The Justice Department announced that it has unearthed further information related to the FBI’s investigation of retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, including more notes taken by fired special agent Peter Strzok.
Michael Sherwin, the acting U.S. attorney in the nation’s capital, said Tuesday that the documents handed over to Flynn’s defense team included handwritten notes from Strzok taken at a meeting on Jan. 25, 2017; notes from former Deputy Assistant Attorney General Tashina Gauhar at the same meeting; an internal DOJ document dated Jan. 30, 2017; and handwritten notes from then-acting Attorney General Dana Boente which were dated March 30, 2017. The notes remain sealed by the court.

Not to be outdone again by Jeff Jensen - - Fey Wray discovered a missing pair of grey pump shoes left behind by a former FBI secretary - - and a 2013 invoice for styrofoam cups for the fifth and sixth floor FBI offices.
No matter what Jeff Jensen does - - Fey Wray will make it a point to top him.

Slowly leak the info... drip, drip, drip... until the public is bored, and says "so what, that's old news, obviously nothing there, or someone would be in jail by now."

Unearthed? Why were these documents not available from day one? Were they being hidden? By whom?

The thing that is upsetting to many is that they will not only get off, but they will get a book deal and, of course, get full pension.

I think that the most often asked question by Director Wray is “How close are you to retiring on a $140,000 or more pension from the Bureau? I know that you purposely violated federal laws and your FBI oath in plotting against President Trump, but I don’t want you to lose your pension over it. If you need several more years of service to qualify, just let me know.”
And if exculpatory documents were hidden about Flynn, what is Wray hiding that would show that the Bureau and DoJ tried to falsely accuse President Trump of colluding with Russia?

This Strzok material is small change. Flynn is the guy we need to hear from but it can’t happen until his own case is dismissed by Judge Sullivan. If the writ of mandamus was issued, then what authority does Sullivan possess to defy that order? The MSM has stopped reporting on this story since the Court of Appeals made its ruling. Where is all the “justice delayed justice denied” hue and cry from the media, the ACLU, and woke activists everywhere? They are now complicit in the shameful fatwa carried out against General Flynn. Sullivan has resorted to renegade tactics to keep Flynn in limbo. Chief Justice Roberts, who seemingly has little to do besides crafting nonsensical thread-the-needle opinions, has a little housekeeping to do in his own federal judiciary. Nobody has been able to convince Sullivan that his lifetime appointment confers no prosecutorial powers...maybe a little chat with the Chief Justice would produce results. Roberts is reliably “down with the cause” when it comes to preserving the integrity of the federal judiciary yet is inexplicably MIA in Sullivan’s flagrant abuse of all that Roberts claims to hold sacred. The Flynn case should and could be dismissed without further delay if pressure were being applied to Sullivan. But no such pressure is anywhere to be felt. It seems that many many swamp critters want to keep Flynn muzzled.

A whole article about some unearthed notes that are sealed by the court? They are running out of material to write about.

All these notes may be sealed now, but since they are in the hands of Ms Powell and her team of lawyers that give respect to that profession, I wouldn't be surprised if they are Plaintiff's Exhibits in the civil case of Flynn vs Comey, et al.
I probably don't have to tell Ms Powell this, but I'd suggest some "venue shopping" on this case. I doubt the DC courts are going to be helpful in this case.
