Dump Biden: Majority of Democrats Want
Cuomo to Be Their Nominee for President

Original Article

In this unprecedented election year, everything is on the table and nothing should be taken for granted. In that vein, the idea of replacing the leading Democratic candidate for president is not as far-fetched as it normally would be. Joe Biden was the nominal choice of Democrats to become the party's nominee. But as Biden struggles to remain relevant during the coronavirus pandemic, and Bernie Sanders supporters lick their wounds, many Democrats are casting about desperately looking for an alternative. A majority think they've found one in New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.

Even if Cuomo were interested, how would he get on the ballot in upcoming primaries, much less win enough delegates to cinch the nomination?

More evidence the Dims are not fit to govern or able to lead. Their unending search for a personality without concern for core competencies or core understandings relating to governing and leading is pathetic. They really are the party of wishful thinking and loathsome habits. At least this latest bout of wishful thinking further undermines their candidate and their entire party. Completely invested in hate they drive towards the cliff babbling incoherently to themselves. Of course they want to take us over the cliff with them.

The Donks aren't bound by their rules. If they think they have a substitute someone for Biden that they think will win, they'll do it. They did it in a New Jersey senate race, if you recall. They haven't done it yet because no one seems to be able to beat Trump. Hence the impeachment and the weaponized response to the Wu Flu. And that is the best description of the lack of leadership in the Donks. So meanwhile, back off on Biden. We know he'll flounder. We know he'll lose. If you keep telling the Democrats that Biden will lose, they MIGHT figure that out as well.

Well let's summarize why Cuomo would be such a great candidate: 1. NY is the worst prepared state in the country for a pandemic. 2. NY has by far the most virus deaths in the country as a result. 3. Cuomo has declared he would take ventilators from the smaller counties in the state to give to NYC by force if necessary. 4. Cuomo has approved abortion up to and beyond birth, and said that anyone who objects is not welcome in his state. 5. Cuomo has said: "America was never that great." Yeah, that should play well across the country. Go for it.

Both parties have, in their rules, the ability to replace a candidate AFTER nomination (health, etc) merely by a vote of the DNC/RNC committees. Biden would easily go away and then.............?

Cuomo has more skeletons in his closet than the killing fields in Laos. But do not underestimate the DNC. The only rule they have not broken is the one that hasn't been written yet. They will find a way to get him on the ballot and at the same time get slow Joe off of it. They all know that Biden is not up to the job and if it weren't for the virus would have figured out a way to dump him. But they figured that Trump would screw up the reaction to the virus and then Joe's VP would essentially become the POTUS after the election. Trump ruined their plan!

Speaking as one who lives in Cuomo land, nobody seems to realize how BAD he has been: elected to office to clean up Albany and as soon as his task force started reaping rewards, he inexplicably closed them down; doesn't allow upstate fracking so they suffer while just across the line PA. is going strong; was complicit in closing NYC hospitals by the dozens in the past years, thinking they were not needed; did NOT replace stockpiles of masks, meds etc. after being requested to do so but spent, instead, the $ on "environmental friendly" developments; was one of the very few not allowing private Drs. (who are professionals) to use malaria drugs on Corvid patients............I could go on and open. The man has done nothing but look calm and pose in front of the Mercy Ship that TRUMP provided, and complain about not getting important materials that he actually had stored in a N.J. warehouse. He is a DISASTER!

Not a smart move for Cuomo. He knows Trump will be reelected and then he'll become the new Democrat loser like Kerry, Gore, Hillary etc. It would be better for him to wait until 2024. Besides, he's not likable outside the NYC metro area. And yes, he has a closet full of skeltons. Best ad of all would be..."America was never that great."

Cuomo has, of course, said that he will not run. That means nothing, of course, but he would only run if he thought he had a chance to win. My guess is that he thinks Trump is, currently, unbeatable, so he'll wait another four years when he has better prospects. In the meantime, let Sleepy Joe take one for the team.

If the Dems think that Cuomo can beat Trump, Biden is done. As we know, Democrats lie, cheat and steal so it will be very easy for them to replace Sleepy Joe with Angry Eyes. I also live in Cuomoland. He has been a terrible governor. New Yorkers are mass migrating out of the state. Andrew has said, we pro-life conservatives are not wanted in the state. Can you imagine what kind of man says that about his constituents? His imperial edicts about what people in his state can or cannot do during his lock down, withholding the HCQ cocktail to only hospitalized patients, his dictatorial edicts on preventing fracking, and his massive abuse of power during his 9 years as Governor, portend how he would govern God forbid as president. BUT, Andrew wants the presidency so much, he can taste it. He is maniacal, ruthless and totally without principles.....the very definition of Democrat, and will do ANYTHING to win the presidency. He will make Hillary's lust for power look like kindergarten games. His policies are Bernie's policies, but he is skilled enough to disguise them. He is a very dangerous man. However incompetent and nasty, the press will mold him into the savior. Democrats will crown him and he will be a formidable opponent for Trump given the hoopla that will surround him. He is not Biden and he is not even Bernie. He will not fall apart in a debate. He should be taken very seriously as a possible presidential opponent of Trump as the press will continue to do everything they can to destroy Trump and everything they can do to build up Cuomo. In fact, they have already started their Cuomo campaign. Cuomo has said we will never return to our normal lives. And if he is elected president, he will ensure we don't.

