Michael Baden Did Not Perform Autopsy
But You Are Being Told He Did

Original Article

If Joe Biden was a forensic pathologist his name would be Dr. Michael Baden. (Snip) In recent days, he has fanned the flames of “cover-up” by reporting that Mr. George Floyd was indeed choked to death despite the county medical examiner’s finding that Floyd did not die from asphyxiation and he did not die from strangulation.(Snip)And if you aren’t careful you would believe it but Michael Baden is a hired gun and he is used by attorneys to say what needs to be said to drive pubic opinion and drive the civil lawsuit settlement higher. The truth is Michael Baden didn’t do an autopsy.

Comments:

He watched a video. Law Officer’s writers take Baden to the woodshed, and deservedly so. If you doubt that, read the article.

The slime ball AG in Minnesota intentionally rung up the charges greatly increasing the likelihood of the cop being found not guilty of murder 2 but a lessor charge or acquittal. This powder keg will be taken to the jury in October, certainly before the election. If so, you know the attempt is in to reduce the current charges. I would NOT want to be a juror on this case..

As a potential juror...I would answer every question with undying support for the police. "Dismissed" from jury duty! Whew!!! Don't want any part of what is coming when this is litigated. The tinder box is being loaded again right now! And by the fall, there will be NO Minneapolis police department. Good luck everyone. We have the car loaded and full of gas and are ready to head west. We are 1 mile from country side...and will drive till save. West and north!

Well, yeah, but he probably stayed at a Holiday Inn Express the night before, so it's OK. /s off Ben Crump's doing, and his paid stooges are "on the case", pushing out lies, which are amplified all day, every day by the Enemedia, working overtime to drown out the tiny bits of truth that get out there like.... the ACTUALY autopsy, by the guy who cut the body open and looked inside, says: "III. No life-threatening injuries identified A. No facial, oral mucosal, or conjunctival petechiae B. No injuries of anterior muscles of neck or laryngeal structures C. No scalp soft tissue, skull, or brain injuries D. No chest wall soft tissue injuries, rib fractures (other than a single rib fracture from CPR), vertebral column injuries, or visceral injuries E. Incision and subcutaneous dissection of posterior and lateral neck, shoulders, back, flanks, and buttocks negative for occult trauma." And the ACTUAL pathologist says he found fentanyl, norfentanyl, 4-ANPP (an illicit drug precursor in the process of making illegal fentanyl), methamphetamine, three kinds of THC, smoking and caffine in his blood. The man was a walking drugstore. Oh, and he had sickle cell blood disease, and the primary symptom of that is "shortness of breath". Lots of reasons that Mr. Floyd would have trouble breathing, sickle cell disease, two kinds of serious heart disease, and a blood stream chock full of illegal drugs.

When in need of a Heimlich maneuver because you cant breath you place your hands around your throat and look (rightfully) distressed. You don't say help I'm choking or I can't breath simply because if you can't breath YOU CAN"T TALK. Meth and Fentanyl ? That's better than V & V (vodka and valium) Drug OD. Not saying that the cops didn't do any wrong, but I seriously doubt murder.

And the significance of the lack of petechiae, listed in finding IIIa is? According to one online source: "A petechial hemorrhage is a tiny pinpoint red mark that is an important sign of asphyxia caused by some external means of obstructing the airways. They are sometimes also called petechiae. Their presence often indicates a death by manual strangulation, hanging, or smothering." Not found on Mr. Floyd.

The same thing happened with Michael Brown, which sparked the whole "Hands up don't shoot" nonsense. Dr. Michael Baden was involved in that case as well, he was hired by the Brown family, and also gave a conflicting account of the official autopsy in that case. He's a fraud for hire.

I wonder if the black woman who had a gun stuck in her pregnant belly by Georgie - - while his friends rifled her house and stole her money - - has anything to say about this? I also wonder if it will be revealed that Georgie overdosed on a lethal combination of fentanyl and amphetamines - - and that the police actually extended his pathetic life by keeping him from flailing around - - and killing himself the way Freddie Gray did? You know - - at this stage - - what difference do those things make?

