MANCHESTER, N.H. – Joe Biden is heading south.
The former vice president abruptly announced on Tuesday morning that he won’t spend primary night in New Hampshire as planned and instead is flying to South Carolina to headline a kick-off rally in the state he’s long considered his campaign firewall.
“We’re going to head to South Carolina tonight,” Biden told reporters as he visited a polling station with voting underway in the state that holds the first primary in the race for the White House. “And I’m going to Nevada… we’ve got to look at them all.”
The campaign confirmed Biden is now canceling his originally scheduled appearance at a primary night party
Sorry staff, looks like I entered some bad coding.

Running scared, is he? It will be interesting to see what his “rally” amounts to. So far he seems to pull no more than a couple hundred - usually less. How much does he pay cameramen to be careful with their cameras?

Sundance was right!! The democrats needed Biden to be in the Primary's so that the the impeachment witch hunt would work.
Now that the Impeachment fiasco is over, there is no need for Joe Biden and any support he had has / will
evaporate.

This might actually be a good move for Joe. I can see South Carolina choosing him as the least offensive of the clown show.

After witnessing all of the no-no’s Biden committed since day one, this gives a clear indication how he would run the government; disastrously. No wonder Obama didn’t let him handle sharp objects!

#5, probably true, but he was never a viable candidate. Are you going to drive a wheezing oil burning junker across the desert? Never.
He was a creation of push polling, a tactic that cost polling in general its credibility in recent years, with very few exceptions. As an exception, in 2016 I watched the LA Times presidential poll, very accurate.

He's holding out for the Delaware primary - which is 2-1/2 months away. Then Joe will sweep to victory.

his abandonment of the primary night party for his campaign volunteers is astonishly disrespectful and he is demonstrating a poltically tone deaf behavior.
his sister is his campaign manager. how much does he pay her? what ever the amount is, it is too much.

Ed Sullivan would book acts like this way back when. Remember those spinning plates on poles?
And soon we ought to be hearing the beginning whispers that Joe's downfall is all Trump's fault. Impeachment failed - maybe he'll try a personal liability lawsuit for lost wages and prestige.

I was so hoping he would win the dem nomination. PDT would have a blast with him at the POTUS debates. Would PDT invite the fired prosecutor?

And Grumpy Groper Joe's special guest in SC...why it's Georgia's Biggest Loser, Stacey Abrams! She's there to put out the clarion call - "Come back to the Plantation"!
Somehow I don't think it will play in SC.

Hey, 'Progressives' from New Hamster -- if y'all get your way and abolish the Electoral College, they won't have to leave your state. Because they won't bother visiting it in the first place.
