Responding to the growing Orwellian trend of the authorities using surveillance technology to enforce social distancing protocols, Fox News legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano said bluntly Thursday that such enforcement methods are illegal.
“We’re not talking about a bank robber running out of a bank because there is probable cause to believe that he has committed a crime, and you don’t need a search warrant to watch him,” he said during an appearance on FNC’s “Fox & Friends.”
What “we are talking about,” he continued, is using drone technology, as an example, to watch “people peaceably walking down the street or assembling in a public space.”

The dems have reached their nirvana, their zen, their new order, their wet dream. Total control of you and your life. Clinton said we could not keep more of our own money because we would not spend it correctly. And now we can not live our lives as we see fit because we obviously can't be trusted to do what THEY want us to do. The facts appear to point out that this was a total over reaction. And being democrats they will do everything they can to hang on to this "crisis" until they milk it dry. But don't forget, when this is over, and we are still struggling, Nancy will be eating her ice cream. Because they will never have to live under the laws, rules, and BS they will impose on us. And with Biden showing daily signs of dementia there will be a lot of people at his elbow, whispering in his ear what he needs to do next.

Does the Second Amendment guarantee us the right to own surface-to-air missiles? Asking for a friend.

With 300 Million Guns in America in private hands I don't think we have a problem...I just wonder how many are shotguns...be sure to choose the right size shot to assure a quick result.

Drones, judge? A little closer to the ground are your neighbors, armed with hotline phone numbers to snitch on "violators" so they can be removed from parks or fishing holes. The Karens of the world are legion, They have cellphones and they've been made very afraid by the incessant drumbeat of crisis...and they will be HEROES helping rid the streets of possible disease carriers. Can't be too careful given the 24/7 propaganda.

If they had known about drones back then, they would have been included in ''1984!'' As far as neighbors who are snitches (or ''narcs''), the police won't tell you now the name of someone who complains about you.

south Park, which is often ahead of the curve on controversial issues, did a wonderful send-up on drones, a few years ago.
And while the central joke was a woman being taped by Eric Cartman, when she was nude, standing in her bedroom, displaying lots of pubic hair, the video was posted on line by Cartman, and no adult in town would admit viewing it, but everyone did) in the end, government drone patrols became part of the joke.
you have to watch the episode to appreciate it. and when I watch South Park, I have to use closed caption because I can't understand their kiddie voices. but, then, I am hearing impaired.

190 feet in the air? That’s 63 yards.....
I have an old Winchester teap gun with a REAL tight full choke. That's an easy shot.

I suggest #4 shot, although #2 would probably be good, too. Full choke.

Paint ball markers work as well and I just received a .45 cal pneumatic fully suppressed rifle - throws a 185 grain slug at 1100fps, should work as well!

190 feet ? in my younger days I could hit that sucker with a baseball 2 time out of 3. I'm old now so I'll just use a shotgun. Oh, Officer … it wasn't me with that mask on. Never forget that half of the population are below average intelligence and a few of them got elected.

Didn’t Plugs suggest such a thing? Just for a shotgun in the air a couple of times to scare it off?

Send all the drones that you like over my house. I have a new Mossberg and some 12 gauge Turkey loads that I'm itching to try out.

In ancient times, the king sent out his tax collectors to gather in money from the people. The king knew that the tax collections had become too onerous when the tax collectors failed to return, just vanishing.
Drones failing to return will be "a hint".
