Mandatory vaccination for coronavirus gains
support from ’civil libertarian’ Alan Dershowitz

The media, computer modelers, epidemiologists, and the censors keeping dissenting views off of social media have succeeded in terrifying much of the political class and the American public into accepting far-reaching suspensions of civil liberties in the name of suppressing the spread of a Covid-19, a highly communicable flu strain whose lethality principally affects the elderly and those with comorbidities. At the moment it is an open question whether the lockdown ”cure” will end up being more lethal than the disease.
Last week, American Thinker took some flak, including from some conservatives for publishing Peter Barry Chowka’s warning, “Mandatory coronavirus vaccination looming on the horizon.”

No thanks Jackweed, I have NO USE for Vaccines that typically have bad stuff like Thimerosal in it to 'preserve freshness'.
Thimerosal is a mercury-containing organic compound (an organomercurial). Since the 1930s, it has been widely used as a preservative in a number of biological and drug products, including many vaccines, to help prevent potentially life threatening contamination with harmful microbes.Feb 1, 2018.
Right, Putting MERCURY right into your body, WHAT could possibly GO WORNG?

Poster one is correct. A rushed drug to be tested on public guinea pigs isn't a sound idea.
Give it to the people who are alone in their cars with a mask on. They'll jump for it.

To prove you were vaccinated - - they will tattoo a number on your forearm.
If the Vaccination Police stop you - - just show them your tattoo - - and you won't be sent to a re-education camp.
Works for me!

I am not in favor of mandatory anything. But, once there is a well tested vaccine.....I'll happily take it, like have taken dozens and dozens of others in my long, healthy life. I have traveled extensively and that has required lots of vaccination, far more than the limited numbers required in the USA. Go to India, go to central Asia.....you have to be crazy not to have a bunch of vaccinations. And I have taken the pneumonia and shingles vaccinations in the last couple of years and flu vaccinations every year for at least 12 years, probably longer. Anti-vaxxers are nutcases. People who don't like being told what they have to do, get some sympathy.

Every person has a little bit different biology and situation. I think your vaccinations should be discussed with your doctor, not Alan Dershowitz, who does not have a medical license, and I doubt could get one.

Dershowitz' argument is based on a fundamental legal principle. It's the same reason you don't have a right to drive through a red light without stopping. Even though stopping might cost you time and gas and restrict your freedom everyone agrees to stop at the light because it protects others from being hit by other cars at an intersection.
You can't literally be tied down and injected with a vaccine against your will but you must show that your freedom to not to be vaccinated does not put me or my grandma at risk from you spreading a dangerous disease that could harm or kill us. If you are responsible and get tested or socially distance yourself when you get sick the rest of us don't have a problem. The probability of most people being this responsible is close to zero. Hence, we need a stick (law) to go with the carrot (vaccines actually protect you and us).
Based on the number of people I see flying through stop signs and red lights everyday in my own neighborhood I'm not optimistic that any law would actually work for everyone but it might make enough people get vaccinated to protect the world from the "outliers" that just don't want to get with the program.

The Wolf-man here in PA says no normal till there is a fool-proof vaccine.
I think we may be headed to massive civil disobedience followed by a forced evacuation of that political office, as he seems to think he is GOD. There has never been a 'perfect' vaccine for anything. On top of that we just had a judge down in Philadelphia plead guilty to massive election fraud in 2014, 2015 and 2016, both adding fraudulent ballots and then using his position to validate said ballots. I personally wouldn't object to Trump activating the National Guard at this point or in the near future to arrest this contemptible twit and charge him with murder (2/3 of PA covid deaths are from Nursing homes stuffed on his order with active Covid cases) and Abuse of Power, malfeasence in office, violation of Federal Laws... The list is getting mighty long.

