Political tectonic plates are shifting as progs like Ilhan Omar start praising Trump’s crisis management (and as his polls rise)
At first, the growing wave of praise for President Trump’s handling of the Coronavirus catastrophe seemed like pigs flying, an unexpected and rare event. But now that the governors of deep blue California and New York have been joined by Ilhan Omar in admiring his handling of the crisis, we can see that forces far larger than individuals going rogue from Trump Derangement Syndrome are at work. TDS is being swamped by the reality of an existential crisis.

it is important to note that the media, early on in DJT's first year, probably fed false info from NSC rogue members - remember the fat Ukranian Lt.col.? Other weasels in the CIA nd FBI?
The standard line was that DJT was disengaged, unable to pay attention to detail, disinterested in the process of government.
Those were all lies. Putin himself could not have manufactured such a steady flow of lies about the president.
Now the China Virus has shown Americans how good a president we have.
if Old Jo Biden is the dimocrat nominee, he may not reach 40% of the popular vote, even with a fawning mainstream media covering his adulterous butt.

Never trust the praise of leftists. They still hate Trump, but they love that he's signing on to spending money and bailing out like crazy. Don't be fooled. They're also trying to figure out a way to tack themselves closer the middle, since they are so far left, and Bernie's made them full blow socialists.

The President has always been a leader. The difference now is that the price of lying about him has become unbearable for the Liberals and the Fake News Media.

These people stand for nothing of true value.

There is a long way to go and many more billions to be distributed. This "pandemic" appears so far to be largely fabrication and hysteria created by media and government. Of course, unless the stuff hits the fan everyone will be jumping in front of cameras later to proclaim how their fast action saved us from much worse. And then the President can hardly ask "How's your 401(k) and IRA doing?" And there will be higher unemployment, many failed businesses... There will likely not be anywhere near a full recovery by November. Never let a crisis go to waste.

The Democrats are starting to figure out that they can’t beat President Trump in the November election, and by praising Trump now, are trying to safe themselves and other down ballot positions. Before the election is over look for the Democrats will be fraudulently portraying themselves as being more conservative then Trump, and the wimpy UniParty Republicans.

The Presodenf has to announce that the Coronavirus is now under sufficient control that the country can begin to return to business as usual on April 1st. “Our hospitals have had time to adjust, the far worse seasonal flu is subsiding, people know enough to wash their hands and there are anti-malarial medicines that appear to reduce both the risk of contracting the virus and reducing its effects if contracted.” President should ask outdoor sports teams to begin baseball season, golf tournaments etc, Only request that people over age 70 and/or with preexisting health conditions stay alway from public gatherings for another 4 to 6 weeks.
President has establish a strong foundation for limiting spread of virus and treating its victims. It’s time for normalcy.

My take on this is completely different: I think these people are beginning to see their money (that outflowed because of Trump's policies) flow back to them. Therefore, they must think he has finally, FINALLY come to his senses and will "Make the Elites Great Again" rather than MAGA.

I am suspicious of these leftists' motives, but their words of praise are on record and will make for great Trump campaign ads in the fall.

Suddenly things get very REAL and even these moron Dems realize that what they really need is a competent leader, because "the system" is falling apart, and they have absolutely no clue what to do. And since they are 'systems people' with nearly zero ability to get along without the phone to call for everything, since they can do nothing themselves......they are frightened.
And yet, they see a calm, rational, smart leader who has pulled together a bunch of the most capable medical leaders, and starts bulldozing regulations and bureaucrats who would rather play their obstruction games than ever solve ANYTHING.
The hardest core of Demonrat leftists won't budge, won't bend, but some will ACTUALLY see things differently. But beware, a goodly number apparently see that opposing him at this time will not hurt the President, just hurt themselves. Lots of this is just faking it because they can see that their anti-Trump position is a total loser, no longer tenable. But inside.....how many are still NeverTrumper's to the bone? A lot.

It's usually more interesting when people say things against type. And Trump has skillfully exploited this by gratefully acknowledging their "kind words".
His press conferences have generally been masterful, with Trump large and in charge (expected), Trumpian yet calm (I'm sure to the surprise of many). His team of well-spoken bureaucrats is backing him up with reassuring aplomb. They're even diverse. I do wonder, however, how they can get anything done spending so much time and energy standing on stage.

I do not support Trump's income redistribution plan of $1T. There is no difference between the Republicans and the Democrats.

The dems are being forced into accepting that the American People are rallying around Trump. Can you imagine Joebot or Combot in charge at this time? Neither is competent to manage this. Further, Trump is mobilizing private enterprise to accomplish what is needed. The government has a mixed record of success and Trump seems focused on getting them out of the way to get things done. That's bad optics for Comrade Bernie. Beyond that, with all the money and resources of the federal government, BO messed up a perfectly functional healthcare system. Can you imagine BO's pal, Uncle Joe and the dem machine trying to deal with this medical challenge? Trump has already proven his economic leadership to the American People. Now he is proving his crisis management skills and the American People are recognizing that as well.
The media, at least the ones not completely trapped in TDS, recognize that they cannot control this narrative. It is too personal. There are too many raw reports coming from around the world and in the US and a LOT of people are paying attention, to everything. The balance has tipped and, no matter how much they hate it, the media can either ride the wave or get crushed in a wipeout.
"Seven and a half months, the amount of time until the nation votes, is an eternity in politics, and a lot can happen."
Unlike 911 and W. Bush, for which the imminent threat was over in a couple weeks, this emergency is likely to continue at some serious level for many months, possibly right up to the election. Further, as Joe and Bernie still try to call out Trump, they are killing themselves. You cannot attack a sitting president when the Country is in crisis. The crisis is ALL that matters and all the other baloney just does NOT. Further, Americans are NOT going to be very forgiving to those who try to go crossways against this.
The dems, already in a bad election situation, are seeing their chances evaporate almost completely. Fighting that reality would only make things catastrophic for them. No we can't trust them but whatever is left of the dem party after the dust settles on this is probably going to be too pathetic to do too much mischief.

The budgets of many states desperately need a big share of the virus bailout. Meanwhile anyone who didn't save something, put something aside during the magnificent business upswing in the last 4 years, is a fool. If you are over the age of 10 and can read a chart it would have been obvious that this market was the biggest bull market ever. You counted on that lasting the rest of your life? If you are retired and didn't balance your portfolio for just such a crisis as what we have now, what's wrong with you, besides greed?
Stocks are finally a sort of a bargain again. Hasn't been a correction of any significance since 2011. Ask yourself if the USA is better set for a comeback than any other country. The businessman is holding on to his base and gaining and has a good chance to win, even with massive voter fraud. Imagine a truly efficient, unbound President Trump and it is easy to predict a back to normal and then new growth in record time. Lots of problems and massive debt everywhere, but a healthy, assertive USA is not down, just resting before we lead even bigger than ever.

Don't trust 'em. If Dems are praising PDJT, it must be to blame him later. Remember Bush41 compromising with the Dems on taxes, which the very same Dems used 2 years later to nuke his reelection effort. And the MSM backed them up on it the whole way.
Read my lips, there is no new reality. Dems will say anything to get power (to be elected, preferably, but by any means necessary). And the enemedia will collaborate with them for the same goal. New World Order... one world government... global Socialism...
