CNN political commentator Chris Cuomo’s wife, Cristina, is facing criticism from practically everybody — except anybody at CNN, of course — for promoting a “crackpot coronavirus treatment” that’s been dubbed “dangerous.”
In a post to her blog reportedly published this week, the left-wing host’s wife listed the pseudoscientific holistic methods she’s been employing to treat her coronavirus infection. One of those methods involves bathing in Clorox bleach.
“At the direction of my doctor, Dr. Linda Lancaster, who reminded me that this is an oxygen-depleting virus, she suggested I take a bath and add a nominal amount of bleach. Yes, bleach,” the post reads.
Lancaster is not a doctor.

Gee. I thought all the Democrat media folks took their medical advice from Dr. Jill Biden (not an MD).
But realizing that the lady is married to Fredo, her judgement is already suspect.

This is taking “bleach-bit” way too far!
And Jill Biden has a PhD in stupid
Not a doctor of anything
Just another Biden idiot.
These cuomo’s are the jokes of America
Just like the Biden’s
And all the rats on the left
They’ve bleached themselves stupid!

To be consistent with its commentary on hydroxychloroquine, CNN should be demanding a clinical trial of this wacko treatment.
Actually, I recently saw a list of dozens of nutty things Cristina has been giving Chris as treatment. Betcha there isn't a clinical trial on a single one.

Swimming pools have chlorine. How is this different?

Okay, I have no regard for anything Cuomo, However, I got MRSA from somewhere and the sores are very painful. After my regular dr failed to make it go away, I went to a dermatologist. She gave me a sheet of paper, writing on both sides full, and one recommendation was to put about 40 gallons of water in a tub and 1/3 cup of bleach, then bathe in that and, get this, don't dry it off. When you get out of the tub, put some kind of lotion on it, don't remember which kind, and smooth is over the bleach water. Or, it said, spend time in a swimming pool. Now never in this life time would I bathe in bleach and the antibiotics I have are working just fine, but the notion of bathing in clorox is not as far-fetched as we think.

Bleach is sodium hypochlorite not salt. I hear soap also kills the virus but I guess they don't use soap.
UV light (aka Sun light) kills everything so it not any thing new to some of us.

Is it my imagination or do liberals really have an obsession with bleach, like bleach bath, bleach bit, records bleach like in redacting incriminating info, etc.

Remember, liberals want everyone to simply believe "experts", and experts tend to have fancy titles and letter before and after their names.

Lancaster is not a doctor. She’s a self-described “naturopathic physician and homeopath” who boasts an ND and PhD, but not an MD. According to Jennifer Gunter, an actual doctor, Lancaster is known for spouting “nonsense,” not surprisingly.

How is that different than swimming in a chlorinated pool? I don't understand the issue of bathing or swimming in chlorine... it's done everyday all around the world?

As #7 points out, bleach and salt are NOT the same compound. Any high-school chemistry student knows that. "Dr." Lancaster should be tarred and feathered for making dangerous statements like this.

I fired up my RF Spectrum Analyzer to see if I could find the electromagnetic frequency of my cells, which Lancaster claims is my energy field. Couldn't find it. Maybe that's why my lack of a good flow of energy making me tired of hearing anything about Fredo and his family.
Maybe I have an overabundance of heavy metals in my body and they are slowing-up the electromagnetic frequency of my cells. Gotta knock off munching on that lead paint.

No, no, no. The proper way to do it is to drink a full quart of it straight down. ------------------------
For most Democrats and other complete idiots, Don't do this. I was just being sarcastic.

Idiocy runs in the families up there. Might be a regional problem too, like blacks killing in New Orleans, Chicago and Detroit.

Doubt that it's any more effective than simple soap. In fact back in the day we used to treat the drinkink water tanks onboard our ship with chlorine bleach. Especially in Africa. Small amount, I think 1 gallon for 1000 gallons of water.

Brilliant stunt. Chi-com Virus attacks lung tissue... and so does Chlorine! Breathing Chlorine literally rips every oxygen molecule out of the delicate lung cells, damaging them in the process. Unfortunately, you can't ask anyone from WW-I about its effects, because they're all gone, but soldiers either died immediately, or it scarred the lungs so badly they were never the same.

When I was nine years old, I got a bad case of poison ivy from picking wild blackberries. My aunt bathed me in bleach water--not overly concentrated. It helps to dry out the rash. I don't believe it would help prevent coronavirus, but what do I know?
