DOJ won't pursue criminal charges
against McCabe

Original Article

The Justice Department said Friday it will not pursue criminal charges against former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe, after a nearly two-year-long investigation into accusations brought by the agency's independent watchdog who claimed that he lacked "candor" when questioned about leaking to the media. In a letter to McCabe attorney Michael Bromwich obtained by Fox News, Justice Department attorney J.P. Cooney said the investigation is now “closed.” “We write to inform you that, after careful consideration, the Government has decided not to pursue criminal charges against your client, Andrew G. McCabe,’” Cooney wrote.

Comments:

Unbelieveable. They nearly destroy an honorable General when they KNEW, and said in writing nin internal reports, that he didn't intend to lie. They pull Stone through a knothole and try to get him 7-9 years in prison for MUCH less than McCabe did.
Unreal. And this almost certainly means that NOTHING will be happening to any of the other coup plotting, traitorous criminals, no matter how many times we are told that they are "seriously investigating" and "Durham is a bulldog".
DoJ is FILLED with traitors, covering up for other traitors.

No Justice from the DoJ. If you are a Dem, no crime is ever punished. If you are a Republican, all things you do are twisted into "crimes", and WILL be punished.

Well here we go folks. This is what some of us have been predicting for months now. It is past time to get Barr out 0f the AG job...…...how about it TODAY. Barr has been buddies of most of the DOJ and FBI swamp scum and even worked with some of them and probably socialized with them, He ain't going to indict them. Strange statement yesterday by Barr that Trump's tweets were keeping him from doing his job. Sounds like an "Obstruction of Justice" charge in the works. Could Barr be working with Schiff to trick Trump into making further statements to help develop such a case? I haven't trusted Barr from the day that he was selected for the AG position. I have suggested that he had joined the coup attempt and I still believe it.

Bla Bla Bla......these stories go on and on. None of the Deep Staters will ever be held accountable. Michal Flynn is accused of lying to FBI, and is indicted in weeks, Manafort accused of foreign agent without a license, and indicted in weeks, Roger Stone accused of lying to FBI and is railroaded through the courts after being frog marched out of his house at 6am. It is sickening that these stories go on and on with anyone that is associated with the deep state and it is all just one big cover up. The one that gets my goat is Bill Barr whining about the President's tweets. Poor thing can't do his job if the President is tweeting and commenting on his precious little cover up, ahem, investigations. If Barr would do his job then the President would not have to tweet. Hey, Mr Barr, I got news for you. Nobody likes a whiner. But I guess Bill Barr is doing his job, protecting their own.

It is being reported elsewhere that McCabe -- a slithering, scheming criminal in a suit -- is griping that this investigation harmed his family for two years. Does he *really* not see the horrific irony of that complaint? Really? The brazenness of his statements, and his behavior over the years, tells me, incredible as it is to contemplate, that no, he does *not* see the irony. Like many of his ilk, he's an Einstein when it comes to observing what he perceives to be the flaws of others and a Machiavelli at calculating how to harm them, but when it comes to the ordinary human process of self-assessment and self-understanding, it's as though he has had a full-fledged lobotomy. In other words, he is an intelligent, ambitious, unreflective, extremely high-functioning psychopath. If there is anything that distinguishes those who rose to the top of the food chain within Obama's Deep State, it is that extremely rare, extremely freakish quality -- high intelligence and ambition along with utterly bulletproof self-regard and a pre-kindergarten level of self-awareness. Think James Comey and Peter Strzok. Take out the intelligence part, and you're looking at Hillary Clinton. The fact that they all came together in positions of leadership and power says everything you need to know about Obamaworld, and it should scare the bejeezus out of any normal, right-thinking, reasonably sane American.

Further review finds that this is limited to the "lack of candor" on a leak. It is still possible that they are letting this one go as a minnow, because they have a few giant crimes that the will get him on. But, every time this kind of thing happens, with NOBODY indicted, it gets far harder to believe that there is any justice left in the USA.

I wrote over 3 years ago that “Corrupt Hillary” and “Lock her up” were meaningless chants meant to make us think that justice would be served. Barr and his boss, President Immunity, just proved that these chants were a joke on us. We can expect zero indictments of those in the Obama regime, no matter how corrupt their actions. The incompetent Durham will soon release a stern, detailed report on the multiple scandals directed by Obama, but there will not be a single indictment. Trump, sadly, likes Swamps even though he rails against them.

#11, Patience??? That is just a bridge too far for me right now. The American people know too much and they are ticked at the injustice of this whole fiasco, but this decision may be the straw that breaks the camel’s back. How long will people continue to be be appeased when it is apparent that a seditious ringleader is going to face no charges for actively participating in a conspiracy to unseat a duly elected President? McCabe is as guIlty as sin and the DOJ gives him a pass. Can someone anyone explain that to me in a way that it makes any sense?

I hope everyone has enjoyed the last 4 year hickup in the relatively sudden crash dive of the USA. After November get used to discovering what generations of Russians, Chinese, East Germans and Cubans have known about the joys of living under hypocritical tyrants. If by some twist of fate President Trump does manage to win a 2nd term, it will be much more constrained that normal people think and it will be the last flicker of the American Experiment. Face the fact that short of true revolution, no political elite will get the justice they deserve and the Deep State will always find a way to survive and protect the most obvious, outrageous attacks on the country and us. All of it brought to you by media, education institutions, and law enforcement liars who take an oath which means absolutely nothing to them.

A comment published last week in Nature, a leading scientific journal, has thrown a monkey wrench into hundreds of studies and media stories that previously predicted dire climate consequences in the future due to increased carbon dioxide (CO2) in our atmosphere. The consequences were predicted by a computer model called Representative Carbon Pathways (RCP), and the worst-case scenario model, RCP8.5, had been cited more than 2,500 times in scientific journals and in hundreds of media stories as the primary need for "urgent action" on climate. Predictions from the RCP8.5 model suggested maximum global temperature increases of nearly 6°C (10.8°F) by the year 2100, shown in Figure 1.

Hold on to your hats if that happens, because it’s even more complicated than it sounds. Presidential nominating conventions used to be “brokered” because the delegates were largely appointed by — and loyal to — political bosses. Delegates voted on multiple ballots as rivals vied for the bosses’ favor, making the quadrennial events the political equivalent of reality television.
