The idea of the VP being "one heartbeat away from President" will never be more true than this coming Democrat VP pick. So, basically saying they are demanding he pick the first African-American woman president, since it's nearly a 100% certainty Joe won't finish one term, and may not make it past his first 100 days. The calls for invoking the 25th amendment would be nearly immediate. The Democrats are in a little bit of a mess, as they know they have a candidate in Joe, who isn't really all there any more, but they're now stuck with him, unless something happens prior to their convention. Bernie did NOT give up his delegates.

Quid Pro Joe wants a woman of color. Might pick Lying Lizzie Warren from Taxittous. She is 1,024 Kickapoo. Sheila Jackson Lee is from Texas and if the dims get Texas Quid Pro Joe would have it made. Stacy Abrams would require that the news media spend a small fortune acquiring wide angle lenses. Horizontal Kamala never recovered from the Hawaiian Punch. When the first cases of the new coronavirus surfaced in Ohio’s prisons, the director in charge felt like she was fighting a ghost. “We weren’t always able to pinpoint where all the cases were coming from,” said Annette Chambers-Smith, director of the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. As the virus spread, they began mass testing. They started with the Marion Correctional Institution, which houses 2,500 prisoners in north central Ohio, many of them older with pre-existing health conditions. After testing 2,300 inmates for the coronavirus, they were shocked. Of the 2,028 who tested positive, close to 95% had no

Joseph R. Biden Jr. usually rises before 8 a.m. at his home in Wilmington, Del., and starts his day with a workout in an upstairs gym that contains a Peloton bike, weights and a treadmill. In the evenings, he and his wife, Jill, sit down together for dinner, a ritual that was absent for much of the last frenzied year on the campaign trail. OTTAWA — Canada's public health authority says around 1 million KN95 respirators acquired from China have failed to meet federal Covid-19 standards for use by front-line health professionals. As a result, the federal government did not dispense the noncomplying masks to equipment-hungry provinces and territories, said Eric Morrissette a spokesperson for the Public Health Agency of Canada. The failure of these respirators to meet Canadian requirements is yet another challenge for the country as it fights to secure PPE and medical supplies amid what has become a ferocious global competition. The KN95 is a Chinese model similar to the N95, which

When you think of it, it's nothing short of incredible that Joe Biden is the presumptive nominee for the Democratic Party. One might have thought 2016 would have been Biden's year (if he was ever going to have a time at bat), since Barack Obama's two-term presidency had just ended, and most vice presidents who try for the top spot do so immediately following their bosses' departures. But, as is often the case in politics these days, party nominees can result from when the party decides it's someone's "turn." That was the case the last go-around: the Democrats decided that it was Hillary's turn,
