Despite the fact the he hasn’t voted for a Republican presidential candidate since 2004, retired General Colin Powell, who served as Secretary of State under President George W. Bush, made headlines in the mainstream media when he stated on CNN’s “State of the Union” Sunday that he would vote for former Vice President Joe Biden, the presumptive Democratic nominee for president, in November.Arkansas GOP Senator Tom Cotton quickly fired back, stating, “I respect Colin Powell’s service and he’s entitled to his opinion, like every other American. But he hasn’t voted Republican for sixteen years
Colin not only lies about WMD; he lies about being a Republican.
He publicly support Obama twice (because of skin color -- he admitted being a racist) and then Hillary.
Who cares what another lying Democrat racist thinks?

Colin Powell is about as much a Republican as Elizabeth Warren is an Indian.

To be honest, both Bush Presidents used Powell as their favorite black to promote and Powell gladly let them. It was a mutually beneficial but evidently not much of a sincere relationship. Another little gift the American people got stuck with thanks to the elite Bushes.

My problem with Powell predate him backing Obama. HE KNEW, within 72 hours who "outed" Valerie Plame, but he kept silent for two years while Bush was dragged thru the mud and Scooter Libby was imprisoned for "lying" about a non-crime. Powell has no honor.
Then he supports a closet socialist for no reason other than race. Again, Powell has no honor.
As for the WMD presentation, he was presenting evidence that even the Clinton regime believed to be true.

I have no respect for your service. If your service was honorable, you would still be an honorable man today. Just like John McCain, you're not an honorable man.

Since Powell out foxed the Bushes, he has always talked like and voted with the liberal Democrats. So what is so newsworthy about Powell who voted for Hillary Clinton not voting for President Trump?

Stop thanking leftist Generals for their service before "eviscerating" them. Win a war and I might thank a "hero". If Colin Powell, Bush, Romney deserve respect you may as well respect the mobs.

Every four years he comes out of his bunker and tells the world he's voting for the democrat. Why doesn't he change parties and become a democrat and then we can ask him if he thinks what the democrats have done for the last three years is his idea of democracy. He's not a Republican. He's a Mitt Romney Republican. Enough said.

Why does anybody think Powel was ever a Republican?
He served under a Republican president, but that doesn't make him a Republican. I always assumed he was still voting Demon-Rat even when he did serve in a Republican administration. He was always a Demon-Rat. I always assumed everyone knew that.
