Attorney General William Barr, appearing in an exclusive interview on "The Ingraham Angle" Thursday, called the Russia investigation of President Trump "one of the greatest travesties in American history," adding that he believed it was an attempt to "sabotage" Trump's presidency.Ingraham asked Barr about U.S. Attorney John Durham's ongoing probe into the origins of the Russia investigation, to which the Attorney General gave his viewpoint."My own view is that the evidence shows that we're not dealing with just the mistakes or sloppiness," Barr said. "There was something far more troubling here.

We really need indictments, trials and FBI and DoJ folks in prison.

Ok, so where are the indictments? Where are the prosecutions? Why are all the conspirators still in their mansions and still directing the coup?
Talk is cheap and we've heard plenty in the last four years. Its past time to get cracking.

He's obviously bracing at the bit, too. But I wish he'd keep quiet 'cuz we don't want to be accused of prejudicing any potential trial juries.

When Barr first came on the scene, both sides said he was objective and had integrity. Once he started exposing and investigating the attacks against Trump, the left started calling him partisan and corrupt. The left is EVIL!!

It was a great interview, obviously some commenters did not watch both parts. He stated Trump was correct for firing Atkinson , people went after Trump for no legal reason, it’s draconian to leave the government shut down after May 1st, said people were smart & should not be told to hide under their beds because of the virus, said people will be prosecuted, replied to the left media for trashing him for going after drug cartel said the JD can do more than one thing at a time...much more..Watch it on Foxnews.com .....my guess is Durham is finished with his report & it will out shortly. It gave me hope.

If there are no indictments AND convictions by October, and then Trump doesn't win the election (or doesn't complete his term), there will be NO convictions. I am not optimistic.

This interview makes me hopeful that justice will be served. Don’t disappoint us, Ralphie. We are counting on your agency to right some very very bad wrongs.

A great injustice must be righted. There are no good men in the FBI. They must all be transferred to the US Marshall service or fired. This includes the entire rank and file corrupted by 8 years of an un-American half colored president. Examples are: Wray, Strozk, Ohr, Lisa Page, Mary McCord, Eric CIAramella, James Baker, Sally Yates, Victoria Nuland, Susan Rice, Comey, Clinton and Baracka.

I still think it's coming. They have to build an iron-clad case, so there's no doubt in anyone's mind.

Barr also said the so called Russia investigation into the Trump campaign was a travesty of justice...

Re #1, when asked about Durham’s “report”, Barr answered Ingraham - and I paraphrase - “there could be a report as a byproduct of his work, but his job is to bring to justice any who committed crimes”… He also mentioned that that can be a long, slow process. Again, paraphrased.
We are not watching Law & Order, where the perp is nailed in the first half hour and convicted in court in the second. Anyone who has ever been involved in the law knows that it can be mindnumbingly slow. In this case, very high level persons should be brought to justice. Barr and Durham want any charges to stick...

You would think one of the greatest travesties in American history would warrant doing something, rather than just being troubled by it.

It is possible to be doing something - or working with someone else (in this case, a prosecutor) to do something - and still tell a media interviewer that one is “troubled”. We are just disappointed that this has not played out like a television drama, without any regard for how long it took to unearth what was a rather large, convoluted plot involving persons - some very high level - on several continents over a period of time that lasted far longer than any one suspected.
This is not a TV drama. But we are indeed only spectators. Back in the day when Sundance at Conservative Treehouse and then John Sullivan and a very few others, were unearthing and publishing the bits and pieces of what was going on, precious few here would take the trouble to read what was written. Never mind that it was fully sourced. It was just “too long”, “too complicated”, “too confusing”, etc., etc., etc. Those comments were even posted on threads. Those of us who did spend the time reading all those long, complicated, sometimes confusing reports, trying to fit the players and the action together, are really glad we did. You will notice that now we are apt to be more patient. Not fools, not gullible. We just know how complex this “travesty” was...
