Bloomberg called Warren 'scary,' knocked

Former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg attacked the progressive left and appeared to suggest that Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) could have made a better president than former President Obama in audio obtained by CNN. In audio from a private 2016 event obtained by CNN's KFile, the former mayor suggested that Romney would have made a better president than Obama in 2012 had the Republican candidate pledged to govern as he did while governor of Massachusetts. "The second Obama election I wrote a very backhanded endorsement of Obama," Bloomberg said in 2016 of his prior endorsement of Obama for reelection.

Comments:

I wonder how many more Bloomberg audio tapes are going to pop up.

Well...... he was right. But heresy against the liberal dogma will still get you torched by the democrats. The liberals will not condone previous conservative thoughts, no matter how much youve apologized....not if there are real liberals in the race.

Bloomberg's greatest wish is that everything he said or did in his past could be erased. That goes for all of the other democrat hopefuls too.

Joe Biden is piling up one bizarre brain freeze after another only days away from a make-or-break stand in South Carolina. In less than two weeks, Biden has forgotten what office he’s running for, who was the attorney general while he was vice president, which Chinese leader he worked with on the Paris Climate Accord, and is just making up stories about being arrested in South Africa in 1989. (Snip) Biden announced he’s running for U.S. Senate: “My name is Joe Biden. I’m a Democratic candidate for the United States Senate. Look me over, if you like what you see

CHARLESTON, S.C. — It is the most politically provocative part of Senator Bernie Sanders’s campaign pitch: that his progressive movement will bring millions of nonvoters into the November election, driving record turnout especially among disaffected working-class Americans and young people. And yet despite a virtual tie in Iowa, a narrow victory in New Hampshire and a big triumph in Nevada, the first three nominating contests reveal a fundamental challenge for Mr. Sanders’s political revolution: He may be winning, but not because of his longstanding pledge to expand the Democratic base. The results so far show that Mr. Sanders has prevailed

SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- A new California bill would require some retailers to have gender neutral floor space inside their stores, Politico reports. The bill, called Assembly Bill 2826, was introduced by Assemblymember Evan Low, a Democrat from Campbell. According to Politico, retailers would be able to sell the same products, as long as they dedicate space where customers can find clothes and toys regardless of whether the items have been marketed to boys or girls. “Keeping similar items that are traditionally marketed either for girls or for boys separated makes it more difficult for the consumer to compare the products

A new survey of registered African American voters found that a significant number are disillusioned with the Democratic Party. The survey, conducted by the political action committee BlackPAC, found that while black voters are largely supportive of the Democratic Party and align most with its values, more than half feel that the party is not paying close enough attention to the black community. Democrats, they argue, grew too distracted by impeachment to focus on the issues that matter to black voters, putting them out of touch with the key bloc whose support they’ve relied on for decades. The Democratic Party

CHARLESTON, South Carolina — The Palmetto State was never going to be a strong suit for Pete Buttigieg, who has been criticized for his record on race as mayor of South Bend, Indiana, making the Democratic primary tougher in a state where the Democratic electorate is 60% African American. And appealing to union members here has its challenges, as well, since several of his competitors have long-standing relationships with unions. Still, Buttigieg made the effort Monday at a protest by McDonald's workers demanding a pay increase to $15 an hour. It ended up being a brief visit, however, as hecklers drowned

Quaden Bayles, a nine-year-old boy with a form of dwarfism, went viral this week when his mother shared a video of him crying and mentioning suicide over bullying he faced at school. There was support from celebrities, a GoFundMe that raised nearly $500,000 to send the Australian family to Disneyland in California, and there were conspiracies. Support turned dark when unfounded rumors circulated that Quaden was actually a teen actor pretending to be a child, though as Insider previously reported, those theories were baseless. Still, amid the controversy and virality across social-media platforms that included Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, Quaden

Heather Mac Donald is one of America’s great heroines. For no reason other than love of her country, Western civilization and common sense, she ventures repeatedly into the bizarre and hostile world of America’s colleges and universities. If students listened to her, they would learn a lot. Alas, most of them are not up to that task. Heather has often been subjected not just to rudeness, but to threats of violence. I can draw on my own experience here. Last year, my youngest daughter invited Heather to give a talk at her college. My wife and I drove Heather down to the college, but before we set out we were told

While it may be true that “A rose by any other name would smell as sweet” (Shakespeare) it is also true that socialism by any other name still smells like socialism. As we approach this year’s elections, the purveyors of socialism have tried to rebrand their product by calling it “democratic socialism.” The sales force and marketing department of democratic socialism, the Democratic Party, and the mainstream media, are plying a new fairy tale that democratic socialism is nothing like socialism. No siree, nothing like it, they sing in chorus. The chorus, however, is badly out of tune. Democratic socialism is not the wonderland of inclusiveness,

Even in California, you have to be 18 to get a tattoo, 16 to drive a car, 21 to buy a gun, alcohol, or pot. But if you want to change your gender? Well, then, you just have to be 12. And your public school will be more than happy to help. Need an abortion? Tell your teacher. Want to refill your birth control? Go to the school clinic. Thinking about starting hormone treatments? Your parents will never find out. At least, not under the policy the California Teachers Association is pushing. That’s the amazing revelation from last month’s union meeting.

Washington - President Donald Trump pushed back Wednesday against criticism that his administration isn’t doing enough to meet the coronavirus threat, as lawmakers called for giving disease fighters much more money than the $2.5 billion the White House has requested. A day after he sought to minimize fears of the virus spreading widely across the U.S., Trump prepared to hold a White House press conference with experts from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. He tweeted that the CDC, Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar and others in the administration are “doing a great job with respect to Coronavirus!” and accused some news outlets of “panicking markets.”
