There's a device I need! I have trouble telling 3 feet from 6 feet. Do the devices also compute your government social compliance score and send it to the local tyrants?

As an added bonus, the device will have a locator, so that the police can find you if it records you violating the social distancing rules more than 2 times!

Mark twain wrote about swinging a dead cat on a string. I'd just pull it around behind me and swing it around me to help calibrate distance

It could be permanently affixed to your ankle. And then I’ll give a description of all my activities to facebooger.

Everyone will just love the convenience. I recommend turning up the beep to a full volume banshee scream. Students back in school should be required to wear them, just to be safe.

That device will start going into the trash as soon as people find it goes off when you're within 6 feet of anything.

I'll treat these just like I do those over-sensitive car alarms--walk too close on purpose just to make them go off.

And the beeper will go off about 3 seconds before I punch the metrosexual male Karen in the face.

What a great device!
Now all that is needed is to change the law, such that murdering the idiot who uses one of these is a 3rd rate misdemeanor

I only support Democrats wearing a mask, and one of these devices. I think Democrats look much better with a mask, but I would prefer the device be set to keep them at least 1,000 miles from me.

About that mask thing; I don’t wear one, just about everywhere I go. I figure all the democrats wear them and maybe some republicans. It’s kinda discouraging to see how many Dems there are out there, going to stores.

Monty Python had a similar idea in 1972. On "The Cycling Tour", a researcher described a tomato that could avoid danger. If it sensed a car crash, for example, it would, "come up your throat and out the window." A tomato did just that; and while shouting, "it worked! It worked!", the car crashed. It's funny what this stunning and brave new world will make you think about.

This is up there with designer masks. Somebody's gimmick to make a buck off the scamdemic. I do applaud capitalism, though.

I think Joe Biden should wear one of these locked around his ankle. It will help inattentive parents know when he is approaching their child.

I know people that are absolutely loosing it over this virus. They wont leave the house and post tge daily deathtolls on their profile as if its truly the end of the world.
I guarantee that there are thousands out there ready to fork over bucks to get one. I know of one local business that has gone off the deepend over this. Ill have to forward the article to their decision maker. He will order one for several thousand employees and require his venders to wear one.

I shall consider this my mobile fruitcake detector. And I will appropriately distance myself from anyone who starts beeping because they are wearing this ridiculous device.

Like the healthy folks not venturing out without their trusty N95 or homemade masks, the Pathfinder technology is just another form (high tech) of submission signaling.

It's going to be very noisy in Walmart and Costco. By the way, there were only 10-15 people in line to go into Walmart this morning. The parking lot was pretty sparse too. I think the people have decided the pandemic is over.

So when the silly beeper goes off, who moves? The person beeping or the person(s) too close to the beeper? Stupid.
