Michelle Obama, the former first lady, said it felt like a “slap in the face” that African-Americans did not turn out to vote in the 2016 presidential election. Mrs Obama revealed she was saddened that her husband Barack’s legacy did not live on, in a preview of Becoming, a Netflix documentary about her life which is due to be released on Wednesday. “It takes some energy to go high, and we were exhausted from it. Because when you are the first black anything…,” she said, speaking to a group of African-American schoolchildren in the clip. “A lot of our folks

Comments:

Many black voters were not terribly impressed with Hussen-Obama and stayed home. Some voted for Trump. Those who voted for Hillzabub were not motivated to knock on doors, make phone calls, or get others to the polls.

Michelle is a racist, and sees all blacks as a monolith where every one of them thinks and acts alike. What ever happened to the beliefs expressed by two great blacks from history: "I have a dream, that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. I have a dream today!" Martin Luther King “No man who continues to add something to the material, intellectual and moral well-being of the place in which he lives is long left without proper reward. This is a great human law which cannot be permanently nullified.” Booker T. Washington Michelle, Obama's presidency was a failure. You need to face reality.

It'll be interesting to see just how many more black voters leave the Democrat plantation this election: Trump had been, before COVID, responsible for lowering the black unemployment rate to record low levels, and had a far better record of black advocacy than Obama did. He also was behind the prison reform that saw people jailed for life for minor first-time drug offenses under the Clinton admin were released. Michelle, if you want to write about a slap in the face, ask your soyboy husband how come HE didn't think of lowering the black unemployment rate (because the Dems want people dependent upon the gvt?), and how come HE didn't advocate for people jailed under the Clinton policies (because Dems want to use it to spread racist propaganda about keeping black people down?) . The way Obama treated black people during his 8 years was the REAL slap in the face.

Well after Black voters figured out that the Obama era mantra of “hope and change” was a sham as far as Black and other minority communities are concerned, a good percentage of Black people may well come out and vote for President Trump in the general election. If the economy is on It’s way back to normal, Trump by his past experience in building up the US economy since being elected is the President everyone should want in the White House to ensure that happens again, and not some liberal Democrat who would who would give the country another dose of bogus “hope and change” while kissing China’s butt to facilitate corrupt purposes.
