WaPo’s Rubin: Trump’s Speeches Are ‘Hateful’
— He Is ‘Going to War with Fellow Americans’

Original Article

Sunday on MSNBC’s “AM Joy,” Washington Post opinion writer Jennifer Rubin argued President Donald Trump’s recent speeches were a “hateful,” attempt to go to war with fellow Americans.Rubin said, “I think he’s in a desperate position, and it seems as though he’s not even trying right now. When you look at polls, not only is Biden substantially ahead, but he’s over 50% in many of these polls. That means in order to win, Trump has to win back those voters. But he’s not winning back anyone. He is basically playing to that core group of voters who thrive on racial grievance, on resentment on fear.

I am the lawfully elected representative, while I am not the do all and say all, I am here to represent ALL of us. You cannot unilaterally make changes without consulting your fellow Americans and seeking a path chosen by consensus. Blackmail and Intimidation is not an acceptable means to forment change. Wash Post, Rubin, what else would you expect? She must be a real piece of work to hang around with given that she thinks President Trump's comments are "hateful". Must be listening with her thumb in her right ear. I think President Trump's take on things is way overdue and even longed for. Especially with the daily caterwauling from the left - a tower of Babel.

I remember Jennifer Rubin from the early days of Fox News Sunday, probably pre-Chris Wallace. Rather an odd-ball woman, I recall being surprised that she always filled one of the two "conservative" commentator slots. She seemed barely moderate, not conservative. They were always seeking her insight as to what she had been hearing from her sources "inside" the White House--Clinton and/or Bush administrations. Just another swamp dweller.

Rubin is such a doufous. She knows better than to try to hang one of her strange ideas on poll results. Currently the Unionized Public School Teachers are HOME.... no part time summer jobs! They are about 4.5% of the adult citizens who vote. But worse, they are about 33% of the people who even bother answering polls. That makes their opinions worth more than that of the normal adult voter who only answers pollster calls 9% of the time! Once the teachers go back to school where they can't answer those pollster calls so easily, the polls always drop ~ for the Democrats ~ and rise ~ for the Republicans. This happens every year, every election, without fail. The conclusion is the Unionized Public School Teachers are an action arm of the DNC and they are capable of undermining all polls. Biden's higher poll numbers rest entirely on the NEA vote.... I've been regularly finding the numbers of people polled, and the details of the responses. I then subtract the teacher results from the Democrat results, and that shows that Donald has been in the lead in every poll since schools stopped in late February as a result of the COVID19 plague.

"These were bizarre speeches over the weekend" And yet, many people who love America thought they were wonderful, one of the best Trump has given. Why? Because Trump evoked the wonderfulness that is America. If Rubin thought they were bizarre, it is because she hates America and is incapable of comprehending her greatness. Rubin and her ilk ARE our enemies and Trump simply said we should be aware of what they really are and how dangerous they are. "voters who thrive on racial grievance, on resentment on fear" I doubt there were any voters like that at the event or listening. The people there were People who love America and her goodness and Trump spoke to people like THEM. There was no grievance, resentment, or fear; only the realization that there was great work to do to protect America from those like Rubin who wish to tear it down.

The short answer is: I hope so. One way or another, 2024 will be a vitally important election. If President Trump is re-elected, as I think he probably will be, the presidency will be open in 2024. If Trump loses, a senile Joe Biden will be ripe for the plucking in 2024, assuming he is still alive and functioning by then.It isn’t too early to think about the Republican ticket four years from now. It’s no secret that I would like to see Tom Cotton running for the presidency, but we have other excellent potential candidates, like Marco Rubio, to name just one. And in the V-P slot,
