Manhattan district attorney’s office suggested on Monday that it has been investigating President Trump and his company for possible bank and insurance fraud, a significantly broader inquiry than the prosecutors have acknowledged in the past.
The office of the district attorney, Cyrus R. Vance Jr., made the disclosure in a new federal court filing arguing Mr. Trump’s accountants should have to comply with its subpoena seeking eight years of his personal and corporate tax returns. Mr. Trump has asked a judge to declare the subpoena invalid.

FTA " “undisputed” news reports last year about Mr. Trump’s business practices make it clear that the office had a legal basis for the subpoena."...........This is all based on hearsay from leftist media. The Coup Cuck Clan will never cease their seditious activity.

Nothing political here coming from a known anti-Trump liberal Democrat District Attorney, especially with this revelation coming at the start of the run up to the Presidential election!

"A significantly broader inquiry than prosecutors have awknowledged in the past." In other words, they've abandoned their fishing pole and opted for the gill nets. Cyrus Vance Jr. has a crumbling, crime ridden city that he should be attending to.

I am not a lawyer, but I believe they have to have something more than just a desire to “go fish” to get the subpoena past the court. They need to have a crime. Do we have a lawyer in the house?

A good use of your time and resources. Hey, why didn't you release Harvey Weinstein from Rikers? He had Covid.

Everything including the kitchen sink will be thrown at the president in the effort to remove him from office. At this point so many outrageous lies have been told about the man that it is impossible to believe anything coming out of the left with regards to him (or just about anything else).

Finally. Cy Vance finally got a hotel maid to flip. She says Trump told her to tear off those "Do Not Remove Under Penalty Of Federal Law " tags off his hotel mattresses.

President Trump has been audited for the last several years. He's a multi-billionaire with an army of accountants hired to do his taxes. He's not been sitting down and doing his taxes on Turbo Tax at the last minute.

How else can the DA obtain Trump’s tax returns so that the filings can be leaked to The NY Times, CNN and MSNBC just before the election other than claiming fraud? Doesn’t have to be actual fraud, just the accusation of it. Refer to Gen, Flynn’s almost 4 year entrapment and persecution by the Democrat controlled DoJ, FBI and federal court system for simply doing his job. DA Vance is a rabid Democrat in a city overrun with crime yet his obsession is on preventing Trump’s re-election. Will Jim Comey’s daughter, who was hired by Vance, be the leaker of these tax returns if Vance manages to get them?
What’s frustrating is that 10 months ago Rudy Giuliani stated that he had a wealth of information on Hunter Biden’s money laundering with Burisma. Yet, zilch from AG Barr, who seems proud of the perverse fact that not a single member of Obama Administration has been indicted for anything despite overwhelming evidence of law breaking.

To quote Renauldus the Great, "Here you go again..." The democrats have no new ideas, no new direction, so they hit "replay" on the recorder and start over again.
I truly believe 60+% of America is SICK TO DEATH [and not of COVID] of this garbage. Death by a thousand ankle bites. The 40% of America that has been brainwashed and taken the koolaide by IV is never going to change. But the people who think for themselves and see the world going to Hell in a handbasket have had enough. November can't comes soon enough?
MAGA!!! KAG!!! TRUMP 2020 AND BEYOND!!! Another Soros plant to try to take down PDT, headed for a brick wall!!! Trump is good at walls!

I expected skeletons in Trump's closet especially considering how long as he has done big business in the cesspools of New York and New Jersey. Here we are, over 3 years and I don't think ANY president has been investigated longer or more extensively than Donald J. Trump. Every asset of American and New York investigative and intelligence might has been thrown at him and his organizations and there has been NOTHING of consequence. It is really beginning to appear to me that this guy has the innocence of a choirboy...

Shut up, Slimes. Donald Trump has been simultaneously investigated for collusion, spying, treason, xenophobia, cheating on the most beautiful woman in the world, peeing on a Russian bed, kicking dogs and running down little old ladies. Go investigate something interesting, like that flying saucer seen parked behind the golf cart garage at Mara Lago.

Since digging into a Presidents records, past and present, is OK with these dim bulbs, why doesn't PDT get the DoJ to start digging into 0bamas records. Birth certificates, school transcripts, children's birth certificates, social security irregularities, etc. should be enough of a smoking gun to get an in-depth investigation going. Put Nasty and Schumky under the microscope also.

These crooks had better be ware.
With all the bribes Trump had to pay just to look at a building for sale,
Trump is where the politicians spending money came from.
It's a good thing that Trump was not building fences or there would of been a post hole tax he had to pay.
