BREAKING: Mike Bloomberg 'wants Hillary
Clinton as his running mate', sources
close to his campaign tell Drudge

Original Article

Posted By: zephyrgirl, 2/15/2020 11:07:32 AM

Mike Bloomberg is considering making Hillary Clinton his running mate, a source close to his campaign has told Drudge Report. Polling found the Bloomberg-Clinton combination would be a formidable force to take on Trump in the race for the White House, the source said. Former New York City Mayor and Democratic candidate Bloomberg is said to be considering even changing his official residence from New York to Colorado or Florida - where he also has homes - because the electoral college makes it difficult for US president and vice-president to reside in the same state.

Comments:

Who knew that Bloomberg had a death wish.

Not that Democrats care about the Constitution, but Presidential and VP candidates can’t be from the same state.... So, which state does Hillary lug her nasty carpetbag to this time? Or will Mini-Mike claim his real home, Bermuda? Going to be a lot of fun. MAGA! KAG! Trump 2020!

I believe #2 has it right, but remember Bloomberg has the money to influence liberal Judges make decisions on the meaning of the US Constitution that they otherwise would not make if a plaintiff with a case before them was a legitimate Republican.

Why not Biden? He failed at becoming president four times versus just twice for Hillary? Bloomberg’s selection of Hillary demonstrates his lack of knowledge of the Electoral College. Winning NY and California won’t offset the Electoral votes from the other states. Just ask Hillary. If Hillary does become VP, will she ask to be in charge of Ukraine and China policy? Chelsea could use another no show job.

Bloomberg is prepared to do anything and pay anything to defeat Trump. If he believes focus group session feedback that an alliance with Hillary can attract the Democrat base he will do it. Clinton has a lot of support among the criminal class like Joe Biden that are terrified of a real investigation of the Obama administration and the Clinton Foundation influence peddling. If she is returned to power the investigations all go away. Don't be surprised if suddenly Bernie Sanders signs on to this scheme before the convention. His talks like a true believer but he can be bought like any parasite by Bloomberg's money. A $50 M retirement fund for Bernie and Jane carefully disguised as a media buy can get you a lot of love.

Whatever, I do think it's a cool move on Shorty's part to energize the Left because in reality, it will also energize most everybody else against a Blumbust/Hitlery ticket. Can you imagine the fun that Pres Trump will have campaigning against a Shorty/Hitlery Ticket? Oh, Good Lord, ThankYou, ThankYou, ThankYou for this GIFT! Got to run out and buy more PopCorn, Chips, Peanuts, Dip and Bud before the country runs out! FWIW: Bud will be $5 a can by 11.01.20, in prep for the Election Night Watch/Celebrations! Mark my word. Darn, I'm running out of storeage room but I'll persevere because there's lots of Fun-Times ahead....... Keep it up Donkies. Just Keep it Up! Bite-sized Bloomberg does not have a very good reputation in how he treats women who work for him. Yeah, #51... All Bloombergs ads show how out of touch with reality he is, but that one irritates me in a different way, trying to give the idiots the impression that 0bama has endorsed him. I'm a bit surprised that 0bama hasn't repudiated it yet, but I guess he is biding his time, sowing chaos in the party until he names his pick during a brokered convention.

There w[ll be a political pre-nup. Shorty doesn't have to commit suicide just become ill enough to resign the Presidency and turn it over to Hildabeast. Actually, I expect a brokered convention, bought by Bloomy, Hillary will be at the top of the ticket w/ Bloomy as VP. As VP candidate he can spend all the money he wants w/o running afoul of campaign spending laws. For that reason and that reason only, the dems need him on the ticket.

President Donald Trump slammed and snubbed Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Sunday with an announcement he won't attend the annual St. Patrick's Day lunch in the Capitol this Thursday. It's the first time a president has skipped the traditional, non-partisan luncheon since George W. Bush missed it in 2003, shortly before the United States invaded Iraq. The luncheon - formally called the Friends of Ireland Luncheon - is hosted by the Speaker of the House, who is Pelosi, and honors the taoiseach of Ireland.

Brexit goes through today, and Britain is finally independent, free from the clutches of the European Union. It's a great event regardless of how it happens, but in this case, it was cool beyond description. It all ended with a pretty amazing flourish, one that told us a lot about both the European Commission and newly sovereign Britain itself. Chief Brexiteer Nigel Farage made his last speech before the European Commission, which was a great scolding and call to shut down the whole operation altogether, which was subversive enough. But he drove it even further.

I share much of the anger, frustration and sorrow of the British public at their decision, which has been much-discussed over the past few days.  But there is one aspect of this drama that concerns and saddens me: the behaviour of Prince Harry, and what appears to be him turning his back on the Royal Family.  This is so out of character, and — as his biographer who knows him better than many — I fear something is seriously amiss.

A friend tweeted from Ireland (in time for St. Patrick’s Day), blaming President Trump for the major decline in the value of stocks. This same friend credited Barack Obama’s economic policies when the Dow Jones Industrial Averages approached 30,000. This — and more — is part of our political, economic and medical divide with mixed messages coming from supposed professionals, amateurs and people who don’t know what they are talking about. According to Dictionary.com, “panic” is “a sudden overwhelming fear, with or without cause, that produces hysterical or irrational behavior, and that often spreads quickly through a group of persons or animals.”

Democratic debates in times of coronavirus make for even less interesting television than during normal times, whatever that means in the Trump era. In Sunday night’s debate, Bernie Sanders had a double task. For the believers, to make a last pitch that he is the better candidate (which, in terms of the presidency, he clearly is). For the realists, his task was to push the inevitable nominee, Joe Biden, more to the left. He probably achieved neither, as Biden stole the show, by announcing (cleverly) that he will pick a female vice-presidential candidate, a progressive weak point of Sanders (who

Have you ever had an experience alone that you wished you could share with someone? For example, that happened to me on the coldest day ever in Cincinnati during the Great Blizzard of 1994. I was clerking that year for the most brilliant and gifted judge in the United States federal courts, the Hon. Danny J. Boggs of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and it was my turn to be in Cincinnati for the week’s appellate panels. Part One — Some Rambling (So Skip to Part Two If It Bores You) Judge Boggs’s chambers are based in Louisville, Kentucky.

Once upon a time, Jennifer Rubin was an intelligent woman. Things started to go downhill when she went to work for the Washington Post, but what really flipped the switch in her brain was seeing Donald Trump become president. Not only did she lose perspective, but she also lost intelligence, self-restraint, and decency. Her latest flight of NeverTrump nastiness has her speculate about possible Republican deaths during a time of coronavirus. Her speculation not only reveals an even further degradation of mind and soul, but she's got things entirely bass-ackwards wrong – and a couple of maps prove it.

Joe Biden walked out of Sunday night’s debate in a commanding position in the Democratic presidential primary after Bernie Sanders failed to land needed punches to slow the former vice president’s momentum, said The Post’s debate expert Eric Phillips. “Bernie Sanders had to change the trajectory of this race and he did not do it,” commented Phillips, who previously served as Mayor Bill de Blasio’s press secretary. “I think we’re talking about a matter of days before Sanders has to give it up.” Phillips said that not only did the sometimes gaffe-prone Biden manage to avoid major stumbles, he also managed to project the needed strength
