The action is to discourage people from attending services. In a statement provided to the Gateway Pundit, Kentucky Senator Rand Paul slammed the governor’s plan. Democrat Governor Andy Beshear announced the effort on Friday, saying that the state “will be recording the license plates of those who show up to any mass gatherings and provide that information to the local health departments, who will in turn order those individuals to be quarantined for 14 days,” CNN reports. The health departments will be going to the homes of people who attended services and serving them with a quarantine order.

The symbols won't be replaced. Christianity has been around for thousands of years, and will outlast the Jackboots and this idiot governor. Let them huff and puff all they want to with their tickets and orders, the door keepers of the churches should just smile at them and invite them in for the service. Then wallop them on Monday. Jesus said he was persecuted by the world first, and we all know how bad that went for him. We have it relatively easy in terms of persecution.

Well this is just opening the eyes of all those who have thus far not realized the demonic evil of the left. Actions like these especially in states like Kentucky will change more than a few votes from D to R. That I can tell you!

If I lived in Kentucky, I would find a church having Easter services and attend just so that I could be part of the massive lawsuit this is going to result in!!!!

Okay. We went to the grocery store. A heck of a lot more than 10 people.
Maybe the Gov should get his jack-booted thugs to record those license numbers and have then self-quarantine for 14 days. And I'm sure the Gov. has more than 10 people at his office to serve at his beck and call. See you in two weeks, doofus.

I don't like the governor's tactics at all, but this is not a good time to be considering any kind of large gathering, regardless of the governor's opinion. I'll be erring on the side of caution on Sunday. Our family will be enjoying a video get-together. My husband and I are in the risk category on multiple counts. My ordinarily renegade nature is taking a back seat for this one.

I think they may be doing that pretty much everywhere. I was at a supermarket picking up some items on Good Friday and the police were driving through the parking lot scanning license plates. This was in a small town in Ohio.

Curious how they will enforce this. Will they do what authoritarian governments typically do--impose harsh penalties against some as an example? Or send them to "re-education" camps?

I guess I'mnot dunb enough to be a democrat, because even I realize that these draconian laws would affect not just the opposition voters but the voters of my party as well. It appears that all of the college education these people paid for, was a waste of money!
