WASHINGTON — There have always been two sides to Michael T. Flynn. There was the rebellious teenager who surfed during hurricanes and spent a night in juvenile reformatory. Then there was the adult who buckled down, joined the Army and rose to become a three-star general.
Mr. Flynn was a lifelong Democrat who served President Barack Obama as a top intelligence officer. He also called Mr. Obama a “liar” after being forced out of the job and reinvented himself as a Republican foreign policy adviser.

According to the NYT's what happened to General Flynn is just one of life's reversals. How convenient. Yes, I didn't ready the article. Check out the DOJ's motion for dismissal.

Here's the DOJ filing to dismiss the case. An amazingly detailed account of maliciously motivated false accusations. Read it carefully and keep it on your phone ready to show anyone who questions the dismissal (Ie NYTimes editorial board, Obama, and other airheads)

Agree with the above. Just read Flynn’s motion to dismiss, it lays out everything that the Justice Department believes happened. Don’t let the MFM “translate” it for you.

So basically the FBI had decided to drop the Flynn investigation but before it actually closed Strzok was able to send a couple FBI agents to question Flynn (without the DOJ's consent). Flynn knew the call to the Russian ambassador was being recorded but went ahead and gave his best recollection. The FBI agents didn't think he lied, but it didn't matter, Comey went ahead and charged him anyway. To be charged with making a false statement it has to be material to the underlying investigation, which it was not. "The Government cannot explain - much less prove to a jury beyond a reasonable doubt - how false statements are material to an investigation that seems to be undertaken only to criminalize Mr. Flynn. And even if they could be material, the Government does not believe it could prove Mr. Flynn knowingly and willfully made a false statement.."

Is that the best the NYT has to deliver a smear on Gen. Flynn?
No mention of Flynn angering Brennan and Comey when he backed a woman's bias charges.
No mention of the fear in the IC (Intelligence Cabal) that Flynn would uncover their illegal acts.
No mention of the misdeeds of the DOJ prosecutors
No mention of the malpractice of Flynn's first set of lawyers hiding exonerating evidence.
No mention of the DOJ threatening to go after Flynn's son.
No mention of the FBI's failure to Mirandize him and allowing his lawyer to be present in the WH "interview."
I could go on...

"As a military man, Mr. Flynn seemed oblivious to wealth, un-self-consciously parking his 1986 Buick Park Avenue in a Pentagon parking lot dotted with Cadillacs and Lexuses. But as a civilian, he founded a consulting firm, Flynn Intel Group, that attracted high-paying clients...." Mon Dieu! Flynn is the first person who ever left public/military service and made it big in the private sector.

Actually, #7, Comey has said "I sent them" when asked why the FBI agents went to question Flynn. Strzok may have been hip deep in this criminal conspiracy, but Comey was the ringleader, and McCabe was certainly egging them on, he has adimtted it, too.
Prison time should be generously served out to all of them.

How can an article be written about Flynn's case without any mention of the DOJ/FBI documents that we have been able to read for ourselves? Just where does the perversion of justice lie?
