Earlier this week the Senate Judiciary Committee released key material related to the Obama FISA Abuse Scandal. The documents included transcripts and material related to the Committee’s investigation into Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) actions leading up to and during the Spygate scandal. The information included transcripts of undercover FBI spies interviewing George Papadopoulos in 2016. On Friday night investigative journalist John Solomon joined Lou Dobbs to discuss the ongoing Crossfire Hurricane or Spygate scandal.

Solomon deserves a Pulitzer for his dogged reporting. But when indictments come, WaPo and NY Times will bury the story on page 3.

I certainly hope this is true, but we have been strung along so much with the Mueller Report and then the Horowitz Report, yet no one has been held accountable for this unbelievably brazen, treasonous behavior. If true, then the first thing that Durham must insist upon is a change of venue - away from the swamp. They will never get a conviction in DC.

I can hardly wait. It's a start. Even if a few indictments are issued. Comey, Brennan and Clapper for starters. Or the less useful idiots working for them would be good. Strozk, McCabe, Lynch, and Nellie Ohr. If true, storm their houses at 2am and arrest them in their skivies.

Indictments? I won't hold my breath. In my 70 years I've routinely heard about corruption in DC and someone will pay!! When the head of the IRS can repeatedly plea the 5th and then retire with full benefits without consequences I lose faith. No bureaucrat reaches the heights of power in DC without knowing where the bodies are buried. Blackmail is the currency in the swamp.I fear that If any heads roll they will only belong to some bottom dwellers'.

"I will say this. There is fairly significant evidence that at this very moment, this week, the last couple of weeks Lou that there is some criminal investigative activity that I think will result in some action coming out soon. It’s not going to be a lot. Don’t expect 10 or 12 indictments but there could be a hand full of indictments and much more information." In other words, don't expect much. A couple of little cocktail wieners will be thrown under the bus but the big criminals will skate, as always. We're on our own.

Indictments "may" be coming. The operative word is "may." It seems alot of what is passing as "journalism" these days is pure speculation. IMHO, many reporters are on salary, and and they need to get an article published to justify getting a paycheck. So they write anything. They are "filling airtime."

This is not true. Lou Dobbs either didn’t hear what Solomon said or he recast it in his tweet to say something he wished for but that Solomon did not say. I went and found the video of the 4/17 Dobbs show. I would imagine that, as Solomon said, things are moving, and IMO they may make the late spring-early summer estimate that was put out a while back. Given a choice between fast and right, I would always opt for “right”. This is a sprawling conspiracy. High level persons in more than our country. I can wait. Lou needs to learn to listen but I’m afraid it’s too late for that. He also tends to hear, at times, what he wants to hear….

If, this does, indeed, happen and indictments are issued, how many times do you think you will hear the word, “retaliation” coming from the media. It is the only way they can spin this and they will use it generously. They will ignore the crime and start blaming the President for beginning an investigation that is so obviously politically motivated. If you think you will get fair coverage, you are sorely mistaken. The media has not gone all in with the democrats to abandon them now and start producing real journalism. Alternative sources will have to inform the public because the media will cover this up as best they can. Thankfully, social media and the President will not let this get buried. I just pray that it has been worth the wait, but I don’t believe it will be. John Solomon was definitely trying to downplay the number of indictments. I would love to think that he is downplaying it in order to give the criminals a false sense of security with the hope that they may be taken off guard. Don’t expect anyone to be pulled out of their bed in the wee morning hours with a SWAT team in formation around their home. That will not happen. Only democrats do that. Republicans will ask them nicely to turn themselves in and provide them a secret entrance to do so to escape any attention. Perp walks? Please. I hope I am wrong. It certainly would be satisfying to see the real guys behind this coup d’etat answer to the American people for attempting to unseat a duly elected President. Now, that would be a glorious day. It would also go a long way to restoring Americans trust in the DOJ. One thing is certain. We will see if there is anything close to justice alive and well in this country.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer touted how minority communities and rural areas will receive aid via provisions added to the Paycheck Protection Program in response to a claim that Democrats are holding up funding for small businesses.Schumer joined CNN’s State of the Union on Sunday and responded to a statement from the former administrator of the Small Business Administration, Karen Mills, who said: “Complexity is not our friend here … things that have to be implemented quickly can’t have a lot of bells and whistles or else there will be too many unintended consequences — one of which is delay. And we don’t have time for delay.”

California authorities tried to stop skateboarders by dumping literally tons of sand into at least two area skateparks in an effort to enforce so-called “social distancing.” However, the effort was for naught, it seems.Young residents in California responded to the government’s extreme social distancing enforcement action by grabbing a few shovels, buckets, and booms and turning at least one sand-filled skatepark into a park for both skating and dirt biking.“Took advantage of all the sand the city dumped into the San Clemente skatepark then helped some local skaters dig it all out so they could do some social shredding,” Buttery Films’ Instagram account posted at San Clement Skatepark on Sunday.

During the rebel Sixties, one could easily identify the ranks of the hardcore left by their constant predictions of a coming fascism and the evident glee with which they welcomed the prospect. Whether this was the product of a serious attempt to read the political winds, or merely a radical wish was irrelevant. They defended it as a strategy of “the worse the better.” In the 1968 presidential election, it was better to elect a fascist like Nixon than a moderate like Hubert Humphrey – that is, if you were serious about revolution.Of all my memories of the Sixties the revelations provoked

Illinois Democrats are demanding $41 billion from the federal government for coronavirus relief, including $10 billion for Illinois's cash-strapped and underfunded public pension plan. The most fiscally mismanaged state in the union that has criminally neglected funding its public pension fund for two decades wants Washington to pull its chestnuts out of the fire? Certainly, states should get something. But what Illinois is asking for is shocking. Chicago Sun-Times: “I realize I’ve asked for a lot, but this is an unprecedented situation, and we face the reality that there likely will be additional, unanticipated costs that could result in future requests for assistance,”

Many of Donald Trump’s retail-politicking strengths — the huge rallies, his command of crowds — have been neutralized, and while he still has control of the narrative from his bully pulpit in the West Wing, the national media remains dead set against him, and puts the worst possible spin on every word he speaks.

Coons noted people in the military and diplomats vote via mail and that President Donald Trump requested an absentee ballot for the upcoming election, advising if some states can vote entirely by mail, then it should not be an issue while there are shelter-in-place orders. “It would ask us to give some flexibility to states in terms of match requirements and some dramatic additional resources, $3.6 billion,” argued Coons.
