Suck it, Bernie Bros — the socialist dream

There’s at least one lethal contagion that will not be rampaging through America in 2020. So long, socialism. Buh-bye, Bolshies. Farewell, Fidel. Ciao, Mao. Like V.I. Lenin, whose preserved corpse remains on display in Red Square, the Bernie Sanders campaign may have appeared lifelike, but it’s been dead for a long time. Way back on March 3, Sandersista hopes got steamrolled under the 5 mph momentum of Slow Joe Biden’s No Malarkey bus.

Look at a crowd of Bernie supporters. They look like a bunch of babies who've never been responsible for a bill or a job or anything in all their lives. They know nothing about life.

Not to make light of people with disabilities, but did't a majority of the people attending Sanders rallies exhibit traits of those with "special needs"?

And we all know it was China and the other bros who started it and shipped it FedEx to the world. MAGA and that's not hard to do. The USA will be back on a storm.

I sure hope so but I suspect it is not. 60 years ago Castro took over Cuba and it has been a rotting corpse since. The USSR collapsed. Venezuela is crubiling in real time. Yet, idiots still talk about the wonders of Socialism/Communism. Communism promises a workers Utopia but Utopia has always been unattainable. Not because we can't figure out how to implement it but because it is fatally flawed. Utopia can never be successfully implemented because it fights against human nature and is destructive of the human spirit. The next generation of Socialist Utopians comes along and believe the lies, even with the truth screaming at them. People are fools and want the spoils of Communism to rescue them from their foolishness.

Given the current situation, it’s a little early to call the dream over. $2.2 trillion for the first round. Well meaning and nefarious politicians will line up for round two, three, and possibly four. Remember, when 50%+1 can vote themselves a life of leisure from the treasury, they will. We watched the House of Representatives, cowards almost to the man and woman, deny casting votes to the largest spending bill in history. They weaseled their way to a voice vote. Accountability? For thee, peon human (we aren’t citizens anymore, we are ruled), but not for me. We are wading into the depths of the swamp together. It’s no longer there; it’s here, among us, surrounding us. They aren’t finished yet by a long shot. Keep your powder dry.

Socialism is a deadly virus that will always exist but which can be controlled by counter measures. One of the most important counter measures is to inoculate young minds with knowledge of the evils of socialism. Unfortunately for much of the developed world, the opposite is true. Liberals control education and they incubate young socialists. The best thing you can do for a child and for civilization is to get children out of government schools.

The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts has walked back its decision to furlough nearly 100 members of the symphony orchestra despite receiving a $25 million federal bailout, a move that prompted the affected musicians to file a lawsuit against the performing arts center. According to The Washington Free Beacon, the center has offered the musicians pay cuts and a wage freeze instead of furloughs, and the union representing the orchestra’s musicians has, in turn, decided to drop a lawsuit against the center for allegedly violating a contract, which prohibits layoffs without six weeks notice.

While Trump has complained that voting by mail is “ripe for fraud,” Republican state officials in Iowa, Ohio and West Virginia have all taken steps to ease access to mail-in ballots, following health officials’ warnings that voting in person can risk transmission of the deadly virus. The costs of the pandemic keep piling up. Hundreds of millions of Americans are on lockdown, a record 16.8 million have filed unemployment claims, nearly 15,000 Americans have died so far and the death toll is growing exponentially by the day. Congress has passed three coronavirus relief bills totaling $2.3 trillion, and more might soon be in the works. Somebody has to pay for this unprecedented damage. That somebody should be the government of China. No one can blame Beijing for a viral outbreak beyond its control. But the Chinese communist regime should be blamed — and held legally liable —
