Just a guess. These are attorneys. I bet they have a clue how to handle an investigation. Judging by the size of the house, and its in a private gated community, I bet these attorneys have the resourses to makke life difficualt for the Soros clown AG. I'm sure the AG saw white and guns and decided to bring the wrath of the unlimited goobernment resources on them. My guess is she didn't have a clue about facts or the ability of these people to defend themslves and perhaps bring suit against the AG.

Americans were astonished two months ago after newly unsealed internal FBI notes taken by the agency’s former assistant director of counterintelligence, Bill Priestap, showed top bureau officials discussing strategy ahead of their January 24, 2017 interview of General Michael Flynn. FBI officials were debating the best way they could set him up in a perjury trap. But aside from that, he also indicated that he was also unaware of this supposed intelligence and that he did not know if the President had been briefed on the matter. Then, news broke this morning that Bolton claimed he not only knew of the intelligence, but that he had briefed the President himself on it in 2019. That was via the Associated Press.

The Biden campaign doesn’t believe Facebook is doing enough to censor President Trump. In a letter to Facebook’s vice president for global affairs and communications Nick Clegg on Monday, Biden’s campaign manager Jen O’Malley Dillon criticized the tech giant for “haggling” with the White House and requesting “edits and deletions” of Trump’s posts about the George Floyd protests, rather than removing them entirely. She specifically asked Facebook to remove posts from President Trump that suggest a connection between mail-in ballots and voter fraud. Dillon insisted that such posts were unfounded and constituted voter suppression.

In a statement earlier today, Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross has announced the U.S. is revoking the special trade status of Hong Kong in response to escalating encroachment by China in violation of the prior agreement for autonomy. It is a challenging status to modify because the administration does not want to reduce the ability of Hong Kong to operate as an autonomous economic region. Decisions on abortion and separation of powers demonstrate how good ideas about the law become empty words on a page. We usually associate courage (or its absence) with leadership by elected officials: There are times when it is hard to stand up for your principles, to stand against your own party, or both. From judges, we are told, the important thing is to follow, not to lead: to have the ascetic self-discipline to apply the Constitution and laws as written,

Conservatives were outraged eight years ago when Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts voted with the liberals on the court to uphold Obamacare's individual mandate. His swing almost singlehandedly saved the Affordable Care Act. A few years removed and he made a few better decisions, somewhat appeasing conservatives. But last year he helped kill the census citizenship question. Then, last week, he voted with liberals to reject President Trump's attempt to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. The court didn't say that Trump couldn't reverse the program, but that his legal reasoning wasn't up to par.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday struck down a Louisiana law regulating abortion clinics, reasserting a commitment to abortion rights over fierce opposition from dissenting conservative justices in the first big abortion case of the Trump era. Chief Justice John Roberts joined with his four more liberal colleagues in ruling that the law requiring doctors who perform abortions have admitting privileges at nearby hospitals violates the abortion right the court first announced in the landmark Roe v. Wade decision in 1973. In two previous abortion cases, Roberts had favored restrictions. The Louisiana law is virtually identical to one in Texas that the court struck down in 2016.

Mark and Patricia McCloskey — who went viral after brandishing an AR-15-style rifle and a silver-colored handgun, respectively — were the only ones to lodge a police report over Sunday’s confrontation, insisting they were “victims” of threatening trespassers who entered a gated community, the St. Louis American noted. But the husband-and-wife lawyers are being probed by police and prosecutors for possible threats against the crowd, authorities announced Monday.
