Obamagate – How Obama administration apparently
weaponized intel agencies for political attacks

Original Article

There is strong evidence that President Barack Obama’s administration improperly weaponized U.S. intelligence agencies in multiple and shocking ways against Donald Trump and other political enemies. It appears the Obama administration did this in a number of ways, including: fraudulently obtaining Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrants to spy on American citizens; promoting the Democratic National Committee-funded dossier assembled by former British spy Christopher Steele that was filled with lies about Trump; politicizing intelligence analysis; leaking intelligence; and spying on political opponents and journalists. In the period when he was a presidential candidate and president-elect, Trump and his aides seemed to have been the major targets of this misuse of American intelligence

Clearly, the Obama administration ignored the rules and did pretty much whatever they wanted. This could not have happened but for the cooperation of the individuals in the intelligence agencies who knew the rules and understood them but were willing nevertheless to provide assistance. The article suggests that there were many people involved in the unmasking who knew better but did it anyway and not one went through the proper channels to raise any alarm. This is the deep state’s doing and evidently there are many individuals who have made the decision to upend the normal operating procedures in order to give advantage to the democrat party. This kind of lawlessness undermines our basic rights, destroys trust in government and damages the Republic. The democrats and media are already downplaying the seriousness of these revelations by trying to spin it as being overhyped by the Republicans and something that is done frequently and Republicans only wish to tarnish the reputation of Obama and his administration. The more evidence that is exposed, the more strident their cries will become and ultimately they will insist that it is racially motivated. AG Barr and Durham will be reviled as they determine to hold the individuals accountable. The media will do a number on them like never before because the left knows this is a gravely serious matter that has the power to destroy the cabal embedded in our government. Regardless of who gets swept up by the DOJ or what agencies have been corrupted, for the sake of the Republic justice must be served. What has been done to this President and others around him by this corrupt administration is an unconscionable act of betrayal that should never be repeated. Pray for AG Barr and Durham as they are about to face vicious attacks from every direction. They will need all the wisdom and determination they can muster. The deep state will fight any attempt to hold them accountable to the death.

Our Republican leadership has been a bunch of limp-d!ck impotent do nothings compared to the Dems. The Dems fight for blood. They don't care about proof. They don't even need proof! They and their allies in the media tell a lie and publish it and BOOM it's now a thing. Compare them to McConnell, Graham, Gowdy, Ryan, Boehner....not one had the courage to really go after the Dem criminals. Gowdy was the biggest disappointment when he fizzled out over Bengazi. They talk a great game but as the saying goes, all hat and no cattle. Thank GOD for Trump-he's showing them how to fight back and how to grow a backbone.

It is indeed a cabal, but has been in existence before Obama. As the article says, Zippy took the informal, wink-wink, nudge-nudge political leanings of the largely liberal IC (heck, even MI branch types are known as the liberal democrats of the US Army), and gave them focus and leeway to do their dirty work for the left's agenda. It's a swamp within a swamp and it needs to have a massive cleaning just like NYC.

I believe this statement from the article is telling only part of the story: "This week’s revelation that an astounding 39 Obama administration officials – including then-Vice President Joe Biden – made 53 requests to unmask incoming Trump National Security Adviser Michael Flynn’s name from National Security Agency phone intercepts between Election Day on Nov. 8, 2016 and Jan. 12, 2017 was a bombshell." The way I see it is that members of the Obama administration did not know the name they were asking to unmask, it just so happened that 39 of the unmaskings happened to be Flynn and that has been reported here. How many times did the Obama administration ask for an unmasking and it wasn't Flynn?

It should be obvious that Obie's aim to establish the new world order in Amerika was no joke. His weaponization of the federal government and the msm to achieve these aims was only the tip of the iceberg though. Fortunately he failed in reducing us to the 350 million useful idiots necessary for finishing the job. But, this Covid19 pandemic has brought some success thanks to the msm.

This article deals with “weaponizing” as it refers to agencies being used as weapons against political rivals. Look back to the first term of the reign of error that was Smidgen’s entire presidency and remember that he literally weaponized numerous agencies with guns and ammo, even the IRS and the Dept. of Agriculture. If Illary had won the election those agencies probably would have used their arms on us by now. If PDT hasn’t done so already, he should retrieve all of them and put them up for sale. Can you imagine the leftist heads exploding?

