As previously reported, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi came back to Washington D.C. last night after a week long recess and blew up days of emergency relief work done by the Senate. She wants to write her own far left bill and now we know what will be in it. According to a source close to the process on Capitol Hill, in order to move forward with any kind of relief package, Pelosi and her far-left Democrat caucus will demand the following be included:

McConnell needs to play hardball with these congressional cretans. Pelosi and Schumer are kicking the American people in the rear end and trying to keep their lobbyist friends happy instead of helping the American people. I want to see an unrelenting campaign by the Republicans about these two jokers who are putting their political interests before the American people.

With Nancy Pelosi its not what is the right thing to do for America, its her getting her way like some spoiled rotten little kid and if that means burning the American economy to the ground so be it. Remember what she did to the state of the union speech. I hope the people that voted for her realize that they will get burned too.

This illustrates why the president needs a line-item veto. It's exactly how both parties insert their own interests into bills and have made the government grow so big and unmanageable. Second, President Trump needs to go on National Television and go through this to illustrate just what is happening. Tell both the democrats and the republicans that a clean bill needs to go through and he will not sign, no matter what the need, if it contains this kind of mindless pork and politics. Can't President Trump do something by Executive Order?

Oops, we just lost the right to peaceably assemble, #1... Kind of like the right to the free exercise of religion has been tacitly suspended in several states. #2 ought to recognize that such action would be perceived as compliments, not complaints in CA, where government at both the state and federal level is not just majority Left, but dominant Left. Conservatives have effectively no voice in government here.

What to do about “River Dave?” That would be the old man who says he would rather rot in jail than give up the cabin in the Canterbury woods along the Merrimack where he has lived for nearly three decades. Trouble is, the courts have found that River Dave doesn’t own the land on which his cabin sits. His latest refusal to decamp has landed him in jail for 30 days for contempt of court, although a judge says he won’t hold Dave any longer than that.

The San Francisco Police Department confirmed during a press conference on Friday evening that Paul Pelosi, husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, was somehow able to call 911 before being attacked with a hammer, allowing dispatch to respond. Confirmation that Paul Pelosi made a 911 call came after media reports said he had secretly called 911 so that the intruder would not know and spoke in a way that would alert the dispatcher to what was happening without giving himself away.
