The appeal will be fun for the lawyers, so much to appeal.

The full weight of Justice has decended on Stone for being nothing but a schoolyard blowhard.

#2, Trump will almost certainly let this process play out to the end, appeals, etc before doing anything at all.
If I were Stone, I would MUCH rather win the appeal, go through the insanity of a new trial, in a fairer venue, and acquittal than to let this record stand and then be pardoned. I can't speak for Stone, but I bet he would want to be acquitted, too.

Amy likes to stick it in. 40 months, $20K fine, then 24 months supervised release. Amy needs to serve this punishment. If Barr don't do something about this (Trump should not have to do everything), then Barr needs to submit his resignation and go, taking Wray with him. The Barr kiss and love Wray speech at the FBI the other day really had a stench.

In the 14 months since Stone’s arrest did the President ask his FBI Director if the massive SWAT force used to arrest a non violent, elderly man accused of white collar crimes was standard procedure? If Wray said “Yes, we always use 28 agents armed with automatic weapons, 2 high speed boats with divers, a helicopter and a CNN team”, could he.point to the Bureau’s manual to show this requirement?
Did the President ask AG Barr if the DoJ objected to Judge Berman placing a gag order on Stone for 8 months while he was allegedly innocent until proven guilty and after two months after he was found guilty? Can thin skinned Barr point to other gag orders on an accused?
Mueller and his goons were allowed to turn the US justice system into the Soviet system yet no one appears to have questioned this stunning and public injustice. Why?

There was nothing to impede so what is this all about? Let's go after the real criminals who lied to the FBI etc. Oops, sorry, they have a "D" after their names so they're safe. Have to keep remembering the 2 tiered justice system we have now.

And Crooked Hillary runs free as a bird collecting millions by selling America to our enemies. There should be no jail for Stone until we at least see Hillary and McCabe, Comey, Page, Strzok, etc indicted. Gen. Flynn's treatment is even sadder and more vicious.

The media has been claiming that the Obama judge presiding over the Stone trial and sentencing handed out the exact sentence that the Attorney General recommended in order to insulate the trial and sentencing from future Presidential action by supposedly making the matter pardon proof. But is that the job of a federal district judge?

So the less and less frequent chants of “Lock her up!”at Trump rallies will soon be replaced by loud and angry chants or “Free Roger!” President Trump has been very poorly served by his two Attorneys General and his FBI Director. In year 4 of the Trump presidency, not a single Obama official has been indicted for sedition and corruption and it appears that none will be.
Makes me wonder if the Stone persecution was designed to turn our desire for equal justice away from the immunity give to all Obama regime thugs to the poor excuse of a judge, Amy Berman.

I'd like to remind everyone that the guilty verdict was 12-0 not 11-1. Granted, a hung jury isn't a conviction but the foreskin juror wasn't alone.

11-1 means a mistrial. The prosecution can choose to retry him or not.

Really informative article on Gateway Pundit, dated February 19, 2020, entitled:
"A letter to the 2000 Anti-Trump Ex-DOJ lawyers:
WHERE'S YOUR OUTRAGE TO THESE 27 DOJ-FBI CRIMES?"
Then it goes into detail about the 27 crimes.

Why would she sentence him before hearing his request for a new trial? I guess we know the answer to that.

The judge said Stone was covering for Trump????. Sorry Judge this was not his conviction. Stone should withdraw his request for a new trial & let Trump pardon him immediately. The Judge kept the gag order on Stone. Whats she afraid of?
