Judicial Watch Sues FBI for

I know many Americans remain concerned about the murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich. We know that the Seth Rich controversy came up in Peter Strzok-Lisa Page emails we just uncovered. In a heavily redacted August 10, 2016, email exchange, Strzok sends Page a forwarded message from unidentified agents from the FBI’s Washington Field Office (WFO) discussing Rich. A public affairs official whose name was redacted opens the WFO email chain, writing: Various news outlets are reporting today that Julian Assange suggested during a recent overseas interview that DNC Staffer, Seth Rich was a Wikileaks source,

If Julian Assange would confirm (truthfully, of course) that the deceased Mr. Rich was the source of the WIkileaks data, I'd start the organizing for the ticker tape parade down the US city of his choice for his valuable contribution to American freedom!

This is the exact reason why Assange is being persecuted and held without any hope of telling what he knows. I would not be surprised if something terrible happens to him. He did speak with a congressman but nothing ever came of it. I wonder why.

Even stranger, #3, is that Seth's own parents have no desire to learn what happened to their son. In fact, it wouldn't surprise me to see the parents themselves step in and try to stop Judicial Watch from uncovering the truth.

The FBI did not investigate Seth Rich, so has no records. The FBI devotes its time on investigating Trump, making sure he don't talk to the Russians, or get re-elected.

Mary Jo's family took the Kennedy payoff following Chappaquidick. Monica's family took pride in her service to the Clintons and hired that quack quack lawyer (remember the term, the "full Ginsberg," making all 5 Sunday morning news shows the same day). I wouldn't be surprised that the Rich family also took the loot and shut up.

Judicial Watch is a great organization, doing the work that the government can’t or won’t do. I’m a contributing member. However, I get a donation request every few weeks, often with yet another membership card, of which I have had perhaps a dozen (I no longer keep them). I think they could improve their financial status a bit by cutting down on postage and printing up membership cards. I’ve mentioned this to them, but the practice continues.

Maybe the FBI had good reason for not investigating the Rich murder (just sayin) . After the last two years I wouldn't doubt anything.

What is surprising is the reaction of the media at the time to the interview that Wheeler gave to Fox 5 and Hanity. He relied on his contact within the DOJ who had seen the forensic report on Rich's computer. The media tried to confuse the public by claiming that Wheeler did not have the evidence himself and somehow retracted his story as a result. Wheeler even stated that after he contacted the DC Police to simply ask if they had Rich's laptop they contacted someone at the DNC about his call who then call the Rich family to warn them off. Why would the DC Police be working with the DNC on this case? The DC Police actually pointed Wheeler to the FBI to get the information on the laptop? Why would the FBI be involved in a local murder case? The media narrative was also driven by the then prevailing conviction that Trump had orchestrated this story through Ed Butkowsky who was the wealthy Texan that reimbursed the Rich family for Rod Wheeler's expenses (none of which was ultimately paid). In their minds this was intended to divert attention from their Russian collusion theory. Except there was no Russian-Trump collusion as we now know so their stories now look like cover ups of the much more probable case that Rich actually was the source of the Wikileaks emails. There's a lot at stake if Judicial Watch can break this open through their FOIA filing.
