In the end, the words that Michael Flynn uttered to Russia's ambassador that landed the former Trump national security in a three-year legal nightmare were simply this: "We need cool heads to prevail."
That was the message Flynn delivered to Sergey Kislyak on Dec. 29, 2016, the day outgoing President Barack Obama imposed sanctions on Russia for meddling in the U.S. election, according to newly declassified transcripts of the conversation.
Yes, Flynn talked sanctions. But his message not to escalate a sanctions war was similar to what his future boss, Donald Trump, presented the next day and what many other experts recommended.

These documents were never supposed to see light of day- I sure hope there are legal consequences for the FBI agents and the ones who said go after Flynn.

I am cautiously optimistic that the slow expansion of journalists covering this, and the recent firing of Boente might (only "might") be the beginning of a cavalcade of the uncovering of these awful events. China's disgusting government (and the vast body of China-supporting politicians like Biden) is also being examined and exposed. Notably, Trump has been right on almost every issue, and the Democrats and RINO's have been demonstrably wrong.
I anticipate a world shortage of popcorn.

Consider this. If you are the FBI and you want to investigate someone, wouldn't it give you pause to consider the subject of your investigation is the incoming national security adviser and IF you are going to do this, you better have rock solid evidence that it is justified? Tossing around the Logan act as justification is an absurdity. If you want to inquire into a average citizen, maybe such a wimpy justification might slip through. But everyone involved KNEW they were taking action against the incoming administration. Instead of dotting i's and crossing t's and doing the "right stuff" they were playing cops & robbers.
The more I find out, the more ridiculous this gets. They asserted that Flynn lied. The impression was that Flynn denied talking to the Russian ambassador. That is NOT true. Flynn acknowledged the call and repeatedly said "maybe. I can't remember." concerning specifics. That is NOT a lie. It is a perfectly valid answer and the FBI KNEW IT.
The people who set this up and facilitated it exhibited and CONTINUE TO EXHIBIT extreme arrogance. As the legal system slams down around them, they deserve NO special considerations. They deserve the maximum possible penalties. They KNEW they were going down an foolish and unjustified road. They KNEW nothing came of it. They created a fake accusation and produced threats and enormous pressure on an innocent man. This was the definition of a corrupt state.
This is outrageous. BO knew. Biden knew. Comey knew. Brennan knew. Clapper knew. Multiple people in the FBI knew. Yates knew. Rice knew. Powers knew. Some dems knew. Hillary probably knew. Some media players may have known. And a cast of supporting players knew.
This was a criminal conspiracy and BO and Biden were in charge of it. Biden thinks he was having a little trouble with Ukraine? This is much, much worse.

Sickening.
We had an election. Trump won and put his team in place. On his last day in office, the false prophet tries to instigate trouble with Russia. Unbeknownst to him, Trump's incoming NSA parlays keeping things cool with the Russian ambassador and keeps the mutual strategy pointed toward the common muslim threat in the Middle East. The deep state holdovers can't understand why we're not in a shooting war with Russia after Trump's first day in office and decide to investigate and then retaliate against their new boss.
Mike Flynn is an American hero like few others.

Exactly what I was thinking #7 , why would the Omaha team be puzzled over lack of Russian reaction unless they were trying to knock Trump off balance right off the bat, not the first time Dems have tried that , remember Jan 2001 was all about ‘adding’ arsenic to the water because Clinton had changed the rules on the way out the door and if I’m not mistaken they tried the old ‘he removed the MLK statue’ lie against both Bush and Trump on day one.,

It is all you say and worse, #5. And to top it off Flynn ignored protocol, failing to report the FBI visit to his boss, Mike Pence, and then failed common sense by having neither counsel or witness in the interview. He was a sucker and the FBI hooked him. Then, to top it off, Mike Pence said Flynn lies to him, and PDT asked for his resignation.
The rest of this fiasco hinges on Flynn’s willingness to roll on a charge with a promise to cooperate. So he pleaded guilty TWICE; each time denying under oath he was under any pressure.
This is going to be an interesting show...Flynn/Powell vs Judge Sullivan.

I hope that some of this hemp stuff that is all over the TV commercials leaves enough to make some good hemp rope, to hang these people! America needs some hangings for closure, after all we've been through at the hands of democrats!

The FBI agents were not on a legitimate, legally valid mission. Therefore we're rogues and whatever Gen. Flynn said to them or did not is irrelevant as far as the law and the courts. This case should have been dismissed in a nanosecond and severely disciplined. But that is all should have, would have. But the Circuit Court still has an opportunity. Let us see what Jun 1 brings.

No Number six, it is not time to move on. These despicable people need to be, and have to be prosecuted beyond the fullest extent of the law!!!

Today is June 1st. Wasn’t Emmet Sullivan’s response to the DC Court of Appeals due yesterday? The order came down on May 21st and gave the judge 10 days to respond. Do they have a different way of keeping time in Washington DC?

In typical DC Swamp corrupt process, the accused will have resigned, gone off into the sunset with a book deal and a pension, pick up a gig in the private sector and live happily ever after.

Yeah, documents show, blah, blah, blah. Comey bragged on national TV that he did exactly what the documents reveal to Flynn. Of course Flynn did nothing wrong. We've known that since February, 2017 and certainly since Levin detailed everything about the coup in March, 2017. The fact that not one thing will be done about the Comey and deep state crimes is the story. Most of the criminal evidence on the coup has been available, including the Steele dossier hoax since November, 2016. A dog dropping a steamer on a law school lawn could prosecute the case against the coup and win. The continued release of patently obvious evidence with nothing but the continued rewards for all the deep state criminals is making this an LSD influenced Monty Python skit from hell.

Clearly the FBI during the Obama years and thereafter led by James Comey and other conspirators were so busy trying to effectuate a covert and unlawful coup against President Donald Trump and his advisers, on behalf of Barack Obama and his “resistance” operation against Trump, rather than identifying, investigating, and getting a handle on domestic terrorist organizations like ANTIFA, along with their funding facilitators, that were planning to create anarchy across the USA.
If the Congress ever gets the guts to effectively reorganize the FBI, the Congress in legislation should require that all counterintelligence and criminal investigations conducted by the FBI, only be initiated in the FBI field offices by street level career FBI Agents upon probable cause, and not at FBI Headquarters by the politicized political appointees for highly political and unlawful purposes.

Meanwhile, Judge Sullivan is appointing his own persecutor to pursue new charges against Flynn, this time for lying about being guilty in his court. Judge Sullivan is standing up and putting a immediate stop to people coming to his court with a guilty plea, only to discover later they are innocent. Anybody coming before Judge Sullivan that pleads guilty, only to be discovered to be innocent will be charged with perjury before his court.

Ever wonder why the FBI never acted on intel that the Towers in NY were in jeopardy?.... ever wonder why the FBI never acted on the intel that the Boston Marathon was going to be hit?....ever wonder what the FBI is doing... besides framing innocent Americans?
