President Trump on Thursday pressed Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham to call former President Barack Obama to testify amid new developments surrounding the origins of the Russia investigation and efforts at the time to "unmask" Michael Flynn's name in intelligence reports.
“If I were a Senator or Congressman, the first person I would call to testify about the biggest political crime and scandal in the history of the USA, by FAR, is former President Obama,” Trump tweeted Thursday. “He knew EVERYTHING.”

Once again, Miss Lindsey lets us down after months of bellowing, snorting and stamping to show us how big and brave he is...when actually he is one of the leaders of the Low-T, prancing and preening poohbahs of the Senate. Miss Lindsey doesn't get his hands dirty. He may have served in the Army but it wasn't the Army who actually got out in the dirt. He was a dainty, mendacious lawyer.

Lindsey: "What? Y'all mean I got to DO something? Ya mean I just can't go on TV - - and just talk n' talk n' talk? Shucks - - y'all can't really expect THAT?"

When Lindsey comes on FOX news and talks to Hannity, Laura Ingram or the others, he comes on like a real hard nose about fixing the corruption in Washington. But when he can do something about it, he gets spooked. He's all hat and no cattle. The Democrats might have something on Lindsay to blackmail him on, but come on. Lindsay just can't spew his mouth off and not investigate the corruption in the Obama administration. He has no credibility.

The litebringer will claim executive privilege and his minions will all plead the 5th., which if you are President Trump or any Republican, would automatically mean you're guilty. The publicity arm of the dem party will of course carry their water, even if the buckets full of holes!

In the past I have defended Graham on this site due to the outstanding work he did as one of the lawyers in the Clinton impeachment trial.
I apologize for that and promise not to do it again. Mea culpa!

Regardless of the never ending words coming out of his mouth, the actions are never there.
Anyone who could be that close to senator "no name" for all those years will never have my trust.

I don't remember the interrogation of Hitlery Ramrod Clitton going particularly well for the Repubs. It's always disappointing- or very often anyway- to see the caliber of questioning; probably I'm prejudiced by watching Perry Mason where the writer gets to write the question and the answer.
My opinion would be that questioning odumbdumb would be a disaster for the Repubs. Unless they have some genius that can ask the rightest questions with bestest tone and demeanor. He's too stupid to answer questions anyway and too sacred to too many dims.

Remember Biden's threat against Lindsey's saber rattling over Ukraine? I guess there's some teeth in that Obiden threat.

Even at the Clinton impeachment then- House Representative Graham was no prize. I recall that he spoke convincingly for the necessity of an impeachment vote and then voted thumbs down on Bill Clinton’s guilt for perjury or suborning perjury or both. It was a stunning departure and at odds with the arguments he made before the vote. But then again there were those raw FBI files that were missing at the beginning of Bill Clinton’s first term that miraculously showed up in Craig Livingstone’s office. I think of them when considering Republicans’ lack of backbone, especially the older ones.

Jug Ears would only fall back on pretend memory loss just like the Butcher did - I don't recall; I don't remember; I never heard that, etc., etc.

Of course Trump is right-it all points to Obama. But career politicians like Lindsay Graham won't take the risk of upsetting the serving cart-he doesn't want to deal with the mess. He is citing 'executive privilege' of all things. If a US President is guilty of orchestrating a criminal system of spying then dammit we deserve to know! Our system of gvt. is the finest in the world, but our problem is that its full of crooked, slimeball, lying opportunists & cowards-like Graham-who like the life of a DC pol. We deserve BETTER.