Baden has the right to state his own 'opinion', even if he knows he is lying, and to be paid for his efforts...heck, politicians do the same thing every time they speak. OTOH, critics have the right to factually expose his lies. The question is, which side will get enough public airtime to affect the optics. While the facts should matter, what often drives public opinion are the 'optics', or perceptions, which don't need to be factually accurate to be sensationally attractive. As the article points out, Baden was not hired to do a second autopsy...he was hired to enhance the perceptions of the narrative.

The cause of death in the Autopsy that was performed was "Cardiac Arrest." The definition of death is that the heart stopped beating, that is, Cardiac Arrest. Cardiac Arrest is the end result of all deaths. It is like saying death is the cause of death -- a sloppy attempt to “cover-up” the cause with nonsense! The cause death may be from asphyxiation, strangulation, stabbing, gun shot, cancer or many other causes. Dr. Michael Baden may have been guessing at the cause of death, but he was correct that it was a “cover-up.”

In fact, the autopsy showed that Floyd had no trauma on his body whatsoever. His ingestion of fentanyl and methamphetamine combined with a pre-existing heart and hypertension history contributed to his death. And murder charges were brought against Officer Derek Chauvin because the medical examiner added that the “restraint” also contributed to the death of Floyd. Let's at least try to be self-consistent here. After spending months rightfully chastising the CDC for instructing pathologists to list covid-19 as the cause of death even if it were only believed to have been present as a contributing factor, we're going to do exactly the opposite thing here? If fentanyl, meth, hypertension, and heart condition all "contributed to" his death, what was his cause of death? There has to be something listed for that on his death certificate.

#28. I followed your link to the report and did the math. It appears he had an amount of fentanyl in his system that was more than enough to start surgery. 2-20 micrograms/L or 2-20 ng/mL for surgery. He had 11 ng/mL or 11 micrograms/L.

I think folks are missing an important point here. Even if he wasn't asphyxiated, holding him down for 8 minutes and 46 seconds on the hard cement with his knee on his neck while Floyd was crying for help saying "(he) can't breathe" and calling for his mother most clearly contributed to his death. When a police officer takes a person in custody, he is responsible for his safety and well-being. People here seem to forget that. The man needed medical help and they ignored him and pleas from bystanders to help him. They told the bystanders to get out of there. Even after Floyd became unresponsive, they did not do anything for him. Former Minneapolis police reviewed the video and commented on how Chauvin had his hand in his pocket while he kept his knee in his neck, indicating no agitation and he felt there was little or no threat (they call it code yellow or white). This means he didn't need to keep the pressure on as there was no struggle. When the ambulance was finally called (whenever that may have been) , it came in as code 2 (no lights nor siren) -- not code 3 for life threatening condition. So, clearly there was no concern for Floyd's life at all. By the time the EMS arrived, there were no signs of life and they didn't even take his handcuffs off until after they loaded him into the ambulance. Sorry, but regardless of his health issues and the drugs and alcohol, he probably wouldn't have died if he hadn't kept his knee on him long after he stopped talking/breathing and if they had called for an ambulance earlier. All of them had callous disregard for his life...and over what? $20? He didn't have to die. The knee maneuver is also not an acceptable use of force in most places, and it certainly was not appropriate to the situation. By the way, they say he had sickle cell anemia which can make it hard to breathe. Sickle cell is almost exclusively found in blacks. Using a tactic that puts pressure (even for a very short time) on main arteries and veins in the neck on someone who has sickle cell jeopardizes the person's life. No matter what, the cops were wrong. Sadly, this kind of thing happens too often and not only to blacks. Rogue cops are equal opportunity abusers. I have seen way too many abuses of power by police in my lifetime. It reflects badly on the good ones who are just trying to do their jobs. But it is also the responsibility of the "good" ones to report the bad and to stop protecting them or turn a blind eye. Until they all do what is right, we will never get past this problem and people will not trust law enforcement.

