The Supreme Court ruled Thursday against the Trump administration’s effort to end the Obama-era program that offers legal protections to young immigrants brought to the country illegally as children. The court ruled that the administration's decision to rescind the Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program violated the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), which sets out rulemaking procedures for federal agencies. In a 5-4 decision, with Chief Justice John Roberts joining the liberal members to author the opinion, the court said the Department of Homeland Security's move to eliminate the program was done in an "arbitrary and capricious" manner

Soetoro created DACA by executive fiat, By all rights, Trump should be able to dismantle DACA by executive fiat, But obviously a majority of Supreme Court Justices subscribe to the theory that Bad Orange Man stole the Presidential Election from the rightful winner, Hillary Rotten Criminal, and therefore should not be allowed to wield the powers of the Presidency like other Presidents have.

So 0bamas formulating the program wasn't "arbitrary and capricious?" Where in the constitution does it say that illegals, no matter how they got here, have rights under American law?

So, Mr. Chief Justice, where are your divisions? You made your clearly wrong decision, no enforce it. Or are you counting on your buds in congress trying to impeach again if the President says pound sand?

I want all of Roberts' communications subpoenaed and analyzed for compromise of any sort. He throws the Constitution in the wood-chipper way too often.
POTUS, lease ignore the SC. They have no right to overturn you on this.

Sorry for second post, but remember folks. The SCOTUS isn't the final arbiter of what's constitutional. We are. (The founders answered that very question in exactly that way.)

Apparently, some executive orders are more equal than others.
The American people must now see all of the skeletons in Robert's closet.

Sadly, OP, i think you're right. My suspicion is that people like Roberts and Gorsuch and possibly Kavanaugh, are unduly influenced by family members who would hound them to hell if they voted against "liberal" mores. In other words, their fidelity is NOT to the Constitution. This puts us as a Republic in even greater peril.
Our "side" tends to be so obedient. We obey the laws, we follow the rules. Meanwhile, as YHWH says in the Book of Judges, the lawless ones on the Left, the loud-mouthed, crude, ruthless, bestial Left, with all the arrogance they can muster, do "what [is] right in their own eyes," and as always, it leads to depravity and destruction, nihilism and violence, hopelessness and despair.
And then there's this large, amorphous blob of self-important "moderates". They don't think very much, but they think a lot of themselves. They're ignorant, and don't you dare tell them the truth. They sneer at you from behind their masks (real and figurative). When the Ship of State runs into the tempest, they run to the oars and begin to row, this way, that. They don't know where to turn, heck! it doesn't matter! but they'll row the fastest when the Left tells them not to worry about the jagged rocks ahead.

You know, I'm starting to like that leftist idea to add 2 judges to the Supreme Court.
Maybe we can get that done by election day.

The headline is BS.
All Trump has to do is write a properly done executive order to erase the other one. The SCOTUS just said that they didn't do it correctly. If they do it another way, and write some nice prose about it....it will go.

#10 is correct.
President Trump, please issue a NEW executive order with the legally-correct language as demanded by the black-robed tyrants.

Why can't Trump find out what they have on Roberts and just out the whole mess.

What ever the Dems got on these guys, or their relatives is knowable. Discover it, reveal it, and then have them resign. Do the same to our 'dear' liberal justices. Let the Sun in on the swamp. This. Is. WAR!!!

I agree with #13. This is the only solution, and I suggested it yesterday. Whatever dirty laundry there is, lets find it and expose it.

So, do you think the DACA folks will be grateful?
Or, do you think they'll just show another giant middle finger toward America?
Another thing. I read somewhere that 27,000 health workers are currently DACA recipients. No way I want any of these people poking a needle in my arm or mixing my prescriptions.

This whole issue belongs in Congress where, however, political courage is rarely seen.

Fake News.
This is a delay, and shows the way to get it past. Just a 'insufficient explanation' ruling. Write some nice words, and do it up nicely, and it will not be reviewed again.
