Thanks to the dogged efforts of Gen. Michael Flynn's new attorneys, we're learning that Flynn was subject to the type of justice that would be found in a courtroom in the Soviet Union or Alice's Wonderland. The Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI engaged in blatantly illegal, dishonest, and immoral conduct to railroad Flynn — and they got away with this by turning Flynn's attorneys against him.
Sidney Powell became Flynn's attorney after Flynn had already signed a plea agreement with the DOJ.

It pains me to say it but I guess we’re fortunate that someone this repeatedly naive is not running national security.

Not naive at all. He was blackmailed. They threatened his son with imprisonment unless he “confessed”.

The full body of maleficence directed at destroying the Trump administration from what they did to Flynn to the NSA harvesting, to the FISA to Ukraine to the 25th amendment makes it pretty clear that the left is done coexisting with us. We saw this with Bush who "stole the election" and they jacked it up with ten fold with Trump because not only was he not one of them he was not one of the larger ruling class them.
When reading the facts regarding Flynn I still can't help but reflect on what chance the rest of us have for justice in this country. Prosecution maleficence and corruption reform is high on my list for making America Great Again.

Sorry, one more in response to #2. He talked to FBI agents without an attorney, based only on their assurances. He blindly trusted his own attorneys, who were who were working for the other side. Not the guy for Spy vs Spy. Over and out.

The last line of the article says it all: "Everyone involved in this should be jailed."
What a disgusting, corrupt mess the "Justice Department" and the "justice system" have become. Every one of the corrupt individuals involved in this fraudulent prosecution (persecution) should be in jail today.
The professional prosecutors at DOJ know how to discover a subject's pressure points and utilize them to elicit a "confession". Our children are one of the most effective; we'd do anything to save them from destruction, including going to jail ourselves for some trumped-up charge. General Flynn is not unlike most of us. Don't kid yourself; if these people wanted to get you to confess to the murder of Jimmy Hoffa, they'd stand a good chance. It's why they have a "success rate" of over 90%.

I guess the old saying "where do I go to get my reputation back" applies to General Flynn! Not only did he lose his stellar reputation he lost everything he had. I think there should some avenue for him to sue the pants off those who prosecuted him when they KNEW all along he was not guilt of the charges. They should be the ones to give him back his reputation AND his home and all the money he lost trying to defend himself plus millions for trying to ruin his (and his son's) life!

The key to the outcome is summed up in one phrase, Clinton Judge. Same Clinton Judge that allowed the Dept of Just-Us to do the exact same thing to Senator Stevens of Alaska as he is allowing to happen to Flynn. Remember, there are two forms of Justice in this country. Justice for us and Just-Us for Democrats and their cronies.

I've noticed that many Democrat sponsored legislation protects criminals like these from being pursued legally for their misdeeds. I hope someone presents this to the SCOTUS as violation of Constitutional Protections, and allow Michael Flynn to sue the agents and administrators for his losses. Sure he could probably get more by 'suing' the Government for the breach of his Rights, but that wouldn't solve anything. The culprits would merely shrug, walk away unscathed and do it again. THEY need punished for misusing their power.

His attorney says they have a plan to recover Flynn's losses.
From her lips to God's ears.I
I have my doubts that God pays much attention to political deeds short of murder so I want to see these FBI, DoJ and 0bama admin criminals pay in this life.

Time to bring Weismann and Mueller and indict them along with the rest of the band.

Top tier general, woefully unaware of the evils of the federal government. If there is one lesson we have all learned from the Flynn railroading, answer no questions, sign nothing, admit to nothing and trust nobody. I would add, get a good lawyer, but I fear that such an animal no longer exists.

And will any of these "esteemed law enforcement professionals" or "respected lawyers" be indicted, disbarred and imprisoned for their myriad serious crimes?
Seems like nothing whatsoever is ACTUALLY illegal in DC, if you are a Dem.

I really love Sydney Powell. She got more done on behalf of her client in less than 6 months than his previous lawyers did in at least two years. All his previous lawyers did was drain him financially, make a private side deal with the prosecutor and didn't bother telling Flynn, and letting Flynn think his son was in legal jeopardy even though that was no where near reality. Those lawyers need to be disbarred immediately. I don't call being a decent man naive, not by any stretch of the imagination. If Flynn isn't given a full and complete pardon, then the justice system is completely broken.

It seems they found what they needed, a loyal, trusting, career military officer who loved his country, served with honor and distinction - all of which would be quickly used against him.
He thought he was cooperating but was being used.
He was only recently installed in his new position, and may not have been given the proper hand-over from the previous administration.
James Comey even said it in his public statement that he worked the incoming Trump administration in a way he would not have done with Clinton or Bush.
In other words, this was pre-meditated.

I believe that former President Obama and his crew were after Michael Flynn because of a variety of national security based political policy disputes that they had with Flynn long before President Trump was elected, and did not want Flynn to be Trump’s National Security Advisor. That’s what started the corrupt and illegal ball rolling through the Obama holdovers at the DOJ/FBI to get rid of Flynn immediately after Trump was inaugurated, using a telephone talk that the FBI knew that Flynn had with the Russian ambassador as a pretext.
As the incoming Trump national security advisor there was nothing wrong with Flynn talking with any Ambassador, and besides the FBI already had a complete phone tap transcript of the call and knew the complete content of the call. So there was no need for the FBI to appear without notice at the White House days after the Trump Administration assumed office and interview Flynn in the first place, without ever advising Flynn of his constitutional right to have his lawyer present and to remain silent, other than to covertly lure him into some sort of perjury trap leading to Flynn being removed from his position and being targeted for criminal persecution.
Chances are based upon review of the new information that was just disclosed by the Government to Flynn’s current attorneys, that if this Clinton appointed Judge does not dismiss the charges against Flynn, that an appeals court will, and if not that President Trump will hold the “Trump Card” in the end, by pardoning Flynn, but now is waiting for the courts to do their thing first.

I have spent 30 years on active duty both enlisted and as an officer. I believed the system would and it would protect the innocent and justice would be fair. I have lost all trust after seeing what happened with General Flynn. Every one involved in this injustice, including his first group of corrupt lawyers, should have charges for sedition/treason/malfeasance, then put on trial on national television, and if found guilty publicly executed on national TV. Law suites are inadequate death penalty sends a lasting message to the corrupt. I never thought in my life I would see anything so disgusting as this.
