The mysterious “Primary Subsource” that Christopher Steele has long hidden behind to defend his discredited Trump-Russia dossier is a former Brookings Institution analyst -- Igor “Iggy” Danchenko, a Russian national whose past includes criminal convictions and other personal baggage ignored by the FBI in vetting him and the information he fed to Steele, according to congressional sources and records obtained by RealClearInvestigations. Agents continued to use the dossier as grounds to investigate President Trump and put his advisers under counter-espionage surveillance.
The 42-year-old Danchenko, who was hired by Steele in 2016 to deploy a network of sources to dig up dirt on Trump and Russia for the Hillary Clinton campaign,

I have posted, whining about Dr. Fiona Hill, and her peculiar employment at the NSC. (K.t. McFarland inexplicably hired Hill at NSC,
Could it be that the dirtiest inside player was Fiona Hill??? Don't forget that she had worked for George Soros.

Hilly should be convicted and sent to jail for so many of her evil activities.

Danshenko says he scrubbed his social media accounts, and deleted his emails, all related to this affair. I would think those could be recovered. Fiona Hill should be indicted, and the Brookings Institute should have its non-profit removed, as it is nothing more than a Democrat Party political front.

I've been posting on this forum for three years - - that "the Russians" - - meaning the Putin government - - had nothing whatsoever to do with the Hillary Dossier - - or the "hacking" of the DNC server. There is NO "Russian disinformation" - - can you read that Sean Hannity?
This evidence proves that Danchenko had no "Russian" sources or "Russian" disinformation - - it was just him and his boozy Russkie tovariches getting sloshed in American bars - - and reporting fairy tales to Steele - - probably through editorial massaging of Nellie Ohr.
Gee - - I wonder if there's enough evidence in out in plain sight for Bulloney Durham and Bagpipe Bill to make a few indictments? Ya think?

When you allow large population groups from countries like China and Russia to reside in the USA, this is what the country ends up with, when either a lot of those foreign origin people either still hold a covert allegiance to the countries of their birth, or are happy to use old contacts in their home countries to manufacture stories for a buck. On top of that both Hill and Steele themselves are UK people of foreign origin. Once inside that USA for awhile, it is very easy, as we have seen for them to sashay up to so called US foreign policy “expert” insiders, both “UniParty” politicians and “Deep State” super bureaucrats and as either covert foreign intelligence assets or for a buck to pass on into the US Government all sorts of bogus, false or misleading information. Clearly both the insider UniParty politicians and the “Deep State” super bureaucrats who consider “outsiders” like Trump, elected by the American people, to be threats to the inside the DC beltway political or bureaucratic way of life, are only too happy to use all sorts of false, misleading, or otherwise bogus information to sabotage him and his administration.

What amazes me is that all these people floating in and out of the story are fundamentally stupid. Their only skill is knowing other sleazy people. Their strength is knowing that all these people will cover for each other and their corrupt lies. Hill trumpets Danshenko's skills but the man has no real skills, is a drunk and a liar with mental issues.

IMHO their fundamental talent is the lie, to lie well, to perfect the long con as a construct of evil lies, to be a professor of lying, to enjoy lying even when you get caught and have to lie your way out, to be able to look the mark or the camera straight in the face and lie, and not give away a tell, to control minds with big lies, to be validated as one who can bring down empires with treasonous lies and even tissues of lies, to never never surrender to the truth, and the to know you will never have to pay, to have protection when the lies are obvious and tinny. To be remembered by great men of your species as something they aspire to be, as a liar's liar. "You know who died today? Christopher Steele. He was the man who came up with the 'golden showers' dossier for Hillary Clinton. They say it took him 13 days and a case of gin."