" weakened rules on unmasking the names of members of Congress from intelligence reports", "Rules on notifying Congress also were weakened" It is clear that these things were done to pave the way for BO's spying on political enemies. "all Obama administration rule changes .... need to be reversed immediately" That's a good start. "requirement for congressional notification if such spying is deemed necessary in the future" With SEVERE penalties for failure to comply. Further, such notification should require sign offs from those notified and the president and intelligence chiefs. This ensures accountability. "why career intelligence officials cooperated" Because they farmed it out to the FBI, who with it's "counterintelligence division" tries to walk on both sides of the street, domestic and foreign, non spying and spying, and was easy to corrupt into tearing down the walls between the two. "carrying out these unmasking requests was a huge ethical lapse by ... U.S. intelligence community employees" But if the president says it's OK by weakening the rules, what could be wrong.

I would say that what Barack Obama did was essentially elevate the “Chicago Way” of political corruption to the federal level. When it comes to the Michael Flynn political persecution, the absolute way to go, just as with the past telephone call between President Trump and the President of Ukraine, is to declassify the transcript of the telephone call between Flynn and the Russian Ambassador. That transcript is the product of an intelligence operation that monitored that call conducted by either the CIA, the FBI, or some Allied intelligence agency, and was in the hands of the FBI before they went to the White House and covertly interviewed Flynn without notifying Flynn that he was being targeted in an FBI investigation. Anyone who has been paying attention to the historic Russian way of doing business with the USA, should know that the telephone call would also have been recorded by the Russian intelligence service. So really the only people with any standing who don’t know the contents of that telephone call are the American people. Once the telephone call is declassified and released, the American people will be able to determine for themselves if Flynn had a motive to lie to the FBI based upon what he said to the Russian Ambassador, if the FBI interview with Flynn was even necessary as the FBI already knew the contents of the telephone call, if because of that was the answers that Flynn gave to the FBI were even material, and that if an unnecessary interview of Flynn by the FBI was really a scam, to attempt to set up Flynn in a perjury trap that was initiated for political purposes, specifically because Obama did not want Flynn to be Trump’s National Security Advisor, that was not Obama’s call.

Author asks why Obama et al. would do such a thing? He knows the answer but doesn’t go there. I will. Keeping Obama legacy functioning needed Hillary as president. When Obama got wind of the rise and enthusiasm for Trump, He became concerned and a plan was formed. The rest as they say is history. Documented. More to follow.

It is true the media will attempt to destroy Barr and Durham. And they will convince a great segment of the populace. An enormous statement must be made to counter their narrative. A 5 million man march in Washington would be such a statement. Rush or Sean could make this happen.

No governor yet claims jurisdiction over the International Space Station but the astronauts have a lot of explaining to do when they return to earth. It’s not as though they lacked for space. Governors ordering around people 250 miles above their states seems far-fetched. But so, too, did the notion of governors usurping the role of legislatures. Eight months after the initial coronavirus lockdowns, citizens docilely accept the idea of a single person dictating the laws that govern millions of people.

The practice of democracy in our constitutional republic flourishes in the presence of contradictions. Democracy, itself, is bound by our inalienable rights, bestowed to us by our Creator. These rights, not given to us by our government by any majority or by any vote, cannot be rescinded, for they were not wrought by man. Voting is a contradiction for it is both public and private at the same time. Its process is intended to be secret, but transparent. Its agency is intensely partisan, but its effect is intended to be unifying. The legitimacy of voting must survive despite the contradictions intrinsic to the process.

Will Judge Emmett Sullivan accept President Trump’s pardon of General Michael Flynn? No one has suggested that possibility, other than The New York Sun. The general’s case, though, has become a bonfire of the vanities of one district judge who has denied the presumption of regularity to an official act of the United States government — meaning Attorney General William Barr’s attempt to drop the case. So why would Judge Sullivan credit President Trump’s workaround of a pardon? We understand, the pardon could be the least fettered of all the powers that the Constitution grants to the president.

Many conservatives have moved their social-media accounts to the more freewheeling Parler, and often have slammed the supposedly monopolistic Facebook and Twitter as they’ve decamped from those sites. I have chuckled at some of their overheated parting rhetoric — especially the widespread misunderstanding about the meaning of the word “monopoly.” A monopoly is, as the Oxford dictionary explains, “the exclusive possession or control of the supply of or trade in a commodity or service.” Quite obviously, if one stops doing business with a company and heads over to its competitor, then the previous company is not by definition in exclusive possession or control of a service.

There, Democratic incumbent Anthony Brindisis is locked in a recount with Republican Claudia Tenney, who previously held the seat before him. The race gap between the two has come down to the point where Tenney is leading by 106 votes and the only ballots left to possibly be considered are the ones that were “set aside” during the initial count due to irregularities.
