Your are 100% correct, #1. The feds need to get involved; These criminals need to be placed in jail for a long time and lose their law license. The liberal states will not charge these animals and they set them free. By doing this, it sends a message that it's okay to destroy, loot and go after police. Let's put some sanity back into this country and start punishing animals like those that participate in the riots.

This is apparently firming up to be a test case for the AG's new domestic terrorism charges and they're expected to go tough to make a statement. I guess we'll see in time. In any case, the idea that these 2 kids are lawyers and probably thought they were untouchable is astounding to me. The fact that they're lawyers isn't gonna help their case at all.

Let's hope the prosecutors don't screw this up and let them go (like Bill Ayers). What we need is more publicity when these things happen. Many of the snowflakes think they'll never be prosecuted or convicted. This has to be real, not rough play. As other Ldotters have noted, the feds have to be involved because the local loonies will tap them on the wrist and turn them loose.

I don't think that they ever thought that they would actually face consequences for this. It's attempted murder and arson. This is the left today. They want no consequences for breaking the law if they deem it the "right cause". It's the bubble they live in. Quite stupid, really, but no sane person would ever accuse a leftist of being smart.

CHAZ has 99 problems, and all of them involve fighting. First, some of the left-wing activists who inhabit the so-called Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone (CHAZ) in Seattle are reportedly trying to rename it the Capitol Hill Occupation Protest (CHOP), and the evidence suggests it’s because they’re embarrassed. The thing about autonomy is it denotes self-reliance. Yet the Chazistanis, as they’ve been mockingly called, displayed zero self-reliance when they called the Seattle Fire Department late Thursday to help them with a dumpster fire. Not too long after the story went viral on social media, videos began emerging of the left-wing activists formerly known as Chazistanis suddenly telling people

New York– New York’s governor threatened to roll back phased reopening plans Sunday after large crowds gathered outside bars in New York City in violation of coronavirus lockdown guidelines. Andrew Cuomo said his office had received 25,000 complaints of reopening violations by businesses as New Yorkers flocked to streets to enjoy a weekend of late spring sunshine. “Lots of violations of social distancing, parties in the street, restaurants and bars ignoring laws,” he tweeted. “Enforce the law or there will be state action,” Cuomo warned local authorities. New York City, the epicenter of America’s coronavirus outbreak, is in phase one of Cuomo’s four-phase reopening plan.

One of the first articles I wrote for The Daily Wire was a typically optimistic and cheerful piece titled “The United States Of America No Longer Exists.” It was not met with a warm reception by many readers, who understandably found it to be a tad bleak. Three years later, it brings me no pleasure to say, “I told you so.” My basic thesis in that piece was that our country, though existing still as a legal and geographic entity, cannot be meaningfully described as “united.” We have nothing but the law and the land holding us together anymore.
