Jury Foreman In Roger Stone Case Was
Trump-Hating Russia Collusion Hoaxer

Social media posts from the lead juror in the Roger Stone trial, who is “standing up” for the four prosecutors who withdrew from the case this week, reveal she was a perpetuator of the grand Russian collusion conspiracy theory in addition to showing an obvious bias against Stone. In March of 2019, Tomeka Hart tweeted about the Mueller indictments which, at the time, included Stone. “Ignoring the numerous indictments, guilty pleas, and convictions of people in 45’s inner-circle, some Republicans are asserting that the Mueller investigation was a waste of time because he hasn’t found evidence,” Hart wrote on Twitter sharing from a now-deleted Facebook post.

No surprise here, even though it confirms the fact that we Republicans all are totally cynical: how did this woman ever get past the judge! And it will be no surprise if Stone gets pummeled. Trey Gowdy was on tv yesterday talking about a head of the SEC three years ago, sleeping with a reporter and leaking like a sieve AND lying to Congress about it. He got 4 months. Stone got an early morning raid with stormtroopers (he is in his 70's, as is his wife) and somehow CNN was there to film it all. Is there any wonder that Trump is revered, not for his callousness and his stepping on his own message, but because he is not THEM and speaks out re: the unfairness.

While Federal Judge Berman barred Roger Stone from Tweeting and otherwise publicly defending himself for 9 months while he was supposedly innocent until proven guilty, the racist jury foreman was spewing her hatred of Trump and Repubs during the same time period. And we thought that the Soviets only had show trials in order punish their opponents. Roger is just fortunate that the corrupt team of federal prosecutors didn’t think of the death penalty in their deceitful sentencing memo. Roger would be on the death gurney just hours after his sentencing even though the Feds can’t even execute Khalid Sheik Mohammed after he directed the 9/11/01 attacks that killed 3,000.

#10, I believe his lawyers tried to get her removed but the corrupt judge Berman said there was no problem. Guess John Roberts really is stupid if he doesn't believe that there are Obama (democrat) judges and conservative judges. Berman is as partisan a judge as there is and for Roberts not to see that says a lot about his intellectual abilities -- and maybe his biases as well.

Maybe Tameka being on the jury and being appointed jury foreman is no problem for the Obama nominated District Judge, but if an appeal is filed and the matter goes on appeal to the Circuit Court of Appeals there will be a big problem, because in the Circuit Court is where most political persecutions get squashed.

The FBI under James Comey underhandedly sent a senior member of the team investigating alleged collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign to conduct a standard official FBI security briefing for presidential campaigns with then-candidate Donald Trump and his then national security advisor, Michael T. Flynn. Unbeknownst to both Trump and Flynn, that FBI investigator memorialized that briefing, which included exchanges with Flynn and Trump, in an official document that was added to the Crossfire Hurricane case file probing the Trump campaign over unsubstantiated and ultimately discredited charges of Russian collusion. The FBI file documenting the August 2016 briefing describes two questions asked by candidate Trump as well as comments from Trump

The first day of full workouts for Major League Baseball is Feb. 17 or 18, depending on the team. For most baseball fans, reporters, and players, there is only one team to talk about — and it’s not the 2019 World Series champions, the Washington Nationals. That honor would go to the Houston Astros, the Nationals’ opponent in that thrilling seven-game battle and the winners of the 2017 World Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers. The reason the 2019 championship losers are the talk of the town is that details emerged in a November 2019 Atlantic expose that the Astros aren’t just world-class contenders, they’re world-class cheaters.

Within the reply motion Sidney Powell highlights the conduct of prosecutor Brandon Van Grack and hypocrisy within the government arguments: “Mr. Van Grack’s contention that he satisfied the government’s obligations by providing this information before Mr. Flynn’s sentencing now proves the point that he suppressed it when it was most important to Mr. Flynn: before his guilty plea on December 1, 2017, and before what was scheduled to be his sentencing on December 18, 2018.” Prosecutor Van Grack suppressed evidence to protect… “the prosecutors, his team, and the cadre of

Roger Stone will still be sentenced Thursday, a federal judge said Tuesday, amid a tumultuous week that saw President Donald Trump suggest she is biased and several prosecutors quit his case after Justice Department leadership rescinded their initial sentencing recommendation. Judge Amy Berman Jackson will still give Stone time to make challenges in his case after he is sentenced. That means that even if the judge sentences him to jail this week, he won’t be detained right away.
