Deep State Revolt: Federal Judges to Hold
Emergency Meeting Over Barr and Trump

Just weeks after President Donald Trump was acquitted by the Senate of bogus partisan impeachment charges by the House of Representatives, a group of federal judges will hold an ’emergency meeting’ on Tuesday regarding the intervention by Attorney General William Barr against the abusive proposed sentence for Roger Stone and the criticism by President Trump of the proposed sentence and the federal judge overseeing the case, Judge Amy Berman Jackson, as well as other actions by Barr and Trump regarding ‘politically sensitive’ cases before the judiciary.

Which federal judges? Will their meeting be on the taxpayers' dime? If so, we need to slash their pay. Include prep time and time for anything that comes out of this waste of time meeting. In fact, fire them all!

Meetings should be held on Jackson & others...typical Democrats.. anyone who can’t see there is a double standard & a one sided justice system in DC is blind.

Not too well-schooled in the law, but I've been reading about Judge Amy Berman Jackson, especially at Gateway Pundit (most recent February 17, 2020), and it usually says that Judge Berman Jacksoln was assigned Roger Stone's case or Paul Manafort's case or the Catholic nuns' case, etc., and I wondered just who is the person who assigns cases to a judge? Does a judge have any input when it comes to which cases they are assigned? Probably not. I don't know. Just wondered.

Good, they should review the DOJ and FBI fraud on the FISA court and the inaction to imprison the perpetrators and inaction of Chief Justice to discipline FISA judges for violating judicial guidelines.

As I understand it... the prosecutors BOSS can direct and re-direct as he/she feels fit. The president, as chief law enforcement officer can direct and re-direct as he sees fit. Whats missing from this tempest is that Trump legally could have directed the DOJ to drop the case. Trump "could" circumvent the whole mess by issuing a pardon. What he did was complain about the recommended sentence and gave examples of worse crimes getting lighter sentences. At no point did he suggest, unlike Obama re Clinton, that Stone was innocent or that there shouldnt be any prison time.

Obama appointed judges have the habit of creating law from the bench. These clowns are so political that no one can get a fair trial. They are all circling the wagon on the corrupt Judge Amy Berman. She is also the judge that put Maniford in solitary confinement. You can't tell me she did not know the foreman of Stone's jury was biased. This woman should be impeached. I want equal justice for all!!!!

What authority does a non goobernent volunteer group have in this case? This is the boldest political activism I have ever seen from the Judiciary. I'm sure Roberts will be the Chairman on this call. For a group, saying they support a fair and inpartial judiciary, they sure ddin't hide their real intent very well. I do think the Senate should investigate this since it isn't part of the federal offical structure and brings into question the impartiality of federal balck robed demigods.

The Code of Judicial Conduct prohibits judicial involvement in politics. There is no prohibition on political involvement by non-lawyers and non-judges in the judiciary. As much as they would like to live in a protective bubble, free from public scrutiny, there is no such thing. But you can expect the Left, the great inventors of perverse political doctrines (e.g. affirmative action), to come up with one very soon, and it will have a catchy name.

If they try to accomplish anything more than a group therapy session to deal with all being 'triggered', then we are looking at a Constitutional Crisis. Judges can't be fired, but can be impeached and removed. Or, if they are convicted of attempting a Coup d'état, then they can't serve on the bench from a jail cell.

I don’t understand what the judges are concerned about. As the article clearly states, judges make sentencing decisions based on the facts, sentencing guidelines and the defendant’s criminal history. The big story now is Executive pressure on the DOJ, not the courts. What do these judges have to discuss?

The constitutional protection afforded independence of the judiciary is lifetime appointments. When the branch is under attack the first ally to speak is appropriately the American Bar Association, not the judges association. The irony here is that Obama directly attacked the Supreme Court over Citizens United as its members sat quietly for the SOU address, and there was no effort by federal judges or anyone else to stand up.

Any federal judge who participates in this meeting to protect their political power must recuse themselves from any subsequent judicial proceedings since they have provided testimony to their own political bias, and they must resign for violating their oaths to uphold the Constitution, since this attempt to control the Executive branch is clearly anti-Constitutional.

But it could happen if a third party were to win some electoral votes and, with no candidate receiving a majority of them, the House of Representatives was called upon to choose between the top-two electoral vote-getters. Today’s civil war within the Democratic Party makes it possible that two candidates will come from it: Bernie Sanders for the Woke Left, and Bloomberg for the establishment. In that case, enough establishment Republicans in the House might join their establishment Democratic colleagues to defeat Trump. This would realign U.S. politics:
