Pelosi is the target of an attack from the left and will face Shahid Buttar in the general election in November. One of the most disturbing things about our already unsettling times is the way that the left is forcing ugly binary choices on Americans. The most obvious example is how the phrase “All lives matter” is being twisted to mean “I hate blacks” or “I’m a white supremacist.” The latest manifestation of the charge that refusing to recognize black supremacy is, without more, proof that someone is a white supremacist comes from San Francisco. The San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (“SFMOMA”) has forced out its senior curator for the crime of refusing to ban white artists entirely from the museum’s collection.

Andrew Weissmann, a top prosecutor on special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe, is seeking a re-do of sorts in the investigation, saying in an op-ed Tuesday that Roger Stone should be hauled before a grand jury to answer questions about his interactions with President Donald Trump in 2016.
Writing in The New York Times, Weissmann also pushed a false claim about the criminal charges against Stone, whose prison sentence Trump commuted on Friday.
Weissmann, who is currently an MSNBC analyst, asserted that Stone was convicted on charges of “lying to Congress about the coordination between the Trump 2016 campaign, Mr. Stone, WikiLeaks and Russia.”

Mark McCloskey, the homeowner who defended his St. Louis home recently from a large mob of demonstrators, told Fox News on Monday that he excepts to be “indicted shortly.”
The segment came after St. Louis law enforcement officials served a warrant on the McCloskeys late last week and confiscated the rifle that he used to defend his home.

On Monday, the federal court judge overseeing the case against former Republican campaign advisor, Roger Stone, ordered the Department of Justice to provide details of President Donald Trump’s decision to commute Stone’s sentence — specifically, to clarify whether the commutation applies to Stone’s full sentence or whether it applies only to potential jail time.
U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson, the official who sentenced Stone to 40 months in prison followed by two years on “supervised probation,” issued the Monday order, requesting that the DOJ provide a full copy of the president’s commutation order to the U.S. District Court.

“Apparently Mr. Mueller is willing – and also capable – of defending the Mueller investigation through an oped in the Washington Post,” Graham wrote on Twitter. “Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee have previously requested Mr. Mueller appear before the Senate Judiciary Committee to testify about his investigation.”
“That request will be granted,” he added.