Saw this in 1976:"The rationale for mass vaccination seemed to stem from only the barest of biological reasoning — it turned out that the flu wasn’t even related to the virus that caused the grisly 1918 epidemic and, indeed, those who were infected with the flu only suffered from a mild illness while the vaccine, for the reasons stated above, resulted in over four-hundred and fifty people developing the paralyzing Guillain-Barré syndrome. Meanwhile, outside the United States’ borders, the flu never mushroomed into the anticipated public health disaster. It was the pandemic that never was. The New York Times went so far as to dub the whole affair a “fiasco,” damning one of the largest and probably one of the most well-intentioned public health initiatives by the US government (1)."

I watched a replay of Dershowitz flapping his gums about this so-called mandatory vaccination. His touted intelligence was not evident in his reasoning. Also, it is unlikely he has read the Book containing the information about the danger of taking such an implant. I'll just tell him good bye now because I probably won't get the chance to warn him further.

Thiomersal would be the least of the bad things in the Gates-Fauci 'vaccine'.
And the only way I'd get it is if they injected it into my corpse.
I'm one of those stupid, evil, socially irresponsible 'anti-vaxxer' fools.
Oh, I dutifully got injected with every dang thing they said I needed until I was 25. I drew the line in 1975 when the rushed to market swine flu vaccine killed or debilitated so many people, and I refused it even risking court martial (I was in the military at the time, but being in an elite unit and the only one who could do my job, they decided to let me slide, as long as I didn't tell the other guys ) .
Prior to that I was down with a bad flu 3-5 times a year. Haven't has a flu shot since 1974. Since then, I MAY have had the flu one time, back in 1997; but I think it was probably just a bad cold.

Forced to take it doesn't necessarily mean tying you down and injecting you. It could mean you cannot enter a building such as a government building or grocery store unless you have been vaccinated, you cannot socially mingle with others you, cannot renew your drivers license, etc, etc, etc. My goodness look at the way people are freaking out about masks, just imagine what these people will do if they find out that you haven't been vaccinated.

I too do not like being forced to do anything BUT if my doc, whom I trust, recommends I get it, I'm okay with that. He would not hurt me. I know that. I get a flu vaccine every year and don't get the flu. I have traveled and had many vaccines without issue.

According to Dr. Chuck Missler ["Transhumanism"], they now have vaccines that can even target a particular race of people. There are converging technologies -- robotics, microbiology-genome science, nanotechnology ["machines" at the molecular level], and AI/ artificial intelligence -- that are coming soon, and also able to be weaponized. Ray Kurzwell's "singularity" point -- when computers are smarter than men -- should also be reached in a few years. Do not entertain that "Mandatory Vaccines to Save Mankind"-crap. But many will.

The case he is talking about concerns smallpox. The mortality rates between smallpox and C-19 are as different as night and day. Further a lot of people will balk at any new vaccine because it is in a hurry-up development when viewed with the extremely low death rate from C-19.

Dershowitz says that I need to get the vaccine because if I don’t then I am putting others at risk. Well I’m not putting people who get the vaccine at risk. I’m only putting at risk those who also chose not to get the vaccine. They are willing to accept the risk as am I so what is the problem?

What #36 said. This disease is an immanent danger to relatively small and easily-identifiable segments of the population. I'm three of them: fat, old, and diabetic. (When I asked my doctor for a second opinion, he said I was ugly too.)
They (we) needed to worry. They (we) needed to think seriously about quarantining ourselves while the disease played out harmlessly among the healthy population. And, if we are being really serious, they (we) should indeed get vaccinated because we are the ones at risk. Once vaccines are readily available, all those who are worried may choose to get vaccinated in order to protect themselves. Those who do not get vaccinated assume the risk of that decision, with the understanding that others may also choose likewise and increase the risk to you.
But you do not get to choose to protect me, and I categorically reject any attempt to protect me from myself. I've had three months of people telling me what I need to do to keep myself safe, and I've had enough.
We could have responded rationally to the minimal threat posed by this disease to society as a whole by quarantining the ill and elderly while herd immunity built up amongst the healthy. Instead, we have listened to insane recommendations from idiotic "experts" who have now perpetrated the biggest experiment in medical malpractice in human history. We have destroyed our entire village in order to save the sickly village elder.
This madness must stop.
