Just moments ago, the news came in that Department of, um, Justice has dropped its — ‘um’ again — Gen. Michael Flynn, President Trump’s first national security adviser. ‘The Government has determined,’ the Court filing read, ‘pursuant to the Principles of Federal Prosecution and based on an extensive review and careful consideration of the circumstances, that continued prosecution of this case would not serve the interests of justice.’
You think?
It’s being blared about the internet that now, finally, at last, the 30-year military veteran has got justice.
Not yet he hasn’t.

"to destroy someone that Barack Obama and his intelligence operatives detested"
The sitting president, BO was fully aware of what was going on, sanctioned it, and guided it. It was a coup attempt against the opposition political party and their presidential candidate and the elected president and the American People, in process since at least 2012 in one form or another, and has severely corrupted the functioning of our Country, our political processes, and our media for over 4 years. BO and his people were the orchestrators of this. They need to be fully exposed and held accountable.
I'm glad that Gen Flynn is now on the path to righteous justice but his piece, while outrageous, is a fairly small part of the conspiracy. It would be ironic if BO's hatred of Flynn and the resultant kickback is what starts a landslide of disclosures that buries BO and the dems.

I believe Obama and Brennan as well as Hillary all need to be prosecuted for treason. Of course that is not the full list as we all know, but I especially hope those 3 don't escape the claws of justice.

He has a long way to go in civil court to sue each and every one of them for damages.

Wonderful news! Obama's carefully "leaked" criticism and the NYTimes' flatulence concerning this action is symptomatic that the deep state dominoes are starting to fall like winter leaves. I would urge everyone to spend a little time with the legal brief, and broadcast it far and wide. It is an amazing document!

Make Flynn whole by 1) appointing him Director of the F.B.I and 2) renumerate him by stripping the assets of those who orchestrated this disgrace: Comey, McCabe, Strozk, Page, and, oh yes, OBAMA. Obama is the whole impetus behind it all. He directed the whole operation-the rest of the little fish carried out the nuts & bolts but the idea was WHOLLY OBAMA's.

I hope he personally sues Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, James Comey and Bill Priestap for starters. He has Comey on video bragging about setting him up, he has documents implicating the rest. Even if he never collects a dime from them, he'll force them to hire lawyers to defend themselves. The Duke Lacrosse victims sued Nifong into bankruptcy. That is a fitting payback. The real money is in suing the Federal government for the actions of its agents. Richard Jewell and Steven Hatfill are just two victims whose attorneys have experience in getting the Feds to pay up.

#6, while Obola is corrupt and venal enough to direct underlings to do this, he isn't anywhere near smart enough. You also want valjar and those behind her as well.

All the posts are correct, but there is another point that should be a part of the restoration of our justice system:
No American citizen, guilty or not of any crime, should ever be prosecuted under what has become the "standard" federal policy of the Perjury Trap! With the feds accessing almost literally inexhaustible (taxpayer supplied) funds to just keep legal assaults coming until the subject is bankrupted or caves and pleads guilty to avoid bankruptcy ---- no citizen has a chance of being found "innocent" - especially if he or she is not the real target, as in the case of General Flynn.
As much as it grates on our economic senses, General Flynn should be made whole, first by swift settlement of lawsuits against the appalling seditious dirty agents - including Obama if his guilt is proven - and any balance made up from federal funds.
It likely will not happen, but anything less will leave a permanent stain on all the agencies involved.

Sidney Powell should be on the Supreme Court! Gen. Flynn should be Director of the FBI...

Take no prisoners!
What has me a little baffled is how widespread this cast of thousands was being involved in this coup operation. Usually, there's only a few people. This was a cabal which shows the degree of hubris. Because the genesis was germinated in the FBI and DOJ it makes Watergate look like playing Ping Pong. They knew Trump, with no Washington DC experience would stumble initially with traps they put in the White House. Remember all those leaks? Remember all the disloyal people in his initial cabinet (Amarosa) who were obviously paid off with book deals. Every week there was someone that was outed. Washington DC is infested with a disease far worse than the Corona virus. Barrack Obama is the first mate, Although, I believe there's someone above him that's steering this ship of fools. I look forward to watching them all go down like the Titanic.

He will not have justice until every stinking dimocrat involved in this is under the grass. Every stinking one of them, regardless of station in life. Under the grass, or, as we said on the police department, DRT (dead right there).

What recourse does he have to recover monies spent for lawyer fees alone said to be in the five million range. If as this article say's it was all related to Crossfire Hurricane. Shouldn't that allow him legal action against the DNC and the Clinton campaign?

From the article:
......."the news came in that Department of, um, Justice has dropped its".....
Under Obama, it was the 'Just-Us' department.
Conservatives were targeted and destroyed,
For Leftists who blatantly broke the law, the department "Declined to Prosecute".
