The Chinese communists are afraid. You might not guess it from the invertebrate and borderline anti-national corporate media parroting Chinese state propaganda, but they are. Beijing is shaken. Their dream of dominating the globe eventually, with the slow overstretch and collapse of the Pax Americana, was considered a matter of destiny.
Then suddenly, it all was shaken. A combination of incompetence, criminal negligence, and totalitarian suppression of a new devastating virus originating from the raw meat and wet markets of interior China let it rage through the globe. The world’s first postmodern global pandemic, preventable but not prevented, has so far already caused the deaths of more than 13,000 people,

FTA - "The Chinese state is afraid that everyone can see through that alternate reality."
We have seen through the reality for a long time now. As we have seen through Russia's reality, North Korea's reality, Venezuela's reality, Cuba's reality, and the realities of all the other totalitarian nations.
China cooked its own goose by trying to cover up the virus "escape". The financial and societal damage its negligence has inflicted on the world is off the scale.
First things first though. China needs to come clean with how the virus "escaped" the Wuhan lab. China, accidental or intentional? How did China acquire the virus. Last report I saw said they got it from the National Microbiology Lab in Winnipeg, Canada where two Chinese nationals were working who arranged the unauthorized shipment of a corona virus sample to Wuhan. China, any truth to this? China and Canada, same virus that infected the world?

Regular people were never fooled. Only our contemptible, bribed media imagined their propaganda fooled anyone but the poor sheep our Communist run teacher's unions have brainwashed to begin with.
Joe McCarthy wasn't simply right, he totally missed the scope and range of the threat. He only scratched the surface.

Go to YouTube and search for the CNN report (I know, I know) from January 20, 2020 titled "See where officials believe the coronavirus started," and watch it. Some parts showing the Wuhan market are graphic, so a warning there. This video not only debunks ChiCom propaganda, but also CNN's shift in narrative. Pass the video around. Even my wife was skeptical of the virus's origin until she watched it. The beauty is, CNN first broadcast it in January. Be well. Stay safe.

The opening line of this piece is false: The Chi-koms are not afraid. Having lived under their rule, I can assure you the Communists are as ruthless as they are shameless. They are morally incapacitated by their ideology; they're not afraid of anybody (particularly the PC woke West), and haven't been since WWII. They will slice and dice you in every way and, a la Schumer, you won't know what hit you. Take it by faith if you don't have any other facts.
That said, it is my ardent hope our country will take a long, hard look at our junkie relationship with our Chinese drug pusher. We've been nurturing the cobra since Nixon had the grand idea of coddling them. It led to a misguided foreign policy of appeasement, fueled by the special interests of corporations who can make quick bucks --- and tons of them --- with the slave labor the Chi-koms were so glad to supply them. As is the case in all Communist dictatorships, the means of production belong to the state and its military; the idea that China has private ownership is an illusion fed to the mushy minds of the American public who has never lived under a system like that and who swallow anything marketed to them by slick propaganda geniuses.
It has been horrible to those of us who fled that kind of oppression, to watch US politicians cater to the hellish system of the CCP. And I, for one, despise the comments Trump makes about Xi being such a friend and leader. I support the Donald, but he's doing us no favors with idiotic comments like that ---- wake up and say something else, sir. He's not our friend and he's not a leader -- he's a petty dictator out to eat your lunch and dinner, and if you keep ignoring it, that's exactly what will happen. Not IF, but WHEN. See how he's been beefing up his military for years, unchecked and unchallenged.
Sad to say it, but perhaps all these virus deaths will not be in vain if it means at least one single country awakens from its stupor and realizes they've got vipers under their pillows. China needs to be treated for what it is, a loathsome, murderous regime that produced the likes of Mao and to this day is running concentration camps that people like Tim Cook won't touch with a 10-foot pole so that his phone production won't be affected. Trump needs, not to "decouple," but file a bloody divorce petition against the CCP and rid our economy and culture of its dependence on an Asian Third Reich.

A really powerful article. The closing comments are a good summary, --
"Now everyone can now see the alternate reality of a future Chinese hegemony. It’s a communist great power, with medieval practices in parts of the country, which allows preventable pandemics,..."

Here is a way to deal with the China question. Put the country under quarantine. All of it. Don't buy anything from China again. Don't sell anything to China. Cut China out from all international trade agreements and treaties. Treat China as what it is. China is a rapidly metastasizing international public health catastrophe. Until the leadership of that country changes, there is no possible way to treat China like a normal nation. Close them off from the rest of the world as much as we can and wait for the regime to break apart from it's own internal stresses as is already beginning to happen. They sell us crappy products, toxic food, radioactive sheet rock, poisoned dog food, and enough elicit fentanyl to kill every man woman and child in the world. How could anyone in good faith ever do business with these people ever again is a mystery.

#10, we don't need to have them "forgive" our debt. Trump just has the Treasury Secretary declare those bonds held by China null and void. That's their "collective" punishment for unleashing death and destruction upon the world.

China must be economically destroyed by forcing all essential Corps to come back home.
Those that refuse must see their competitors raise up here & then tariffs slapped on them to keep them out!
The Chicoms must lose the Mandate of Heaven.
Then they will be very afraid.

China needs access to our massive market. We can start by reclaiming essential production like for pharmaceuticals and if necessary tariff the heck out of the import of Chinese versions. Then slowly expand our purchase of other, non essential goods to either US producers or producers from other, reliable and better countries. Chinese labor is no longer all that cheap. We fell for the cheap is the only criteria as other problems like theft of intellectual property were ignored. We were subtly being bleed to death. China is NOT an honorable partner and we should distance ourselves from them.

I don’t doubt for a moment that President Trump has some nasty plans for China. But now is not the time to jump ugly. He has to get this virus tamped down and our economy righted first. Don’t worry about all the verbal patty-cake he plays with Xi.That’s all for show. Remember the 2015,16 campaign? No one had ever talked to us about China the way he did, it’s one of the reasons he won the election.
Oh, I can’t wait to see the wet-market he lays on their asses. But probably, most of the misery he shovels on their bat soup we’ll never know about, some things are best done in the dead of night. With a shiv. Or a Garrot.
