Wisconsin parents suing school

Parents are suing a Wisconsin school district for adopting a policy that allows students of any age to transition to a different gender and use a different name while at school without parental notice or consent. The policy, according to the religious-liberty law firm Alliance Defending Freedom, prevents school officials from communicating about the child’s choice to transition with parents if the student does not consent. The parents charge that the school’s policy violates their parental rights, usurping the upbringing of their children under Wisconsin law. “Many mental health and psychiatric professionals believe that children with gender dysphoria should not immediately transition

If these districts think that they have the right to do this then I suggest the parents have a right to withold their school taxes. Let's see how that works out for these people who want to take your rights as a parent. Let them pay the bills. Perhaps they can start sending money home with the child for room and board too.

This is just becoming a game these kids are playing. So completely stupid and I am sure the ones playing it are having a great time. So Big Jim, the defensive lineman on the football team suddenly decides at school that his name is now Big Karen which entitles him to hit the girl's locker room at gym period and suit up for cheerleader squad workouts instead of football team workouts.

Perhaps, just perhaps this is some freaking social experiment whereby little Peppermint Patti who thinks she can do anything a boy can do is given the chance. She is allowed to dress, act and hang out with the boys at an early age. Without the help of steroids she will soon learn there is a big difference in the genders. That said, the schools should be shut down.

My 4 year old granddaughter informed her Mother and I the other day that ‘girls can be boys and boys can be girls’ followed by ‘but I want to be a girl because boys drool and girls rule’. This is the age group now that would be offered male hormones behind Mommy’s back. Way past time for Congress to intervene in this insanity.

The parents require a notice from the school that their child is changing genders? It seems that would be apparent, if you pay any attention to your children.

I can see the kids having fun with this. We had a lot of subs one year in junior high, so we had name cards on our desks. We boys used to have a blast switching name cards with each other. Can you imagine what would have happened if we could claim to be the opposite sex? All our schemes for getting into the girls locker room would have been for nothing, since we could just walk in. *sigh*

Boeing has another problem now with dozens of its undelivered 737 MAX jets—trash in the fuel tanks. The embattled plane maker found everything from tools to rags inside the fuel tanks of about 35 aircraft, a company spokesman told Reuters. Company inspectors have checked about 50 of the roughly 400 MAX jets built after two crashes in October 2018 and March 2019 that killed 346 people.(Snip) The FAA moved to step up surveillance of the manufacturing after Boeing informed it about the debris in November, according to the Wall Street Journal, and is waiting for additional inspection findings before taking further action.

George Clooney‘s home is in deep water—literally. The Oscar winner and wife Amal Clooney‘s mansion in Berkshire, England, suffered major flood damage after Storm Dennis struck the region. Photos show that nearly all of the land surrounding the $13 million estate, including the basketball court, was almost completely submerged in water. But a rep for the “Ocean’s Eleven” star exclusively tells Page Six that “all is fine” after the flooding. According to Architectural Digest, the Clooneys purchased the 17th-century mansion shortly after their Venetian wedding in 2014. The home sits on a four-acre island in the middle of the River Thames.

They say the music is the message, and it probably doesn’t take much reading between the lines to get the meaning behind the music Donald Trump walked on stage to at his Colorado Springs rally on Thursday night. As the president stepped out in front of the crowd, The Rolling Stones’ 1965 song Play With Fire blasted out across the venue. It’s taken just 45 days for a royal pipe dream to well and truly bite the dust. Last month, Harry and Meghan tried to bounce the ancient institution into giving them a ‘progressive new role’ as part-time royals, part-time money makers. Harry’s 93-year-old grandmother doesn’t take kindly to being bounced or indeed being blindsided. With British regulations and royal rules on her side, the Queen has imposed her final restriction on the couple embarking on a self-imposed exile. Sussex Royal can be no more. A freshly branded website will have to be re-branded. Their supporters will argue it’s no great loss.
