House Republicans late Tuesday renewed their demands that the House Judiciary Committee hold hearings into the FBI spying on Americans after a new review found agents routinely used inaccurate or incomplete evidence to justify surveillance warrants. Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio, the panel's ranking member, sent Chairman Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., a letter requesting the hearings in response to a special investigative memo released by Justice Department inspector general Michael Horowitz earlier in the day.

Like my dear departed Irish Catholic mother used to say, Talk is cheap, it takes money to buy whiskey.
We've had the talk. Step up to the bar and do something.

The Cabal might want to accept a few quick flicks on the wrists now and get this out of the way before the CCV fog lifts and we begin again to notice what they've been up to.

Absolutely will not happen until such time as we retake the house. In the mean time namcy will keep on adding to her wish list. And no, that was not a typo or misspelling.

Why raise false hopes by asking Nadler for hearings, when he will never agree to exposing Obama regime corruption. GOP House and Senate members Instead should ask AG Barr and his fantasy special counsel, John Durham, to provide an explanation as to why they have both have ignored a mountain of incriminating evidence in order to conduct a search for the “predicate” for Obama and Clinton corruption. An incredible number of criminal acts were committed to both stop Trump from being elected and serving as president. Aren’t those enough predicates?

Oh but, let's hear about the scrupulous, angelic, never to assailed rank and file Dudley Do Rights. Seems the whole lot of them should be demoted to toilet scrubbers and then be sure they didn't steal the brush when they are done.

More DC chatter going nowhere. House repubs know nothing will happen with Dems in charge and they can’t get the Senate to ruffle any feathers with their fellow snowflakes.

Regardless of the delay, obstruction and likely cover-up, by the Democrats to investigate these things, keep pushing forward, and presenting evidence.
Keep them on the record for a reply, and the lack-of will illustrate their desire to obstruct an investigation.

I watched an HBO special called The Schedule, last night. It made me sick to my stomach and angry.
the FBI, teaming up with the Southern District, New York, U.S. Attorney's Office, went after a young black guy who was a sports management guru, used two undercover FBI agents posing as investors, and corrupted him.
I recommend that all of you watch the show. I predict each of you will be equally disgusted. and the entire charade took place under Coward Comey's watch, along with Lousy Loretta Lynch.
In some ways, the charade was worse than the Russia hoax.

HAHAHAHA!!! Does anyone think Waddler Nadler will even respond to the stern letter? Yes, he will respond with a double Bikers Salute to Mr. Jordan. So the only thing to do is wait until the Repubs take back the House and then get down to business. We can wait.

The FBI, Department of Justice and the negligent FISA Court have proven themselves to be malicious and irresponsible in administering their power to spy on our fellow citizens. This was clear well before the most recent IG Report. Therefore, our Congress must act at once to dismantle these unlawful procedures which are so offensive to the Constitution, the rule of law and common sense. Lets be real Patriots and get rid of this putrid mess!

They are doing this to say that there was no intentional criminal intent in spying on El Trumpo, it was just general incompetence. It will be a lie.

Not a word of this on any news yesterday or today. I find it hard to understand why the FISA Court Judges are not up in arms over the findings and issuing citations for filing false paperwork. The fact that the FISA Judges remain silent on this is quite disturbing. If they are commenting on this massive abuse by the FBI, the media is doing their best to hide it. Lucky for the FBI there is pandemic going on to assure that most people never hear about this report.

Given that the FBI is part of the DOJ and the lack of curiosity from Congress, can The President appoint a Special Council to investigate the FISA abuse? There is clear evidence that laws were not followed. It is becoming clearer that an independent group needs to review this. It will not be addressed internally.

The Dems can ignore these demands with no fear. The media is solely focused on the virus and bashing the President. We won't hear a word about this anywhere except for conservative sites. If we do, it will be in the context of "don't these republicans know innocent Americans are about to die in massive numbers, can't they focus on the important matters facing our country rather on this old news?"

We surrendered constitutional rights under the auspice of a "war time" measure to combat terrorism and we turned the new powers against our citizens, political opponents of the Obama administration, while simultaneously the data on suspected Muslim terrorism was purged.
And I'm supposed to feel like I must have cognitive deficiencies for questioning, and suspecting Obama of outright treason? And my neighbors support his VP?

Call it corruption or call it collusion. Either way, we have evidence that both the FBI and FISA judges committed criminal acts and can no longer be trusted. A former Secretary of State and a Senator, now dead, put their own selfish interests above the good of the country. Things are headed for a major change.

Our own NKVD.
REPEAL FISA!!
ABOLISH the very existence of the FIB, DEA, ATF, etc. Every single one. We do not need nor want a Federal police force. Nor is there any Constitutional grant of power to permit such. Their very existence is illegal.
Such operations invariably morph into the sort of secret police we rightly oppose. End it!

So if hundreds of FBI personnel break the law, it doesn’t warrant an arrest? Congressional Republicans just pout, jump up and down, hold their breath until they turn blue or write a strongly worded letter? Was it against the law or not? Who holds government accountable? The POTUS can’t make a phone call without being accused of a crime worthy of impeachment but an attempted coup by the most powerful forces in government gets pushed aside for YEARS as Jordan et al continue their dance? Shite or get off of the pot ... PERIOD. We’re sick of this crap.

I think everyone is weary of the grandstanding politicians. Senator Graham was going to “investigate the investigators.” Its standard pap to call for a probe, committee or hearing. Nothing comes of it.

#19 -- I have come to the conclusion that the FISA Judges were as deep as thieves in this coup attempt. Now, almost four years later, they're making a show of being concerned to CYA. I wish I had been wrong, but I don't think so.
