AOC: Billionaires Should Not Exist Because
They Get Rich By Underpaying Their Employees

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) stated during her Wednesday interview on "The View" the billionaires behind companies like Walmart and Amazon should not exist because they underpay their employees. Co-host Meghan McCain asked Ocasio-Cortez how she felt about the presence of billionaires Tom Steyer and Michael Bloomberg in the Democratic race for president. Both Steyer and Bloomberg have spent vast amounts of personal wealth on their campaigns, with Bloomberg topping the spending chart.

Hey, AOC! There are roughly 600 billionaires in the US and they have a net worth of $3T or so. Put a wealth tax on all of them at 100%, and you have enough money to fund the government, in its current form, for 9 months. Add in Medicare for all, and you have six months, maybe. Green new deal, and you have 4 months. But now, there’s no more billionaires. And you’ve moved the equivalent of 20% of the annual economy from productive investment to government transfers. You’ll have to go for the millionaires next, they’ll probably get you through year 1. The stock market will be a shambles. Now you’re down to the thousandaires. There are hundreds of millions of them. Their wealth is mainly in real estate, you aren’t going to be able to spend that too easily. And the are pretty likely to resist. Good luck, and don’t send your kids to study Econ at BU. Apparently the course of study isn’t too good.

Does every employee assume the risk that an owner/entrepreneur/CEO assumes? Do they carry the same responsibility? Have the same experience and education? Does every employee answer to a board of directors and make strategic decisions that affect the company's future and its employees, top to bottom? Didn't think so. Therefore, Miss Cortez, they are not "equal" in terms of their worth to/investment in the company. This isn't youth league soccer, or affirmative action college admission. You're operating way above your competency and it shows.

How many millionaires did Bill Gates enrich because they helped him start Microsoft? Or Steve Jobs at Apple? How many people became wealthy because they had the foresight to buy the Walmart IPO in 1970 at $16 per share? Quite a few! Now think how many starved under socialism? How many died ( or were executed) because of socialism? How many times has this system been tried, all over the world, by different peoples, different races, with the same result of crushing poverty (except for the leaders, who stole all they could while they could)? The answer is-more than under capitalism. Millions more. MANY millions more. And there's Joy Behar, kissing Taco Barbie's ass telling her what a rising star she is! How do you sleep at night , Joy, knowing that all the money you have, all the freedoms you enjoy, exist only due to a capitalist system, and by supporting a Commissar wannabe like Taco Barbie you'd lose EVRYTHING? Apparently, all Joy is capable of thinking is one thought at a time, and right now that thought is I HATE TRUMP. Joy, you are an imbecile.

At a CNN townhall on Thursday, former Vice President Joe Biden promised an all-out assault on our Second Amendment rights. He told voters that on day one, he will “seek to end gun manufacturers’ exemption from civil liability for gun violence.” Surrounded by people who have lost family members to gun violence, Biden said, “It is so long past time that we correct one of the most egregious special interest giveaways the United States Congress has ever engaged in – the civil liability protections granted to gun manufacturers against being sued by the victims of gun violence.” He believes this is “just flat out immoral.”

Small business owners are increasingly applauding the work of President Donald Trump. Sixty-four percent of small business owners approve of Trump’s job performance as president, according to a survey released Thursday by CNBC and Survey Monkey. That was a four-point gain from the prior survey taken at the end of 2019. That is the highest approval rating since the quarterly survey was launched in 2017. The survey was taken between February 2 and February 10, a period in which the Senate was holding its impeachment trial and eventually voted to acquit the president.

President Donald Trump spent the first three years of his presidency taking a flamethrower to elite conventional wisdom. Before the president, an "elite" consensus had formed that lost manufacturing and industrial jobs were gone for good, "free" trade was good for America, and American leadership was about managing America's decline in the face of a rising power in China. These positions were so assumed to be true that politicians would spout them off in the same way they might observe that the sky is blue or that knowing the Clintons is hazardous to a person's health. The "you didn't build that" president commented before the 2016 election,

Last year, Xusana Davis was appointed by Vermont governor Phil Scott as the state’s “first Racial Equity Executive Director.” Davis, formerly of New York City’s Department of Mental Health and Hygiene, applied for the job “on a whim,” and was installed to “identify and address systemic racism in Vermont.” But the law labeling Vermont as systemically racist was also a whim, backed by no evidence aside from bald assertions that racial disparities in prison, land ownership, or school disciplinary actions reflect a disparity in treatment of people of color. The dangers of this false assumption are demonstrated in Xusana’s latest gambit: to “codify community engagement”

Failed politician Stacey Abrams wants to do away with the electoral college. Her reasoning? The electoral college is a "classist, racist system whose time has passed and we need to get rid of it," so it's the same argument the left makes to get rid of everything they don't like. Naturally, Abrams attacked the centuries old constitutional system with the cast of ABC's "The View" on Monday morning. Abrams claims the founding founders created the electoral system as a racist system designed somehow to prevent blacks from voting. To make her point, Abrams repeated the historically illiterate lie about the three-fifths compromise being the iniquitous idea of racist Southerners.
