Sidney Powell won a significant victory when her writ of mandamus was granted by the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals requiring Judge Sullivan to dismiss the case against General Michael Flynn. At this time, Judge Sullivan has not entered the dismissal. Powell sat down with Jan Jakielek for an extended interview about the case and dropped a few bombs in the process.
Powell began by saying it is extraordinary that Judge Sullivan has not complied with the order. In her experience, this would typically occur within 24-48 hours. The briefing and hearing schedule have both been canceled, but the case has not been formally dismissed.

Sidney Powell is one amazing attorney. Gen Flynn was screwed by his first attorney and he must sue this guy because he did more damage to Flynn you could imagine.

I watched the entire interview on Conservative Treehouse yesterday. The first time I can remember sitting through a 53-minutes video that didn't have Tom Selleck in it. It's that good.

Yeah, what's up with Sullivan. Un-biased justice, indeed.

Two points, the first has to do with General Flynn's 1st attorney. He used the firm where Eric Holder is a partner, huge mistake and one would hope Holder was not working against him but given his status as "wing man" for Obama one has to wonder. Second, I believe I saw Ms. Powell was suspended from Twitter for posting the "bomb" about John Brennan and the disappearing $$$$ from his CIA "stash".

So WHY has Sullivan behaved with such extraordinary difference between the cases of Ted Stevens and Flynn's? I think we now know it was because of the direct involvement of Obama and the ongoing 'need' to protect the first black president.

Betcha that Sullivan is taking orders from his pal over in Kalorama. Or is it Martha’s Vineyard?

I think Trump should fire Christopher Wray and put Sidney Powell in as head of the FBI! Let her clean out that Rat's nest!

Yes, the latest interview is a stunner. I never miss a chance to listen to Sidney Powell. Be sure to look up talks she has given on her previous work against the government. If you don't believe in the Deep State, she will convince you.

Listen up girls and young women, Sydney Powell is a great role model as woman of substance. I cannot express how proud I am of her and her tenacious unyielding spirit despite a craven judge and system stacked against her. She fought on with every fiber of her being because she knew she was fighting for justice on behalf of an innocent man. She is to be admired. Would that all attorneys had half her integrity.

It should be noted that Jan Jakielek, of Epoch Times, did a wonderful job interviewing Sidney Powell. He asked good questions and allowed her all the time she needed to answer without ever interrupting her once.

Her book "License to Lie" is a page turner. Sydney has showed the world what hard honest work and a commitment for the rule of law is all about. She's definitely a role model for others, especially women lawyers.

Powell is doing what high visibility attorneys do - PR work for her client. I would suggest that the mandamus case was carried by the Deputy Solicitor General rather than Powell's histrionics. But either way...
Flynn was not "screwed" by anyone. Accepting the narrative, he chose to accept a guilty plea to protect his son. And if anyone thinks Flynn was shrinking from or cut out of negotiations in terms of his attorneys is dismissing a retired three-star general as a nebbish. (One may have noticed his former attorneys were ready to present at the mandamus hearing before the appeals panel...and they weren't there to protect Flynn but themselves from any suggestion they failed in their duties.)
Be interesting to see where this leads...maybe to the truth of all this, which seems to be eluding everyone involved. What don't they want exposed...?

I also watched the entire video - - - mesmerizing.
We've got to find a position of legal power for this fabulous woman. I know Hollywood is negotiating for her to star in "The Hope Emerson Story" - - but I'd rather have her in the government.

This is not over for Flynn by a long shot. If Biden wins, Flynn will go to prison. If Trump wins and the House remains Marxist, Sullivan will simply extend this for another four years and if you think Roberts will be a conservative vote should this go to the Supremes, pet your purple unicorn for me. The Fourth Amendment of the Constitution is no longer a right and the feckless GOP, wetting itself over all of these Marxist riots, shivering scared in a fetal position in their basements, will do absolutely nothing but go on Hannity and say they're concerned. Rinse, repeat. Trump will probably have to pardon Flynn and even if that has to happen, the Marxists and deep state will merely create another crime against Flynn. We have to defeat these evil hordes of unelected Marxists. If it doesn't happen in November, Flynn's not the only life that will be over.

I don't believe Flynn will ever go to prison. If the unthinkable happened, and Biden won through massive voter fraud, President Trump would pardon Flynn before he left office.
I don't think we have to worry about that. After President Trump is reelected, if not before, Judge Sullivan will retire. He has already pooped in his hat, and will be a pariah.

Here's DC's game plan... they were hoping that President Trump would issue a pardon so they could call him on abuse of power.... that way they could say General Flynn was guilty... but Sidney Powell was to clever for them... she will continue with this case until she wins a dismissal for Flynn.... I'll bet she plays chess....

Sullivan is just sitting there - ignoring the order of the Appeals Court. I wonder how long this can go on. Sullivan is clearly in kamikaze mode, willing to wreck his career over this case. Clearly the people who control him think that this is worth exposing a federal judge as an extreme partisan.

#17, I have always equated “histrionics” with someone who is overly dramatic, and I have never witnessed Sidney Powell behave in a theatrical fashion. Quite the opposite. Interesting choice of words.

From the article:
She confirmed that there is some Brady material still under seal, and the longer Judge Sullivan takes to dismiss the case, the longer the government will continue to provide Brady material. As long as the case is active, the government is required to do so.
I think this is interesting.

I just finished reading License to Lie...Sidney Powell is my new hero! She is one tough lawyer and to describe her as tenacious is an understatement. We need to learn why Judge Sullivan became a co-prosecutor in this case. In her book, he really is a hero. Were it not for him, the world would never know that Senator Stevens was railroaded by the DOJ. It's pretty obvious that someone got to him in this case.

Re #17: "Powell's histrionics." Cheap sexist shot at Ms. Powell. Gen. Flynn knows the Intelligence community like the back of his hand but I doubt he is well versed in the nuances of the legal world and when a family member is being threatened to get at the parent, I'm curious how you would have acted? Easy to sit in your easy chair somewhere in blue Maryland and take pot shots.

#2, As soon (God willing) as we have both the House and Senate, impeaching Sullivan and removing him from the bench should be THE NUMBER ONE priority. His bias and ability to think straight are now beyond question. This is the kind of behavior impeachment was made for. The man is flipping the bird at a superior court.

Judge Sullivan was a hero in Powell’s book, “License to Lie.” But he has become a villain in Michael Flynn’s case.