When he first started doing his daily pressers, I thought Cuomo sounded sensible and measured. Not anymore. I had to turn him off today as he was just blabbing a repetitive stream of statistics that we've all heard a thousand times before, and doing so in an irritatingly whiny, screechy voice. He doesn't have much new to say in these daily briefings, but enamored with the sound of his own voice, he doesn't know when to leave the stage, and so just goes on and on repeating the same stats in an increasingly hysterical tone. The Rats might see him as their latest and greatest messiah, but I think he is quickly wearing out his welcome.

This morning Andrew Cuomo was on the FNC saying that politics and Monday morning quarterbacks should not be occurring, while at the same time Cuomo was Monday morning quarterbacking federal task force modeling, that for now apparently overstated the numbers of virus related cases, and deaths. With such a contagious viral pandemic never happening before in the USA during the lifetime of anyone around today, it is obvious that the modeling had to be constructed quickly based upon both educated and wild ass guesses.

Here we are in the midst of a once-in-a-half-century pandemic, with the economy flattened, millions of people unemployed, and unrest on the streets of our cities. And President-elect Joe Biden says that one of his highest priorities as president will be to reenter the Paris climate accord. President Trump kept his "put America first" promise and pulled the United States out of this Obama-era treaty. Biden wants us back in. Why? Paris is an unmitigated failure. You don't have to take my word for it. National Geographic, a supporter of climate change action, recently ran the numbers and admitted in its recent headline: "Most countries aren't hitting 2030 climate goals."

Teachers unions have been instrumental in keeping American schools online during the pandemic. But some have escalated their positions on reopening to include an array of social justice demands. A set of demands from teachers unions in July, which addressed how to safely reopen schools amid a pandemic, was criticized by The Wall Street Journal editorial board as “political extortion.” The board argued that unions were taking advantage of a health crisis to advance their own ideological agendas and to eliminate competition from charter schools.

Implications of the Flynn Pardon 11 replies

President Trump granted a pardon to Michael Flynn, his former national-security adviser, today. Flynn had pled guilty to lying to FBI agents about conversations, during the 2016 transition, with the Russian ambassador about sanctions. Flynn’s pardon should bring to an end one gross violation of the Constitution’s separation of powers, even as it gives rise to groundless accusations of another. Although Flynn had pled guilty, the circumstances of the case had raised serious concerns about whether the government had proceeded properly. The FBI, for example, questioned Flynn even though it did not appear he had violated any law. In May, Attorney General William Barr ordered the case dropped.

President Biden on Monday seemed to forget Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin’s name at a White House event—calling the Pentagon chief “the guy who runs that outfit over there.” Biden was announcing the nomination of two female generals to lead US military combatant commands. “And I want to thank the sec—the, the, ah former general. I keep calling him general, but my, my—the guy who runs that outfit over there,” Biden said.(Snip) Earlier at the event, Biden mentioned the Defense Department leader by his name, “Secretary Austin,” while appearing to read from a teleprompter.

I’m probably second to none in my dislike for Meghan Markle. There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred. And the problem is that, when it comes to that left-wing diva, Meghan Markle, it’s hard to believe most of what she says. After weeks of hype, CBS finally televised Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s interview with Oprah.

Rep. Steve Cohen vowed to renew the push to remove former FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover’s name from the bureau’s downtown Washington headquarters, according to an interview released Monday. Appearing on Yahoo! News’ Skullduggery podcast, the Tennessee Democrat said the effort is getting a fresh look after the release of a new movie highlighting the FBI’s secret program to discredit civil rights activists. The Washington Times in 2019 first reported Democrats’ bid to strip the longtime FBI director’s name from the bureau’s headquarters. Mr. Cohen said the impetus to revive the bid is the new movie, “Judas and the Black Messiah.” The movie details

“There must have been a moment, at the beginning, when we could have said –-no. But somehow we missed it.” Tom Stoppard The millions of Americans who were paying attention throughout the 2020 election campaign all became painfully aware of the fact that Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities were slipping and slipping fast. His wife, as the person closest to him, should have been the one to call the campaign quits in order to reduce stress on the man. Instead, apparently so anxious to become the First Lady by any means necessary, Mrs. Biden continued to push her failing husband’s campaign forward as if he were mentally qualified.
