Seattle City Councilmember Kshama Sawant issued a statement Saturday calling on Mayor Jenny Durkan to resign, describing her as responsible for “violence and brutality” in the city’s response to “overwhelmingly peaceful” protests against institutional racism and police killings of Black people. (snip) “If Mayor Durkan refuses to step aside, it will be the responsibility of the City Council to remove her, by introducing articles of impeachment,” Sawant said. Sawant also denounced the mayor Saturday for not raising taxes on businesses like Amazon and for removing homeless encampments.

Comments:

And Sawant wants to cut police budget by 50% because ... Appears she would allow widespread law breaking.

The radical Socialist haters of white people will not be satisfied until they complete their takeover of every major city in the US. White flight will be so swift the winds created will be tornadic. Businesses will be taxed at such a high rate, they will also be forced to leave the cities. Even woke companies will be unable to continue to survive in these cities when the radicals get complete charge.

Here's the funny thing the Seattle police chief is a Black female, the mayor is a lesbian. One would think they would be a protected class against the anarchists, but sadly, they're not...LOL. Even if the two women were to prostrate themselves before the Blacks in Seattle and lick everyone's foot, they would still be condemned. I'm wondering how soon we'll be hearing that we don't need city councils, mayors or governors. Bet that would stop the talk of defunding the cops.

I live in a city with a similar out of control, hate white people goobernment. Only difference is the rest of the state is read with a veto proof Senate and one vote shy of a veto proof house. So the city gooberment has to conform to the state more than other out of control liberal cities.

#1, I think we can be safe in saying that the majority of the Indians in the Seattle area came to that area thanks to Bill Gates and his refusal to hire Americans, preferring the lower cost H1B's from India. Problem is, most American programmers/IT people will tell you that they do not produce high quality product, and that is why Gates is forced to issue those security patches. This is usually after thousands of people have been exposed to ID theft. I hope Seattle chokes on these idiots, because if they want pain and misery, it is coming.
