Stop me if you’ve heard this one before: President Donald Trump is unraveling. Oh, you’ve heard it eleventy billion times from the same half dozen “NeverTrump” pundits? Yeah, so has everyone. It’s the same column from the same people published with alarming frequency. It’s not the pundits’ fault, necessarily. They are who they are, and clearly Trump has broken the part of their brains that used to be able to synthesize new information and develop interesting and compelling arguments. It is, however, the media outlets’ fault for publishing the same dreck over and over.Media outlets treat conservative Americans as second-class citizens

It's a propaganda technique: Say the exact thing over and over again. Eventually sheeple think it's true.

Mrs. Hemingway is exactly right, as usual.
TDS is a real mental illness. Some folks, like the ones she mentions, especially this Wehner idiot are so far gone as to be no longer connected to Planet Earth any more.

They should be complimenting Trump for staying sane when the rude ,crude , disrespect DNC media attack him 24/7. I wish they would showing clips from msnbc, cnn & The View ....if I wanted to see this I would watch the shows. I also get it Hollywood does not like Trump & we don’t need a daily update of who hates him more.

Leftists, (not liberals, because they are the opposite of the definition of Liberal) keep repeating the same lines because they have no sense of irony, no sense of humor, no honesty or integrity, very little logical thinking and no memory for anything they don’t already believe.

That's about all their little pea brains can process. No one ever said you had to be smart to go to J school. You certainly don't have to be smart to graduate- just pay your money...

Mollie gets off another good one, citing in particular Bill Kristol, Jennifer Rubin and finally - and mostly - the insufferable little Peter Wehner. His photo shows that he must be incredibly envious of a tall man with a nice head of hair who was elected President. Oh, yes, and a gorgeous. gracious, wonderful wife. Peter even looks wormy.

FTA:
Even as their positions change in response to whatever Trump has said, NeverTrump is known for writing the same column over and over again. It’s usually headlined something like “Why Trump And His Voters Are So Awful That They Forced Me To Leave the GOP But Also Remember To Please Continue Calling Me A Republican To Preserve The TV/Column Gigs That Depend On Me Claiming I’m On The Right Even Though I Am Now Aligned With Democrats, Write Columns About How I Vote For Them, And Generally Work To Help Them Gain More Political Power.”

Molly says... In some cases, the supposed “conservatives” have long ago renounced their conservatism. The Washington Post’s Max Boot, the Washington Post’s Jennifer Rubin, and Twitter’s Bill Kristol
Twitter's Bill Kristol !
Classic!

There is a good reason these people behave this way. THEY are supposed to be in charge. Not necessarily as elected officials but as essential voices from the sidelines nudging us along the right way, as defined by them. THEY are also the gateway through which all are supposed to pass to be elected or appointed to important positions. Anyone wanting access must first kiss the "Pope's" ring.
Trump doesn't need them, doesn't pay them homage, refutes their arguments, is successful without them, and negates the reason for their existence.
The NeverTrumpers biggest weakness is that, after all their talking and "guidance" they have accomplished almost none of their supposed goals. Trump did, almost effortlessly, and it shows them up. Then, he ignores them, the worst insult of all.
The silver lining is, the inaneness of NeverTrump shows that the outlets that use them have no intention or ability to have a balanced exchange of ideas. It is a glaring failure and is helping sink the media's credibility.
You have to wonder, do the NeverTrumpers think that they are going to be able to rejoin Republican ranks after Trump's second term after supporting Hillary and Uncle Joe or whoever the dems scrape up for a candidate? Where will they go to get their sanity back?
