Hmmm. I wonder how many geographic names will have to be changed because we wrongly appropriated Native American names just because we are racist scum. Probably half of the state names. County names. Rivers. National parks. Let's do it! Massachusetts. Michigan. Wisconsin. Minnesota. Iowa. Nebraska. The Dakotas. Utah. and on and on.

I agree with PRESIDENT Trump. he names of tems are going to be changed because of PC. I happen to like the names. As for the Indians, figures the owner and top brass would cave. they have no balls, and now you understand why the team loses. No uniformity. Stand up to these jerks. Indians are a great name for the team. I would think it would be an honor to have a baseball team named after Americans. If the name Indians is taken back, then the Indian tribes that own casino's should be shut down. After all, they promote gambling, drinking and other debauchery. And none of the casino's pay income tax. And after the Indians,m go get those Brown's I am offended by that name and calling people brown. This is just all so stupid.

The democrats have been trying to eradicate the American Indians for two hundred years. First they massacred them everywhere they found them. Then they herded them onto reservations where they were kept in abject poverty and their cultures and religions were replaced. Lately they have been removing their images and names from movies, products and teams. If the democrats have their way, in a generation nobody will remember or even know what an Indian was. Then come the blacks.

Washington Wimps accurately describes the team owners and management. 'Redskins' as I understand it, refers to the men of certain local tribes who, back in they day, would paint their bodies RED before a fight with another tribe. My understanding was these guys would paint themselves Red as part of getting 'fired up' for the fight, and it was NOT a good idea to mess with them! I wonder... the Indians in what is now the Washington DC area, and the Indians in what is now the Cleveland area..... would EITHER of them Grovel to a bunch of Leftist Soy-Boys and Communist Agitators like the modern corporate money-grubbers are doing? I would wager..... NO!

Pretty soon, there won't be a team anywhere (from pro's to Pee-Wee sports) that have any type of Indian-related name. Then the Indians will be crying about how they are discriminated against because they are being ignored. President Trump is 100% correct on this one. Redskins and Indians are very proud team names that play on how strong and fierce the Indians were as warriors. A bunch of panty-waisted snowflakes have no clue about what that means!!!!
