Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D., R.I.) has implied that 80 recent Supreme Court decisions are illegitimate due to the “partisan” nature of the decisions and the influence of Republican donors on the court’s composition. “As the architect of an 80-case barrage of partisan, 5-4 decisions for big Republican donor interests, Chief Justice Roberts has zero credibility playing umpire in any political squabble,” Whitehouse wrote on Twitter on Wednesday. The senator has since continued to post on the supposed 80 partisan decisions. “[Senate Majority Leader Mitch] McConnell’s effort to pack the Court is echoed by his effort to reassure the Republican justices

When a Senator thinks that the Supreme Court should not rule on the Constitutionality of an issue, it's a sign that he has violated his oath of office. It has become evident that many politicians, especially democrats, do not believe in their oath and just consider it a pesky requirement to get the job, and have no intention of governing by it. The want a Supreme Court to rule on a political basis, acting as a shadow democrat legislative body.
If they were honest, they would refuse the oath and declare that they had no intention of upholding the Constitution, much less the rule of law! But who ever said they were honest?

It is ironic that Democrats are so upset about Schumer being called out for claiming that two Supreme Court justices would allow ideology and personal beliefs to influence their judicial rulings.
It was Schumer and the Democrats that said, years ago, that ideology was a proper consideration in confirmation of judicial nominees and not just qualifications. Now they whine incessantly when they perceive the potential of ideology playing a role.
It was Harry Reid and the Democrats that used the nuclear option to eliminate the Senate filibuster for Presidential nominees (except Supreme Court nominees) so Obama could pack the courts with judges that shared HIS ideologies. Now, when Republicans use the the rules created by Democrats, they whine incessantly that they do not have the power to force judges with more moderate beliefs to be confirmed.
Whitehouse does not understand the role of the Judicial Branch nor does he believe in Separation of Powers as enshrined in the Constitution. He is nothing but a hypocritical partisan hack.

And I say every majority decision which involved Kagan and Sotomayor are illegitimate because they themselves are illegitimate, having been appointed by an usurper, a fraud posing to the presidency.

Doubt he was too upset when Roberts ruled that Obamacare was simply a tax, thus, was acceptable.
Same Roberts this wacky Rhode Islander is complaining about now.

Lindsey Graham is the senator we should criticize. Lindsey in effect thinks that if republicans will say bad things about democrats they will say bad things about republicans.

Gee - - these leftists are the worst type of sore losers.
It all goes back to their basic totalitarian impulses. We must control everything - - and if we can't - - we lash out and try to destroy anything and everybody in our way.
Evil like this knows no bounds - - and yet the dopes in Connecticut continue to put vicious would-be tyrants like this in power. Sickening.

Whitehouse, another member of the 'my way or the highway' party. Roe vs. Wade was partisan and no member of the Democrat party will complain about that.

Note to Democrats: Decisions or actions you do not like are not reflexively "illegitimate" nor or they reflexively "illegal." Remember Mr. "Elections have consequences?" Same thing.

3 co-equal branches of government, independent of each other. For Shelly ( in the " family seat" in RI ) to accuse the Chief Justice and his court is beyond the pale. This is the arrogance of the dem party now. They know that they have lousy candidates, they know that their cozy existence is threatened . Impeachment and all their other machinations failed. They feel they can say anything at this point. They're wounded animals, screaming from the corner they've scurried to.

Back on the bottle, Sheldon? I well recall his idiocy during the Kavanaugh hearings. He is truly a buffoon of epic proportions. Sheldon asked about "boofing," thinking perhaps it referred to some sexual escapades that would damage Kavanaugh, who replied, "“If we want to talk about flatulence at age 16 on a yearbook page, I’m game.” Game, set match... Kavanaugh.

It is a known fact that the leftist justices caucus on every case to vote in unity against the right. However because the right doesn’t do that the fact that they rule on the constitutionality of cases Is infuriating to morons of Whitehouse’s lot.
