I have watched nearly every Corona Task Force presser. I took a day off after the Lysol ridiculousness to lower my blood pressure. However, I find the briefings to be very informative. The president gives an overview and then introduces members of the Task Force to update on specific items. The media hates these forums, because they can’t control the information that is available to the public. This is a great reason to keep airing them.
The most tedious portion of the pressers are the questions from the members of the White House Press Corps. They are political reporters trying to ingest health, science and business information.

Pretty good article except for one thing...FTA...'they are political reporters trying to ingest health, science and business information.' No, no they're not. They are partisan hate-filled political hacks who want to be the next Bernstein or Woodward and take down a Republican president. It's what they all live for.

Dear Diary,
Today those poopyheaded Trump supporters and Russian Bots all stuffed the voting to have me booted from the President's lame press briefings. Me!!! Of all people! They voted against their own self-interests and had me dragged out by my Whire House Press Credentials lanyard! Me!!!
I, me, mine!
They obviously don't know how special I am!
So I dusted myself off, bellowed what poopyheads they all are, and went home to salve my wounded spirit by looking through my Participation Trophy collection.
I'll have my vengence upon them one day!
Them and their little dogs too!
Love,
Jimmy A.

Numero uno... Accoster. But I wouldn't actually remove him. I would create a new "Time-out" section in the back of the room, with the chairs facing back to the wall, where he or any other obnoxious presstitute who acted unprofessionally that day would have to sit. Then institute a "3 time-outs rule" that would bar not only that reporter but also his media outlet for a month, and 3 such exclusions would then result in a permanent decertification for the outlet.
Act childish, get treated like it. Perfect. Should be glorious to watch.

After watching the White House Press pool daily for many weeks, I submit that rows 1 thru 12 would be my nomination for immediate removal and replacement.

But, but, but, #5, 6: If there were no more professional urinalists covering the White House, who would ask the tough questions of Demonrat presidents? You know, like "how do you handle being so wonderful", or "boxers or briefs"; questions we all want answers to.

Unfortunately most of these ideas appear impossible to implement. One idea that might work would be to prohibit reporters from interrupting the President or any other speaker. If violated the perpetrator would be ejected, and barred for a period of days. Courts have the power to punish disrupters for contempt why not the President? The President should also be encouraged not to engage in dialogs with reporters. The rule would be “stand, ask a question, sit down and shut up” or out you go. No follow up, no comments, no nothing, even if in the reporters “opinion” the President does not fully answer the question. The viewers will recognize if the President is evading answers. We don’t need to know the reporters opinions.

We joke, but these traitors are a true threat to America. Yeah Trump calls them out, and FINALLY a Republican president does, but they are like Terminators; they just find another way to keep coming after him.

Yes, #11. They are traitors. And I have come to believe that, without the media hyped hysteria and desire to take down the president, we would have heard no more about Covid19 than we have any other virus during an average flu season.

As usual you have to watch what DOESN'T happen as much as you watch action or movement.
Example 1 - first-timers facing the Trump hair dryer treatment are given their big moment. Paula Reid, Yamiche Hippopotamus, et al. They ask a snarky question, don't really care about the answer and will interrupt frequently in order to stay on camera. Within an hour they - or their colleagues - will rush to Twitter to moan about how mean Trump was and how they are strong, principled, etc. A million bots will rush in to repost with the spin. What DOESN'T happen is the key - these pains in the arse rarely get a second moment because their usefulness is over. In the case of Paula Reid and others, their incestuous relationships with lobbyists, bureaucrats etc. are exposed.
Example 2 - the aforementioned Jim Acosta. What DOESN'T happen is the key - none of the other media members will defend him. First of all, they don't like him. Could be his abhorrent personality. Could be that he tries to hog the spotlight. Whatever it is, he doesn't have any friends inside or outside the room. This is a huge tipoff in any group setting. Some people are just [jerks].
Interestingly, even his CNN colleagues don't really go to bat for him. Instead, they spend most of their time obsessing over Fox.

yamiche, the Haitian horror show would be my top pick. she is a distraction just sitting there, pouting at every answer, looking like a magnified version of a bacterium. yamiche and stacey Abrams could bew long-lost cousins.
The previous iteratation of a Yamiche-like haitian was the girl who pretended to be Trayvon Martin's girlfriend, supposedly listening on the phone while he beat up the white hispanic.
the nastiness of that girl and Yamiche was quite a bit alike.

There are several "reporters" who need to be handled with care, and those are the "attention whores" who begin with statements rather than ask questions, and those who continually INTERRUPT the President multiple times before he can even finish a sentence/
Notice that they don't treat Vice-President Pence that way--
They are seeking to make a "name" for themselves not be great reporting of clarifying the details of what the President says, but rather are PURPOSEFULLY seeking to grandstand or "showboat".
The President should defer medical treatments of topics to his experts as he as done in the past. This whole "drink Lysol" CREATED controversy should be a lesson on just how partisan and ridiculous the media is trying to play games.

They thought that the " drink Lysol" meme could be turned into another Dan Quale like spell potatoe episode or I can see Russia from my kitchen meme. But this is another exploding cigar that is going to blow up in their faces. As to who to throw out, it is a tough choice for me. So many to choose from!

He heads the WHPC and selects which "inquisitors" will attend. He could at least moderate if not stop the nonsense but chooses to include the fake news left wing reporters while limiting conservative networks's attendance.

Sorry #1. The article read: “ I have floated the idea that the political reporters need to leave, and media outlets should be sending their health, science and business reporters.”
What’s happening is that the media is NOT sending health, science and business reporters. Seems they send the worse, augmentative, obnoxious and unprincipled reporters they can find.

So true, #1. Partisan hacks. They are given far too much credit. Being called ''political reporters'' implies that they know something about, and are serious about, politics. They are neither. They are, with some exceptions, screed writers for propaganda organs of the left.
Not only should the jerks be booted, but each day the press should be moved one row from their previous position. For example, the front row goes to the back row, and everyone moves up a row. That way, the smaller, lesser known folks get a shot at being up front. Also, one question, with no ''follow up'' so that the reporters will have to put some thought into quality questions. Statements and loaded questions not permitted. Violators to be barred.

I'd go with a C-SPAN approach. Bar them all, just have a camera or two for the President to speak to - and the reporters can livestream their stupid questions.

When a reporter is called on, I think he/she/it should stand, identify himself by name and by media outlet. I need to know how to identify them other than "that blonde witch", "that woman with the horrid voice", the guy with the bad lisp", or that guy who is really too stupid to breathe.

Just dreaming a bit. But just for the contrast, maybe have two separate and distinct Press meetings. One with the loud, pushy CNN crowd with all the Drive-By and Fake news folks and then a second one without CNN, etc. Just invite normal Media and real American Citizens who have thought-provoking questions. So tired and exhausted with the "Gotcha" approach. Questions that mean something to the rest of us vs. we are right and you are wrong.

Stupidest question ever. Please could we have a daily vote? Tomorrow .... I think I will try to vote out some brown haired guy with glasses named John or Jon. Go away John or Jon. Please can we vote daily?
