Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, a “star witness” in the impeachment farce against President Trump, and his twin brother Yevgeny were removed from their National Security Council posts and escorted out of the White House on Friday, Politico reported.(Snip)Retired U.S. Army Lt. Colonel Jim Hickman told American Greatness that he “verbally reprimanded” Vindman after he heard him “talking up” then-President Barack Obama and making derisive remarks about America and Americans in front of Russian military officers. “Do not let the uniform fool you,” Hickman wrote on Twitter: “He is a political activist in uniform.”
The retired officer said that Vindman(Snip) made fun of the United States to the point that

Hahaha, would've loved to see the look on that bloated punk's face when the WH Security Guard handed him the cardboard box for his personal belongings. That must have been rich! I doubt if his "fitness report" will be anything to write home about, and I doubt if he still has a job waiting for him in Ukraine now. Please don't write a book, they need toilet paper in China.

I hope they find a great assignment for him, perhaps in Antarctica.

I believe the Ukraine twins should cut their losses, take their pensions, all their possessions, and go try to help their homeland. I love the US Army so much I am glad the 'uniform' wasn't perp-walked or frog-marched. During the Clinton years and the Obama years, I held on tight to my ''respect for the office of President.'' Then, honor flowed back into the office, thank God.

I hope this is just the beginning of removing these anti-Trumpers from the White House. Can you imagine the (real as opposed to the usual feigned) outrage if the Obama White House had been manned by Bush holdovers who despised and did everything in their power to obstruct the enacting of every Obama policy, including releasing deliberately distorted and misleading leaks to the news media?
I think part of Trump's problem was that he wasn't a politician and didn't have large numbers of political loyalists whose networks he could count on to help fill the thousands of positions that must be quickly filled in any new presidential administration.

What a weird dynamic...twins that resemble the Pillsbury Dough Boy, high ranking military officers stationed at the White House, poised to try and bring down our successful President. How on earth did this happen? How was this allowed to happen?

The Vindman spies, er, brothers, need more punishment than removal from the White House! They have committed espionage on the administration and fed the information to our enemies (which includes the media!)

Wearing that uniform makes it a military court martial offense then if guilty strip him of the military uniform and put in prison for his treasonous action. Vindman should never have testified to the scam committee while wearing that uniform and in the service of President Trump's administration. Vindman is a traitor of the first order.

"If you’re still wearing the uniform, then damn it, you better hold people accountable to regulations, and ensure they follow orders. "
Yup, court martial him. If he had concerns he should have discussed it with his superiors, following chain of command. He acted as a political activist and deserves both firing and court martial. Arrogant twit.

I bet if we dug around a little bit, we would find that Vindman traitors were put into the NSC and assigned to the White House by John Brennan. This has Brennan's fingerprints all over it

Ya' know, #14, I'm equally suspicious. How did they gain their US citizenship in the first place? Was it just through their military service? Did they enlist specifically to gain citizenship/access? I would personally wonder about Ukranian twins seeking to join the US military; it all seems very odd.....and do they always go everywhere together?!

The NSC is a creation of the Truman admin in 1947. It was designed to bring together critical intel and policy formulation under one directorate. Why Truman felt this was necessary I don't know for sure. Either he and his staff were in over their heads, he didn't trust the military or the intel agencies, or both, it's hard to figure. (As an aside, when the Chicoms intervened during the Korean War, the military and national command's decision making as to how to respond was amateur hour. Read Max Hasting's The Korean War.) Like everything else in DC the NSC grew in size and lost purpose. It is similar to other intel agencies in that it's not about informing decision makers, it's about influencing them. That's why I agree in concept with #14. Anyone below GO or SES who makes it to that level must have a sponsor and will likely have a hidden agenda. So, cut the thing way back if not disbanding it completely. The tax payer should have to cough up money for redundancies even in the national security arena. There are plenty of other assets out there which, come to think of it, can be reduced also.

Anyone who has been through any service's basic training should have learned that the uniform and politics don't mix, both ethically and legally. I was stunned to see and hear this a - - hole in front of congress, in uniform, in the midst of a political brawl. The retired generals and admirals can opine to their hearts' content if they want, but in civilian attire and with a clear understanding that they are retired. At the very least, Vindman is guilty under the UCMJ of Conduct Unbecoming an Officer and should be subject to court-martial, given his rank. Secretary of the Army, it's time to act.

Commander in Chief has a right tor remove any military member from his command. That includes Vindman. II remember when commanding officers that didn't want someone in their command because they were not part of the team, couldn't get along with the CO, or just incompetent were given orders to some remote location where they could do no damage. I knew COs that relieved officers not capable of doing their job and replacing them.

Hickman, the wounded warrior who reprimanded Vindman in the past for mocking Americans, calling them “rednecks” (that had to be translated for Vindman’s Russian audience), believes it is bad for our military for him to just be reassigned to a different post. Vindman failed to obey the orders of his CINC. Should be punished for breaking military regulations. Heine’s article is worth a read in full...