No matter that Floyd in actuality was a habitual criminal with quite a past criminal record, and all the potential circumstances casting doubt on how Floyd died. What the heck was that Minneapolis cop thinking who had his knee on Floyd’s neck for that long? Why would a 19 year police veteran be using such a potentially dangerous tactic that did not appear to be necessary in that circumstance? There is really no controversy among just about everyone viewing the video that the cop committed a homicide against the life of Floyd.

She’s only in her fifties; she’d be there for 30 years,” Rivera said. President Joe Biden announced his intention to nominate a black woman to the Supreme Court in February of 2020. “It’s not going to happen,” Rivera continued. “They’ve already put out the D.C. Circuit Judge Brown Jackson, the South Carolina District Judge Michelle Childs, Leondra Kruger — all black women.

SAN FRANCISCO — California State University, the largest-four year university system in the country, is poised to eliminate SAT and ACT standardized tests from its undergraduate admissions process, following a trend in higher education over concerns that the exams are unfair to minority and low-income students. The Board of Trustees for the 23-campus CSU system will vote in March on recommendations to end the testing requirements, which were presented at a meeting Wednesday and met with widespread enthusiasm. (Snip) Critics have long argued that standardized tests put minority and low-income students at a disadvantage, in part because of test questions that

“Well, at least it can’t get any worse than this,” Joe Biden is thinking as he scans this Monmouth poll. Meanwhile, thousands of miles away, Vladimir Putin picks up the phone and gives the “go” order to his generals outside Ukraine… Coupla real gut punches for Democrats in this new data from Monmouth. Biden has reached the lowest job approval of his presidency in their polling to date, crossing the political Mendoza line by falling from 40 percent last month to 39 now. Republicans also lead 51/43 on the generic ballot, an all but unheard of advantage for the GOP at this stage

On Wednesday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “The Beat,” Senate Judiciary Committee member Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-HI) said she wants Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer’s replacement to be someone “who will consider the impact, the effects of whatever decision-making is on people in our country so that they are not making decisions just based on” the law. (snip) “What I’m looking for is a justice who can be fair and impartial and who does not have an ideological axe to grind, which is what we saw — as far as I’m concerned — in President Trump’s nominees, including to the Supreme Court.

The truth is that the Second American Civil War is...almost over. Unlike the first one, the Democrats appear to be a near lock to win. Leftists, through a combination of brilliant projectionist strategy and callously evil use of their political opponents' naïveté, decency, and tolerance, have transformed America's institutions. They have weaponized them and used them against their less aggressive fellow citizens. In the process, they have transformed Americans, their beliefs and expectations, too. Much like the Chinese Communist Party, they own nearly all the levers of influence and power

President Joe Biden reportedly told Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Thursday to brace his country for a certain Russian invasion. Biden told Zelensky that an invasion is virtually certain and to 'prepare for impact,' CNN reported. He said Kiev could be 'sacked' by Russian forces. He reportedly said Ukraine would not be getting significantly more military help, including reiterating that no U.S. troops would be deployed there, nor would there be preemptive sanctions on Russia or any progress with NATO. The warning was not part of a White House readout provided after the call. The two world leaders conversed on the phone as the Department of Defense was issuing

The saying goes that crises reveal your true nature. If that’s the case, we are in big trouble, because what COVID has revealed about young people in America is not good. A new Morning Consult poll out this week finds that young people are the most worried about getting COVID of any age group — even though their risk from the disease is negligible. At the other end of the spectrum, the elderly are much less worried, even though they are at the highest risk of death. The poll found that 23% of those between ages 18-34 are “very worried

Where COVID is concerned, are you ready to vaccinate your two-year-old? And then vaccinate your two-year-old? And then vaccinate your two-year-old? I’m speaking of doses, to be clear. A triple approach will likely be the idea, according to Dr. Anthony Fauci at a press conference Wednesday. Amid discussion of the “development of a universal coronavirus vaccine,” he referenced a “three-dose regimen” for children under four. ABC News anchor Cheyenne Haslett inquired as follows: “For Dr. Fauci, I had a question for you, if you could talk a little bit about this next age group waiting for vaccines — kids four and younger — any updates on when we
