Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear announced that the state will begin working on a policy to provide healthcare coverage to every black resident.Beshear, a Democrat, said the policy would be vital in ending healthcare disparities between the state's black and white residents during a press conference on Monday."Today, I'm going to make a commitment on coverage," he said. "I believe that healthcare is a basic human right, and I talked, even when I was running, about how I wanted everybody to have some form of healthcare coverage ... It's time for prioritization in black and African American communities, so we are going to do that."

Its offical. Kentucky is now a systemic racist system. Insurance based on the color of skin is now the goal. Screw hispanics, whites, Indians, Native Americans, South Americans, Arabs, Asians...

I used to think the Dems were trying to turn the country into something like Haiti, but now I think Zimbabwe or S.Africa is more like it. If you work for a living look what’s happened to both those African countries.

More freebies? Is that what these Black Nikes Matter riots are really about?
On a related note, does anyone remember how Barack Obama proposed giving free health care to Muslims in this country via community health centers? This was during the Obamacare mess. Did that go through? Are Muslims in this country getting free healthcare?

KY Residents: For a small fee of $19.99 you can own a DNA test showing you have black heritage, thus qualifying for free health care and obligating anyone without these genes and alleles to kneel to you. Signup today for Gov. Andy's program.

This might not fly in other states, since blacks are killing each other off at record rates. I guess this is part of their narrative of reparations. Never mind the 350,000 white union soldiers who died to free the slaves.

And a $250,000 yearly check, four week paid vacation (even if you don't work), discounted groceries, a new car and wardrobe, and 40 acres and a mule.

Being a former resident of the great Commonwealth of Kentucky....I will predict that this won't play well outside of Louisville and saying and doing are two different things...the "moderate"Democrat Governor Andy will find out Kentucky is not New York

#15, discrimination is illegal so they had to call it by another name, in this case they called it "prioritization" but regardless of the name, flatulence smells the name

Kentucky has some extraordinarily wealthy citizens, quite a few of them black. I'd ask them first if they want your largess before you back the truck up their driveway.

Don’t they already get everything they have from the tax payers, including free health care? Food, clothing, housing, utilities, medical, vehicles, smart phones, education, child care, entertainment... its all paid for if you’re black. You actually cannot find one thing they don’t have which isn’t already paid for. The only thing not covered is their taxes, but they pay none and actually get tax credits.

Oh, yeah. That's going to promote integration and goodwill. The college I attended in the 70s had a program to encourage minorities to attend. If you had even 1/8 minority blood in you, you got your tuition paid, your books paid, even your paper and pens paid for. How do you think THAT was received by those of us who were struggling to make it through financially?

You just go right ahead and do that, Governor. All waiting to see how the Kentucky voter feels about paying for it. Frankly, I think it parsimonious of you, Governor, not to include a house, and a nice one, say $500K, at a minimum.

Are blacks prohibited from being on Medicaid? How about whites on Medicaid? Do they get that taken away from them "to be fair" or does every Whitey in the State get to have their money confiscated for more black shake downs?

What if your skin is black but you have a white parent? Is it really just about skin color? Do the "sins" of the white parent cancel out the "suffering" of the black parent?
